Grey didn't have to put in any effort to tame the Dog and Cat Grimoires. The moment he entered their space, they rushed at him, licking his cheeks.
It turned out his charm didn't just make the opposite gender lust after him, it seemed to work on other species too. They could sense his goodwill and were more than willing to become his Grimoires, so long as he promised them plenty of food.
Who was Grey even complaining to?
Accepting them without hesitation, he then moved on to face the trial.
Inside, things were even easier. Two women resembling Eve and Ellen appeared, but he defeated them effortlessly, turning them into world fragments.
His only regret, however, was that he still couldn't make his title evolve.
"Let's go, Sophie." Grey extended his hand toward the dazed girl.
"Y… yes." Sophie snapped out of it, took his hand, and silently followed him.
"Sigh, I couldn't even talk to him any longer." Victoria pouted as she watched their fading figures.
"Do you love him, granddaughter?" the old man asked, his face expressionless.
"I don't love him but…" her cheeks flushed, "I like him."
The old man's brows twitched slightly as he looked at his granddaughter's flustered expression. That guy really did have a knack for seducing women.
It was as if he were a magnet for women. Even the Diamond Soul Grimoire, from what he had heard, was female. If that was true, then it was likely Grey had seduced her as well.
In fact, he might have seduced every single Grimoire he encountered…
"I also sensed a faint presence of a Mythical Grimoire. Where could he have obtained it?"
Suddenly, the old man's eyes widened to their limits. A memory struck him, Grey had destroyed the Celestria Kingdom.
He had been privy to some of the intel back then, and among those reports, it was written that the kingdom possessed a Mythical Clone Grimoire… and she too was female.
'Did he seduce a Mythical Grimoire?' The old man's mind reeled, his seasoned beard trembling in the wind as if shaken by the thought itself.
He drifted into a daze. In it, he saw a vision of a beautiful woman in a white kimono, her soft, gentle scent of lavender wrapping around him and pulling him into nostalgia.
"Lilian…" he whispered unconsciously.
"...Grad…pa…"
His trance shattered as his granddaughter tugged at his sleeve.
"H… huh?" The old man blinked at Victoria, his face twisting as he was about to erupt in rage.
"Can we set our residence near Grey's library, please, Grandpa?" Victoria murmured, her cheeks aflame as she turned her face away.
"Hmm?" The old man gave a bitter smile, though his pupils flashed with determination. "Alright."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Yay, you're the best!" Victoria cheered, her voice full of excitement.
The old man clenched his fist, his heart still shackled by the obsession of Lilian. 'I will learn from Grey.'

Grey and Sophie quickly arrived at the library.
"Is that it, are we parting ways now?" Sophie bit her lip nervously.
Grey shrugged, about to enter the library. At that moment, she ran up and hugged him tightly. "Can I stay with you?"
"It's your choice whether you want to stay or not," Grey said casually.
"Then I'll stay with you," she giggled.
"Good."
With that, the two entered the library, and for now, everything seemed settled.
Grey still needed to track down all the Mythical Grimoires, but it was likely unnecessary. Once the news of his achievements spread, even if the king tried to suppress it, so many people had witnessed it that hiding it would be nearly impossible.
Even if the king could suppress it, would he even dare?
After some thought, Grey realized he didn't even need to go on an adventure, these Grimoires would probably come to him on their own.
So he rested, spending some time consoling Lucy, then Sophie. Soon after, Eve and the other three women emerged from his world fragment, immediately starting to argue among themselves.
Grey ended up spending a significant amount of time calming them down and breaking up their squabbles. By the end, he was managing six women who were constantly at each other's throats.
Sophie and Lucy were relatively gentle, but Eve, Ellen, and the other two were perpetually at odds, always neck-and-neck in their bickering.
"Maybe.. Maybe having a harem isn't that great?"

"Well, it looks like Grey has his hands full," Eryke chuckled, sipping his tea.
The morning sun bathed him in a warm glow. Birds chirped, and the animals sang their morning tunes.
"Compared to Earth, this place is a hundred times better. I could stay here forever, if it weren't for that little devil in my life…"
Before he could speak further, his ears twitched.
"Master! Master! Can you please save this?" A little girl skipped toward him, holding a small bird, tears threatening to spill from her eyes.
Eryke looked down at the girl and the tiny bird cradled in her hands.
"What is it now, little devil?" Eryke rubbed his forehead. It was his first time seeing a Chosen One, and yet he already regretted picking her as a disciple.
"Heal her, Master," the little girl said anxiously.
"Fine," he grumbled, taking the injured bird into his hands and closing his eyes.
The Sword Will inside his mind ignited, and intricate runes flowed through it. They emerged from the center of his brows, passed through his third eye, and entered the little sparrow in his hands.
Swish!
In the blink of an eye, the sparrow's wounds vanished. It stood up, chirping and tilting its tiny head in confusion as it looked around, fully healed.
"It's healed," Eryke commented, slumping back into his chair and sipping his tea calmly. You might be wondering how he gained such an ability.
The answer lay in the power he had acquired—
"Hey! Come out, you bastard! Your disciple injured mine!?"
Eryke paused, his eyes flashing with confusion, before landing on the silly, guilty smile of his own disciple…
