The Mob Priest Will Raise the Heroine

Ch. 246

Chapter 246

The intelligent, glasses-wearing handsome guy, Will Rileis.

The small-animal-type shota handsome boy, Luei Biscuit.

Both of them are main characters from 'Beyond the Rainbow Gleam'.

Seeing their fellow Student Council members—who shouldn't be here—Vincent and Eric widened their eyes.

"You guys, why are you here...?"

"Ah, don't tell me—are you two on a trip together?"

"No... that's not it."

Will shook his head at Eric's question.

"I was invited by my classmates to come on a ski trip. I just happened to come separately from Luei-kun."

Will looked a little bashful.

In the past, Will had looked down on everyone else as inferior and kept his distance, isolating himself.

But... after meeting Reina and realizing his own immaturity, he started making efforts—little by little—to build friendships.

Being invited on this trip by classmates could be seen as the fruit of those tearful efforts.

"Even though we always see each other in the Student Council, we're not together on our days off?"

Luei spread his arms and spoke in a playful tone.

"Then why are you here?"

"That's my business. Who cares where I go? It's not like it matters to you, Vincent-senpai."

"Well, true. It's none of my business."

"To think we'd end up together even here... I'm starting to feel like it's fate..."

Eric made a complicated expression.

The three of them were fellow Student Council members and had a fairly close relationship.

It wasn't awkward to see each other, but... this unplanned encounter brought more discomfort than joy.

"...Don't talk about fate with another guy."

"It's not that I dislike it, but still..."

"Gross..."

Vincent, Will, and Luei all grimaced.

Even if they didn't say it aloud, their faces clearly read, "This group again..."

"Um... since we met here by chance, how about we have breakfast together at least..."

"Could you move out of the way?"

"Huh?"

A third voice called out, and Eric turned around.

From here on, things were different than usual.

A new character, unlike those before, had stepped onto the stage.

"You're in the way in front of the hotel. Move."

The one who interrupted them was a gloomy-looking boy with long black hair.

He wore a black coat with a long scarf draped down his back, and the eyepatch covering his left eye left a strong impression.

"You... could it be, you're a student from the Royal Academy?"

Eric blinked in surprise.

He recognized the boy's face. Though they were in different classes and had no direct interaction, he was definitely another second-year like Eric.

"Your name was, uh...?"

"Shut up. Don't get involved."

As Eric tried to recall, the eyepatch-wearing boy clicked his tongue irritably.

"Stay out of my business. You'll get hurt."

"Huh...?"

Rather than angry, Eric was dumbfounded by the brazen remark.

No one had ever spoken so rudely to Eric, the Crown Prince.

Even if it were within the academy, a student dispute might be overlooked—but this was outside school grounds.

It was plainly disrespectful. Maybe not enough for execution, but certainly grounds for arrest.

"Hmph..."

Ignoring the stunned Eric, the eyepatch-wearing boy entered the hotel.

His gloomy—perhaps even sinister—aura disappeared behind the hotel doors.

"W-what was that? Who was he...?"

"Tch... what an obnoxious guy. Acting all high and mighty—who does he think he is?"

"Ah—Vincent, you're kind of the same though... whoa!"

"""Wah!"""

All four of them screamed at once.

Why it happened at that moment, no one knew... but a huge mass of snow suddenly fell from the hotel roof and swallowed them up.

Buried under the heavy snow, the main characters all ended up looking like snowmen.
