Sky Shadow initially planned to move along the ground to investigate, as ground movement is advantageous for concealment. Sadly, the surroundings were barren, with no cover left. Even though the area was once full of brambles and lush greenery, a Destiny Starburst left it barren, making a rash approach dangerous.
After much contemplation, he decided to fly into the sky for an aerial view.
Although there was an element of risk in this approach, he believed it offered better concealment.
"Bastard, you can't escape."
Sky Shadow had not walked far when the vast earth echoed a voice once more. The Bizarre appeared, slowly ascending into the sky, battered and bruised, looking extremely desolate.
Upon glancing at the location, an unusual smile crossed Bizarre's sinister face: "Humph, though your energy is faint, I sensed it. You can't escape, Sky Shadow, absolutely!"
The Bizarre wore a vicious grin, directly pursuing him, speed soaring, as the distance between them closed. Sky Shadow's energy gradually faded... or rather, was replaced by another presence.
Bizarre froze. This presence felt wrong; it was overwhelmingly powerful, so he decided to proceed cautiously, observing quietly.
Unexpectedly, he could not find Sky Shadow around. Of course, he had no idea Sky Shadow had flown into the sky.
Though shocked internally, at this moment, it was Sky Shadow who was truly astonished.
As his perspective expanded, Sky Shadow gradually lowered altitude, drawing closer to the UFO until finally seeing clearly the face of the approaching entity.
At that instant, Sky Shadow was thunderstruck, petrified mid-air, murmuring, "Hasten Ressenbor, Cantelu King...?"
Especially six years ago, when everyone traversed parallel universes, this humanoid tyrannosaurus brought a shadow of death over him. Recalling it felt as vivid as if just yesterday!
But... Sky Shadow truly could not accept the reality before him.
'Bastard, why has it come to Twin Stars, has the future converged?' Sky Shadow internally questioned repeatedly. While the situation with Bizarre might be manageable, the appearance of this humanoid monster distinctly added a layer of uncertainty to the current dilemma—known that Leisenboer, towering nearly three meters, is a being strong enough to effortlessly thwart a Destiny Starburst with a mere finger.
But why, why has it appeared, just as Sky Shadow's thoughts scattered, his peripheral vision suddenly caught another figure...
Bizarre!? Sky Shadow was slightly startled, then laughed, "Ha ha ha, what a foolish tactic you've devised, truly divine wrath, my chance is here!"
Grateful for Bizarre's delay in emerging, not having seen the humanoid treasure dragon ahead, providing him perfect god-like perspective, the initiative was now in his hands.
Thinking about this, Sky Shadow flew upward without hesitation. To avoid exposing his position, he silently circled behind Bizarre at a safe distance where he'd remain unnoticed, then gathered his energy in one swift move, striking a light wave and swiftly fleeing...
"Humph humph humph... let you sandpiper and clam fight now, regardless of who falls, the ultimate outcome will favor me, hahahahahaha..."
Boom!
In the explosion's wake, the UFO disintegrated swiftly into scattered debris.
The UFO, so intact moments ago, shattered so suddenly, this...
Staring blankly at the scene before him, the abrupt change left Leisenboer's eyes wide open in shock, rattled to the core, blood pressure surging—a predicament anyone would struggle to comprehend.
After a full two seconds of daze, the calm atmosphere was shattered by a furious roar: "Unforgivable!"
Leisenboer bellowed like thunder, charging towards Bizarre along the light wave's path.
Bizarre was bewildered, an innocent party still pondering if the energy was from Sky Shadow, unaware that next second, his body was locked onto by an imposing presence—damn it! He had been tricked by Sky Shadow!
"Who, who are you?"
Leisenboer coldly glared at Bizarre, "You damaged my property, yet ask who I am. You owe me an explanation."
"Humph humph humph, thinking I'm easily frightened? But allow me to clarify, I did not destroy that UFO." Bizarre was undaunted outwardly, though he preferred not to unjustly bear blame for Sky Shadow.
Meanwhile, two half-beast warriors arrived tardily, surrounding Bizarre, with a sense of hostility looming.
The Cantelu King furrowed his brow, pausing a few more seconds to find the two beast soldiers oblivious to his intentions, almost scolding with a roar: "What are you here for? Guard the Elf Queen! I never summoned you!"
The half-beast warriors trembled like frightened birds, retreating frantically, but upon returning, saw no trace of Elysis.
"S-sir, the Elf Queen is gone!"
"Then why return, go pursue her quickly before she escapes."
"Yes!"
Leisenboer was furious, almost executing the two soldiers instantly, but neither did he wish to let Bizarre escape. No one should ever be foolish enough to provoke him, even if bearing blame, only this was unforgivable.
Meanwhile, Sky Shadow was caught in the whirlwind, "Ha ha ha ha..." Holding the helpless Elysis as if carrying a chick, he darted across the ground until they were concealed within a cliff cave, finally removing his sweat-soaked shirt.
Undressing, what was he planning to do? Elysis watched and instinctively covered her lips, her doe-like eyes darting nervously, clearly frightened.
Considering herself a dignified Elf Queen, noble Elysis, even yearning for human males, particularly handsome ones, could not be treated like this.
Elysis was slightly puzzled... she wasn't able to defeat this man; even Bizarre stood no chance against him, much less herself.
For a moment, she gave Sky Shadow a nervous yet courteous smile and suggested hesitantly, "W-well... hee hee, I know it, okay? Will you let me use my hands, alright? Come on, there's plenty of time, I'm quite skilled, you know."
Upon hearing, Sky Shadow glanced at her, his sharp gaze cutting like a blade, causing Elysis to feel as if she fell into an icy abyss.
Elysis didn't doubt he could kill her, panicked, she urgently waved a hand: "No no no, using my mouth is okay too, just not there."
"If you want to live, shut your mouth immediately," Sky Shadow said.
"Ah!? What do you plan to do?" Elysis whimpered, employing her Elf Queen's pitiful charm, "Everywhere else is fine, but absolutely not there!"
"Stop babbling, another word and you'll die." Sky Shadow revealed a wicked smile, "I promise."
With that said, Elysis ceased trembling or shouting, knowing that since he silenced her, as long as she stayed quiet, she wouldn't face disaster, but her fate remained bleak.
