In a bid to act normal, both of them walked over to a seat where Piers sat with Elena and oliver playing a card game.

Piers was shuffling the cards and without raising his head, he said, "hope it was good though?"

Elena placed her hand over her mouth trying to hide her giggle.

Oliver had a puzzled expression, he was entirely lost

Aiden and Laela glanced at themselves, and turned back towards Piers. "Uh.. hope what was good?" Aiden asked

Piers then chuckled a bit, "you fuckin' amateurs" he said then shook his head. "It's written all over your faces"

They both turned their faces away in embarrassment.

Oliver who was still oblivious as to what was being spoken about, then asked again, "what's written all over their faces? What's happening?"

No one was eager to explain anything to Poor Oliver.

Then Aiden asked a question to change the direction of the conversation, "where's Arianna?"

He noticed she currently wasn't anywhere in the room

"She had way too much yesterday, still not ready for the day" Elena replied.

Aiden just nodded without offering any other reaction. Then he stood from his seat, and said, i'll be going upstairs"

He gave Laela a smiling glance and then walked away.

Save for his avatars who were currently doing the daily quests of sweeping Fractured star's corridor and mucking out their stables, it looked like today was going to be a lazy day for him.

And moreover right now was the best time to check the stacking rewards, from both the S-Rank dungeon clearing and the Permanent Quest.
