Anton, Cedon, and his two supreme wizard friends rushed to the wall. The moment they arrived there, Anton was shocked to see that some parts of the wall were destroyed. He could also see and feel the battle that was going on between the Undead Coalition's Semi-Divine rank liches and Mendoza's Semi-Divine rank wizards. Even though they were far away, Anton felt that they were still uncomfortably close to the walls.
The undead army was also relentlessly attacking the walls, and they were concentrating on the parts that were already destroyed. Because of the situation, Anton did not even manage to talk about his portal to Cedon.
Anton immediately entered the long-range and magic-strengthening array and summoned all of his minions beside the warriors who were valiantly defending the collapsed parts of the wall.
Because of his sight's long range, when Anton was inside the array, he could see that the citizens who were staying near the wall were hastily being evacuated by the authorities. Thankfully, the people who were staying near the western wall were people who were serving the wizards and warriors who were defending the wall, so none of them were pure civilians. All other citizens not involved in the defense of the Western Wall had long been transferred to another part of the kingdom.
Anton would have liked to watch the battle between the powerful Semi-Divine mages, but he needed to focus on those undead that had gotten close to the breached parts of the wall. Because the defenders of Mendoza were fighting the undead, the wizards could not recklessly cast area of attack spells. Anton also had to cast single-target spells, which were futile against such a huge number of enemies.
Suddenly, he heard a voice from one of the wizards asking for volunteers to go to the breached parts of the wall to help the defenders there, and Anton shouted that he volunteered. He immediately stepped outside of the array, and when he heard confirmation that his request was accepted, he immediately used his Teleport skill to teleport to where one of the breached parts was located.
The moment Anton arrived there, he summoned all of his minions and commanded them to assist the other defenders, then he activated his Sanctuary Aura since the enemies were undead. He then turned into a powerful Barbarian from the world of Diablo II. He concentrated on using the powerful Barbarian skills, making sure that he equipped the weapons that he had reached the maximum level of their masteries. Thankfully, he made sure that he had all kinds of weapons in his inventory since he kept some of the ones he had looted from the deep floors of the Corridors of Amuneta Dungeon.
He switched between Leap Attack, Whirlwind, and Berserk. Anton also did not forget the Barbarian's War Cries, making sure to use those that would not affect his comrades negatively.
At first, the Mendoza warriors were startled when Anton used one of his War Cries, but when they saw its effects, the skill actually boosted the morale of the defenders.
Anton was everywhere. He would use the Barbarians Leap Attack to where most enemies were, then would use Whirlwind Attack to devastate that group of enemies. Then he would use the Berserk skill to kill off the remaining stragglers. He would then Leap Attack to the next group of enemies.

The Sanctuary Aura also greatly damaged the enemies nearby since all of them were undead.
One thing Anton could say was that using physical attacks against the undead was deeply satisfying. Seeing the monsters' heads explode due to his attack or their bodies cut into pieces vented his anger that he had been deep within him.
What Anton did not know was that his presence brought great morale to the defenders, who were feeling desperate. Everyone knew that the undead should be stopped at the walls and not allowed to enter the kingdom, since that would mean that a lot of its citizens would die.
The defenders of Mendoza were wondering where this mighty warrior came from, and they were glad that someone so powerful had suddenly appeared to help him.
Anton was still focused enough that he was aware of what was happening in his surroundings. Whenever his summons became dangerously damaged, he would switch his aura from Sanctuary to the Prayer Aura.
He would also make sure to notice the defenders who were heavily injured and add them to his party system so they would be healed by his Prayer Aura, and once they were fully healed, he would switch his party members to the next seven injured people. With all of that, Anton also did not stop using his Barbarian skills.
Anton and the other warriors of Mendoza valiantly kept on fighting the undead, and even with their vaunted power, the undead did not seem to lessen; but instead, their numbers kept increasing.
He kept on fighting and healing, and thankfully, his auras and his potions made him able to fight nonstop.
Suddenly, he felt an overwhelming pressure coming from above. When Anton looked up, he saw three liches flying above, and based on their presence, they were the semi-divine liches that had suddenly attacked Mendoza. Because of their presence here, Anton knew that either the wizards of Mendoza were defeated or had escaped. Anton saw that the powerful liches started moving, and he could see that they intended to attack the wizards who were among the defenders.
Anton knew that he could not contend against Semi-Divine liches because even the Semi-Divine Wizards of Mendoza were defeated, so he heartlessly left everyone and immediately teleported several times until he was far enough away. He mingled with the huge number of citizens of Mendoza who were rushing toward the Eastern Gate to leave the kingdom.
While moving with the other people towards the Eastern Wall, Anton suddenly stopped like the others since, like everyone else, he felt a powerful aura coming from the castles of Mendoza. Finally, the Divine Rank wizard made his or her move. Anton actually did not know who the Divine Rank wizard of Mendoza was.
He then saw another lich appear from somewhere, confronting the Divine Wizard, and Anton realized that the newly arrived lich was of Divine Rank as well.
Anton did not hesitate anymore and used his Teleport skill nonstop until he was outside the kingdom. When he was outside the Eastern Walls, he still did not stop and continued using his Teleport skill.
If the two Divine Wizards fought inside the kingdom and he remained, he knew that he might be destroyed if he remained in the vicinity.
After Anton thought that he was safely far enough away but could still see the battle, he stopped to observe the situation. The battle between the two Divine Rank beings started, and the kingdom crumbled. Anton knew that because of that battle, thousands upon thousands of people would be destroyed. He hoped his previous squad was far enough away that they could escape the devastation of the kingdom of Mendoza.
Suddenly, Anton saw something that he feared the most. The Divine Rank wizard of Mendoza suddenly ran away. He could see the streak of light that flew away from the kingdom and knew that it was the Mendoza's Divine Rank wizard. That meant that the kingdom had fallen to the undead.
Anton did not wait any longer and used his Teleport skill to continue traveling away from Mendoza. When he thought that he was far enough away, he used a scroll of Town Portal, and when he entered it, he immediately dismissed the portal because he did not want the divine rank lich to notice it.
When Anton checked the time, it was late in the afternoon. The kingdom of Mendoza fell in just a few hours.
