In all honesty, Anton really did not need to switch to being a healer because the members of the elite force that was recruited to annihilate the undead army that landed on the southwest beaches were fully prepared and were carrying either magic items, healing potions, or had their own healing spells that would heal them in case they got injured, but Anton's auras were comprehensive.
Anton's three auras would not only heal the injured people extremely fast but would also fill people's mana and stamina. That meant that those who were healed by Anton could get back to fighting almost immediately.
Because his Prayer Aura was incredibly effective and fast, Anton could also get back to mowing down the enemy undead soon after.
Anton was also grateful to Cedon because he noticed that the young supreme wizard took it upon himself to guard him, even though it was not truly needed. Anton's mobility in battle, because of his Teleportation and Telekinesis spell, was one of the best, and his defenses, that was supported by different skills from all seven of Diablo II characters, as well as the massive physical and magical stats that he had, were also incomparable to mages and warriors that were the same rank as him.
That meant that Anton had decided not to hide anything anymore except, of course, his Necromancer character abilities, because it would be complicated since the invaders were liches and necromancers. He didn't want to be associated with them. At least, the Golem spell, even though it was tagged under the Necromancer's skill tree, was a common mage spell that wouldn't have brought any suspicion.
Anton's blood was boiling because he could see that the battle was in their favor. The force that was sent to annihilate the undead horde that landed on the southwest beaches was powerful enough that he thought they would ultimately be successful in making sure that no undead army would form in these locations.
According to Cedon, it would have been a different situation if this undead army had been headed by a Semi-Divine rank lich or necromancer.
Their goal was to make sure that the Undead Coalition would not form a base here and then create a portal that would allow them to summon an almost unlimited number of undead, just like what happened on the West beaches.
After a grueling five hours of battle, the last hour of which was Anton being coerced by the wizards to stay at the back to become a full-pledge healer. Some of those who returned were not injured at all but wanted to receive "healing" from him because his healing was so powerful that it also restored a person's stamina and mana. Since Anton managed to destroy a large number of undead, it didn't matter to him if he stayed at the back. For some reason, Cedon joined him.
When Anton joked that Cedon had a crush on him, that's why he was sticking to him, the young supreme wizard looked like he would hurl a spell at Anton, and that only made him laugh more.
Once all of the undead had been defeated, it was necessary for some people to stay to keep defending these parts of the kingdom. For some reason, Cedon volunteered both himself and Anton to stay, which would last for five days.

"Why stay here?" Anton whispered to Cedon.
"Just like the Invincible Wizard had said, somebody needs to stay here to guard this area. There is a huge chance that the undead would not give up in landing in these parts of the kingdom, and even if a semi-divine lich or spellcaster landed here, your mobility was fast enough that you could escape."
"You mean there's a chance that a semi-divine enemy might land here?"
"Yes. You don't have to worry too much, though. The people staying here can communicate with Mendoza in real time. Besides, you're also an extremely powerful healer, and we might need that kind of healing ability here."
"Fine with me, but can you allow me several hours to leave? I need to handle a business. I'll be back in a few hours."
When Cedon allowed Anton to leave, he immediately searched a nearby copse of trees that he could establish as a base for his Town Portal scroll, then he immediately flew back to Ormunda as fast as he could, utilizing his spells to hasten his flight speed. Thankfully, the southwest beaches were nearer to Ormunda, and after eight hours, he managed to reach Rose Manor.
Unfortunately, Anders was not there, but Anton's main purpose was to establish his room as his Town Portal scroll-based base, and he told so to Mr. Jenkins, their butler. Once he was in his room, Anton summoned his portal using a town portal scroll. The portal would lead to the copse of trees near the southwest beaches of Mendoza, where the others were staying to guard against the undead. Once the portal was established, he set his room as the new base for his Town Portal scroll. He hastily wrote a letter to explain everything to his father, then gave it to Mr. Jenkins then he entered the portal immediately.
Once he was back in the copse of trees near the beaches, Anton used another Town Portal scroll as a test, and he immediately returned to his room. This action delighted Anton. The ability to travel instantly home was a huge boon for him. He suddenly wondered if it would work while he was inside the dungeons. Unfortunately, he couldn't test it out because he was currently focused on defending Mendoza.
One good thing about his portal was that only those he added to his party system could use it. At least that was his Diablo II system informed him.
Anton reported his presence to Cedon, and thankfully, the young supreme wizard did not scold him for being gone for so long. He was gone for at least eight hours. It was also lucky for Anton that no undead army landed on the beaches while he was gone, because if they did, his absence might be noted down and might be considered a dereliction of duty.
There were fifty warriors and wizards left on the beach, and the other half of their force had already returned to Mendoza. While he was gone, the wizards busied themselves establishing temporary houses where they could stay, but when night arrived, half were assigned to patrol the beaches while the other half rested, and then after a few hours, they would switch.
Anton was assigned to the first shift, which was nine in the evening until one in the morning, and the second shift was one till five in the morning. Since it was still early evening, a lot of wizards went to Anton to inquire about his healing spells. He told them his age-old excuse that his spells came from a bloodline spell, but he could see from the Mendoza wizards' reactions that they did not believe him. He expected that because his excuse about "bloodline spells" was truly thin, and a learned wizard would probably not accept it, but then again, every wizard had the right to their privacy, so no one insisted that he share his spell.
At the very least, Anton was given a lot of leeway due to his age. Not only that, Anton could see that most of them did not want to have a bad relationship with him because his healing spells were truly one of a kind, since it was also able to restore stamina and mana. He did not even bother to share that his "healing" spells consisted of three different aura skills.
