My Favorite Game Followed Me!

Chapter 627

Anton spent the next couple of hours making tablets of dire wolf summoning and tablets of tiny spirit wolf and tiny raven summoning. He wanted to have extra when people insisted that he give them some. After that, he concentrated on leveling up his ladder Amazon character until around six in the evening, except for short breaks for eating and other needs. His Amazon character leveled up to level 85. Just a few more and he would reach the maximum level. Anton was sure that once he did, his wizard rank would officially enter the Supreme Rank. At first, he thought that he would need to complete the three sets of seven characters for the current ladder season to be able to reach the Supreme Rank.

Fortunately, Anton only needed to reach the maximum level of two sets of seven Diablo II ladder characters for him to do so.

When Anton joined his fellow mages at the top of the wall, the other wizards greeted him, which felt a little odd to him, since they had mostly ignored his presence ever since he started. Not that they were cruel or were bullying him or even noticeably looking down on him. It was just as if he were a visitor who was there only temporarily. But now, everyone suddenly treated him as if he were part of the group.

Anton did not care too much about the wizards in his supposed squad ignoring him, since they mostly met during the siege, and Cedon assigned himself as Anton's point of contact for anything important that he needed to learn.

Cedon did see Anton's expression regarding the other wizards greeting him, and the young Supreme Wizard whispered to him that it was because he basically was a Supreme Rank wizard already. The important thing was that he was only eighteen, and that meant that he had the potential to reach the highest wizard rank.

Anton summoned his minions beside the other warriors of Mendoza defending the wall beneath, and they all waited for the undead horde to arrive. Once they did, Anton, as usual, treated himself like a machine. Casting spells nonstop until the undead army retreated. Once they did, Anton immediately gave the daily tablet of dire wolf summoning to Cedon and immediately returned to his apartment. He wanted to get home to join his family because that was where he could truly relax.

The moment he arrived at the Rose Manor, he immediately cast his Blizzard spell that was converted into Mana Rain towards the garden and the fruit orchard, and as expected, after a few minutes, Raymond arrived with breakfast.

Anton's father was not home and was with his team delving into the dungeon. While he was eating, Mr. Jenkins reported the status of the manor to him. Anton was startled that the wealth of the manor grew instead. The earnings of the cinema, the flower shop, and the shop that sells products from the fruit orchard were astronomical. Even if Anders did not contribute his dungeon earnings to the manor's coffers, the manor was now extremely wealthy.

Apparently, Anders was spending all of their earnings from the dungeon in equipping every one of Anton's father team members with the most powerful items they could buy with their budget. Anton's father intended that once they had earned the funds to buy their own equipment, they would return the powerful items that Anton had received from the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon to the manor's coffers to be treated as the manor's wealth.

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

The funny part was, they could not find any items that were equal to Anton's items that were within their budget. It was understandable since Anton's most powerful loot came from the deep floors of the high-level dungeon, and it would be a long time before Anders and his team would be able to go that deep.

Anton was also amused when Mr. Jenkins shared with him that other adventurer teams were envious of Anders's teams since all of them were equipped to the nines, and because, like typical adventurers, of their boasting, the other teams became aware that their items were just handed to them by the powerful wizard son of their boss.

Mr. Jenkins also shared the information that Anna sent a letter to their father, and in the letter, she explained that since she did not have any new information to share, she would only write to Anders, and it could be shared with him. Since Anders knew that he might not be home once Anton arrived, he shared the information with Raymond, since there was nothing sensitive there. It was mostly Anna's daily life in the academy, which was mostly the same since she started there.

Once Raymond left with the dishes, Anton continued leveling up his ladder Amazon character. He still liked doing so inside his bedroom in the Rose Manor because the sound of the rain hitting the garden and the smell of the flowers kept him calm and relaxed, and Anton thought that it helped him focus on leveling up his character.

During lunch, Anton joined the family and was surprised that Romina, Bruce, and Sarah were home. While they were eating, they shared the business's situation with him and were ecstatic about how popular the manor's businesses were, especially the cinema. Romina boasted that a lot of people wanted to get to know her and that she even had suitors.

"Can you believe that?! Suddenly, I'm popular with men even at my age!" Romina exclaimed, then laughed.

Sarah and Luna giggled while Bruce laughed with her.

"Are you planning to accept any of them?" Anton asked.

Romina just said maybe then smiled mysteriously while Sarah and Luna kept on giggling. Alfred ignored everyone and continued eating the delicious lunch that Ms. Noria served them.

After lunch, Luna and Alfred followed Anton to his room. They wanted the next episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Once the two left, Anton continued leveling up his ladder Amazon character, but after a few minutes, he stopped. He suddenly started feeling anxious. He felt that something bad was happening. He suddenly felt worried about his father, but then he thought of the fact that Anders had promised him that he would be careful in delving into the dungeon and wouldn't repeat the mistake their team had made before. Besides, Anders had powerful items and could teleport using his Enigma runeword armor, and his father also had scrolls of Town Portal. Besides, the anxious feeling that was growing inside him felt that it was not about his immediate family.

Anton decided to return to Mendoza. When he entered his portal, he was surprised to see that his bathroom door was open, and when he went outside, Cedon and two other Supreme Wizards that was part of his squad were there waiting.

"Thank goodness you're back, Anton. Is that portal yours? You can create portals?" Cedon asked.

"Yes, it's mine. It leads to my manor in Ormunda. What happened? Why did you violate my privacy?"

The Undead Army suddenly attacked five minutes ago, led by three semi-divine rank liches. I came to your room to call you so we can both go to the walls to help defend them. I saw your note, but since we're being attacked, I knocked on your door, and you did not respond. I forcefully opened it, thankful that you did not set up any defensive spells. After that, I noticed a blue glow under your bathroom door, so I called two of my friends. When we opened your bathroom door, we saw your portal. We thought that it could be an enemy, so we guarded it while waiting for you," Cedon said sternly.
