"F-fuck! They are keep chasing us?!" – shouted the bandit leader as he carried the torch.

"They are not letting up!" – shouted the elven bandit.

"Then shoot them!" – shouted the panicking second elven bandit.

"AND YOU FUCKING THINK IT IS WORKING?!" – shouted the first elven bandit.

"I'VE ALREADY SHOTED THEM IN THE HEADS, BUT THIS STRAIGH UP DID SHIT TO THEM!"

"MAGE! CAN'T YOU DO SOMETHING?!"

"I'm working on it! Stop bothering me!" – shouted the earth mage as he was trying to gather his magic.

"{Earth obey and do my command. Stop my foes with your wall}."

"{[Earth Wall]}!

Bandit earth mage unleashed his spell, moving and creating earth itself to create a wall that had blocked the puppets way.

"!?"

"Holy shit! You did it!" – shouted the elf.

"YOU IDIOT! I DIDN'T DO IT! I COULDN'T CAST IT PROPERLY"! – shouted panicking mage.

"The wall isn't durable at all!" – shouted the earth mage as cracks started instantly appearing on the wall surface, alarming the bandits.

"Shit! Then run before it breaks!" – shouted the bandit leader in panic as the bandits continued running away.

"What the hell were those things in the first place anyway?! Skeletons in armor!?" – asked the panicking bandit.

"No! They were golems!" – replied the bandit leader.

"Living constructs. A man made creature!"

"But why the hell they are here, I don't fucking know!"

"All we know is that they want our asses!"

"So- "

"!?"

"I SEE THE EXIT!" – shouted the panicking bandit as the group finally saw the dungeon exit in sight.

"DON'T STOP RUNNING!"

The bandits ran towards the exit, trying to leave the dungeon as soon as possible….. But then, right as they were about to get near the exit, they saw shadows suddenly appearing right outside, instantly putting the bandit leader on the high alert as exactly moment later several arrows came flying, hitting the bandits at the front, expect for the bandit leader who barely managed to parry the projectile.

"HOLD IT!" – shouted the wolf beastman soldier.

"Put your weapons now and surrender, or you will be exterminated on the spot!"

"?!"

(OH, YOU GOT TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!?) – thought the bandit leader as the entire group stopped in tracks.

(The soldiers are now showing up?!)

(!)

(Shit! I hear something from behind! Did the wall already broke apart?!)

"FUCK! DON'T STOP! BREAK THROUGH!" – shouted bandit leader as he and his comrades started rushing towards the beastman soldier who in turn started firing their arrows at them.

"…"

(I knew it.) – thought Thauma as it observed as the fight break out between the soldiers and bandits.

(I've thought…. I've….. I've wanted to believe that the group of soldiers that entered the dungeon were just some random scouts….. But no.)

(It turns out that the situation is just as I've feared.)

(The two kingdoms are really fighting each other, right outside the dungeon.)

(What do I do?)

(Should I just eliminate all of the soldiers here and keep pretending to be hidden?)

"…"

(No.)

(If this place is about to become battlefield.)

(If I were to get rid off both of these armies, they would definitely investigate…. They may think that the other army did it, but in turn it would just result in them fighting in or near the dungeon.)

(Sooner or later, they would discover that this isn't a cave, but a dungeon….. One of the sides already got deep enough and saw my golems….)

"…"

(There is no other choice.)

(It is time for the golems to be unleashed.)

"Would you fucking piss off!?" – shouted the bandit leader as he tried making his way outside, only to almost get stabbed right in the face with spear.

"Stop fucking resisting and put your weapons down! Unless you want to fucking die!" – shouted the spear wielding beastman as he thrusted his spear over and over, wounding the bandit leader who had no choice but to only focus on defense.

"BOSS! THEY ARE FUCKING COMING! I CAN'T HOLD THEM BACK!" – shouted the earth mage, confusing the beastman soldiers.

"…"

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! FUCK!"

"[SWORD ART: HEAVY STRIKE]!" – the bandit leader in act of total desperation slashed the beastman spear, breaking it, before then rushing forward, tackling the beastman and knocking him down, allowing the bandit leader to finally leave the cave and ran away.

"?!"

"DON'T LET HIM ESCAPE!" – shouted the beastman with a broken spear as the archer fired an arrow, hitting the bandit leader right in his shoulder…. But it didn't stopped the desperate bandit from continue running away.

