Emperor’s Domination

Chapter 6827: Will To Kill

Chapter 6827: Will To Kill

“Practice.” Apexblade uttered coldly.

Dark Emissary’s voice was also cold, albeit different. He was emotionless, merely carrying out rules.

Apexblade, on the other hand, had a voice infused with murderous intent. His thoughts and words were affected by this will to kill.

However, it wasn’t killing indiscriminately or aimlessly. His type of killing only included targets capable of honing his blade further.

Normal living beings only felt an intense aura. However, his targets were fixated forever until his death. Thus, he lived to kill and killed to live.

Many had reasons to kill - vengeance, pride, benefits... Apexblade killed only to hone his art.

He held his thin, long sword with his eyes closed, not bothering to look at the opponents because his will was locked on them.

The four overlords understood this would be a fight to the death since this will could not dissipate.

“Put our matters aside, deal with this foe first.” Gluttonous Wolf told Dark Emissary, offering a truce.

After all, this was an internal conflict between them for the sake of competition. It was time to deal with the external foe first.

“Very well.” Dark Emissary agreed. Flexibility has been a common theme for their alliance.

“Kill him!” With that, the four reached an understanding and launched an attack.

“Lunar World!” Gluttonous Wolf roared and created a moon barrier to seal Apexblade. Moonlight formed layers with him at the core.

“Saber Wall!” Primal Eagle did the same, adding more layers of blades to the lunar world.

Dark Emissary and Depravity Abyss attacked in unison. The former utilized the overwhelming scythe while the latter devoured everything around Apexblade.

Apexblade retaliated swiftly, piercing through both the lunar world and blade layers with a single thrust.

His murderous will proved too much for the defenses, piercing both Primal Eagle and Gluttonous Wolf.

However, he paid a heavy price since he only focused on offense, being sliced by the scythes in numerous places. Nevertheless, his murderous aura didn’t fluctuate.

The first exchange showed the four overlords having a clear advantage over Apexblade.

“This is bad.” Goldsilver Tree commented after reading the situation.

Although the swordsman’s murderous will was unblockable, he couldn’t kill an overlord fast enough before his own demise.

“I’m coming!” He flew into the battlefield, leaving Golden Lamp.

He knew that if Apexblade were to fall, it would be their turn next. Although these overlords couldn’t destroy Golden Lamp, they could still massacre all the defenders.

“You dare?!” The wolf shouted.

The interference reduced Apexwolf’s pressure immediately. His next swing spilled blood, changing the tides.

The overlords became furious. The wolf, in particular, wanted to kill the tree first.

Meanwhile, everyone in Golden Lamp could only watch. Emperors and ancient ancestors stood no chance even if they wanted to help.

“Rumble!” For some unknown reason, waves of lightning emerged outside of Golden Lamp.

They made Thunder Emperor’s lightning bolts look like babies in comparison, wielding ultimate destruction.

As they approached Thunder Kingdom, they destroyed everything along the way.

“What is this!?” Everyone became alarmed.