"Shit! I will go- "

"FUCK! THEY ARE HERE! H-HELP!" – shouted the earth mage bandit, confusing the beastman while terrifying the bandits, as everybody looked inside the cave and saw the horde blade golems, rushing towards the bandits from behind and quickly killing the earth mage.

"?!"

"F-fuck! Get out! GET THE HELL OUT OF THE CAVE!" – shouted the desperate bandit.

Desperation and panic completely took over the bandits minds…. And with their leader straight up abandoning them, there was nobody keeping the bandits in the control, resulting in the obvious chaos spreading amongst them.

The kingdom soldiers obvious were alarmed and knew that something was right behind the bandits, making them desperate to get away from the cave.

However, in their desperation, the bandits did not stopped attacking the kingdom soldiers, trying to break out, while also being forced to deal with the golems attacking them from behind….. But obviously, it did not ended up well for them.

Will all the chaos that was going on between the bandits, it straight up made them easy targets for both the soldiers and golems, resulting in the number of the bandits dropping at the rapid rate.

And with that quickly decrees of the bandits, the soldiers were finally able to get a proper glimpse on the creatures that were murdering the bandits from behind.

"?!"

"The hell are those?!" – shouted the confused beastman soldier as he and other soldier finally saw the cause of bandit panic.

The soldier saw as the blade puppets slashed and slain any bandit that got near them without any mercy…. And with barely any bandit left, the golems had set their sight on the soldiers, causing the creatures to rush at the second group and start attacking them.

"Why are they attacking us?! Are they with bandits?!" – asked confused beastman soldier as the few remaining bandits were killed by the puppets.

"NOPE! THEY ARE NOT WITH THEM!" – replied other beastman as they were now left alone with the golems, making them now take on the full might of the golems…. Which they were not able to stop.

"Fuck! Get back! Get back!" – and in the end, the soldiers were unable to keep up the endless army of the puppet golems in check, straight up forcing the soldiers out of the cave and onto the outside, where the army of golems started pouring of the dungeon and continued their fight.

"We can't hold them! We can't- "– one of the beastmans tried stopping the golems in tracks, only to then get stabbed multiple times, before then getting ripped apart by the blade golems.

The beastman were getting overwhelmed.

The sheer brutality and numbers of these golems were also too much for the soldiers to handle, as they started sustaining more and more injuries while also starting to have some casualties on their side.

"SHIT! RETREAT! EVERBODY RUN FOR IT!"

In the end, the beastman soldiers were unable to deal with the golems, forcing them on a full out retreat.

"…"

(These beastman…. They are way faster than humans…. They will escape….. And they will tell everybody about the dungeon.) – thought Thauma as the beastman disappeared from its vision range.

(...I guess I have now even bigger reason to fallow up with this plan.)

(The time for hiding is over.)

(The time for of the war has came.)

"Fuck! Are they still chasing us?!" – asked injured dog beastman.

"No! It seems we lost them." – said the cat beastman as the group of soldiers instantly stopped to catch their breath.

"F-fuck me…. What the hell were those things?! Why did they killed bandits?!" – asked wolf beastman.

"I don't have bloody idea…. But they pretty much wanted to kill us all… Maybe the bandits provoke them or some shit? I don't fucking know…" – said cat beastman.

"For now, we need to warn everybody to stay away from this forest."

"Since now we maybe dealing with much bigger problem than some random ass bandits."

The beastman soldier quickly ran away from the forest, meeting up with the other members of the search party that were still looking for the bandits, before then doing a full on retreat in order to warn the kingdom forces about the unknown creatures that suddenly emerged from the cave.

However, while they were running away, Thauma had already started their plan.

In the eyes of Thauma, it thought that both kingdom armies are now ducking it out, right next to dungeon location, alarming the dungeon master….. While in reality? The war was already over.

However, Thauma did not know nor it realized that the "soldiers" that had entered the dungeon were not really soldiers, but bandits.

But in Thauma eyes?

It saw that war it is coming.

It realized that the dungeon will be caught right in the middle of the war and if the dungeon won't fight back, there won't be any chance at survival.

…

And so, it unleashed them.

All the manifested monsters, every single of the golems under Thauma command left the dungeon.

The time of hiding is finally over.
