Chapter 3125: Unleashing Their Daos!

Chapter 3125: Unleashing Their Daos!

The duel between Lin Mu and Grand Elder Huo had already gone beyond what anyone could call a spar.

It was a war of wills, Daos, and cultivation paths, an exchange not just of power but of legacies carved into the marrow of heaven and earth itself. The ground was fractured, ash burned into nothingness, and the magma beneath the world had begun to seep free, as if eager to witness the clash of titans above it.

And yet, both combatants knew that what had been unleashed so far was still not their true peak.

The Grand Elder’s one eye gleamed sharply.

He had tested Lin Mu’s physique, his weapons, his sword intent, his body cultivation, his magma-fueled form.

And the boy had endured.

Not just endured, but matched him strike for strike, Dao for Dao. Now, it was time to reveal the depth of his own accumulation.

With a single sharp breath, the air around him rippled. The illusory swords circling him faded away as something far more profound emerged from within.

SHUA

A small, glowing pill floated into the air before him.

Lin Mu narrowed his eyes immediately, sword intent instinctively focusing on it.

’A pill?’

Not a blade, not a sword embryo of some obvious form, but a pill?

The pill rotated slowly, its surface flawless, its aura dense with Dao. And then Lin Mu’s sharp senses caught it: the tiny sword-shaped carving etched into the pill’s surface. A mark that pulsed faintly with Sword Qi.

"This..." Lin Mu muttered.

He could feel it, not just the resonance of Dao Traces, which all Dao Embryos radiated, but something more.

From the pill emanated not only Traces, but the faint whispers of Dao Insights themselves.

That was a level above one normally unreachable for mere Immortals. To wield Dao Insights was to truly step into the realm of Transcendent Immortals. For the Grand Elder to have them within his embryo...

Lin Mu’s pupils constricted. ’Dangerous.’

The old man grinned, his voice echoing with pride. "This is my Sword Dao Embryo. The Sword Lord Core Dao Embryo."

He spoke as though unveiling a precious secret, yet his tone was not arrogant but straightforward, as if teaching a junior. "Its ability is simple. It accumulates sword intent over time. And if I consume it—" his teeth flashed as he tilted his chin at the glowing pill "—it adds all that stored sword intent directly to my body."

Lin Mu’s gaze sharpened further. ’That kind of ability...’

The elder’s tone grew graver. "I have not consumed it for a thousand years. As such, the sword intent within it has grown several times greater than even what I can summon myself. Be careful, Lin Mu."

A warning, but not mercy. It was respect, the kind only born in battle.

Lin Mu’s lips curved faintly. "Then, Grand Elder... I’ll show you mine."

He raised his hand, and one by one, his Dao Embryos emerged into the open world.

Rumble Rumble Rumble

First, the True Earth Heart Dao Embryo.

A massive heart sculpted from living soil and primordial stone appeared behind him, each throb reverberating like thunder, sending tremors across the land.

Woong

Next, a metallic sphere appeared, nested within a larger orb, with countless runic rings orbiting around it in steady rhythm. The air warped around it as though space itself bent to its gravity.

This was Lin Mu’s Dominating Gravity Dao Embryo.

On his back, the ever-present sword sheath glimmered, runes alive and breathing as though it was an entity in its own right. The Sword Cradle Divine Sheath Dao Embryo stood tall and proud, emanating sword intent that cradled Lin Mu’s swords like children within a mother’s arms.

Lin Mu did not summon his Formation Dao Embryo, the Rune Shaping Brush, nor his Spatial Dao Embryo, the Four-Faceted Nebula. Their powers were vast but ill-suited to a duel such as this.

For now, these three would be enough.

The air shuddered from the weight of Daos.

The Grand Elder’s one eye glowed with both shock and exhilaration. "You... truly monstrous brat."

Then, without hesitation, he tilted his head back and swallowed the glowing pill whole.

The Sword Lord Core Dao Embryo dissolved instantly into his essence.

His aura exploded outward. Sword Intent rose like a storm breaking through the heavens, each wave so thick that the ground split under its pressure. His sword aura had been strong before, but now... now it was magnified to a terrifying degree.

The air itself became a forest of invisible swords.

Lin Mu’s skin prickled as cuts appeared on his armor from the ambient intent alone.

But Lin Mu did not flinch. Instead, he acted.

RUMBLE

The True Earth Heart behind him pulsed mightily, spreading waves of Dao Traces across the battlefield.

The Aspect of Heaviness activated!

Lin Mu’s body grew impossibly dense, his strikes heavier than mountains. And more than that, the Grand Elder himself staggered, his weight tripled, his movements suddenly sluggish.

"Oh?" The Grand Elder was intrigued by this as it was clearly not the effect of gravity.

Yet Lin Mu was not done.

The Dominating Gravity Dao Embryo spun, its orbiting rings glowing with runes as gravitational force spread outward. Unlike the True Earth Heart’s targeted heaviness, this was absolute.

All-encompassing.

The battlefield became a sinkhole of gravity.

The combination of both Daos struck in unison.

TREMBLE

SHATTER

The Grand Elder groaned as his feet sank a foot into the ground. His bones creaked, muscles straining under the crushing forces. But still—still his sword intent rose higher, burning through the oppression with sheer sharpness.

Their clash was inevitable.

Solemn Sentinel swept forward, its edge now brimming with more sword intent than Lin Mu had ever faced before.

SHING

The slash carved through magma tentacles, tore pieces off the Longgui Bulwark Armor, and severed arrows from Wonder Seeker mid-flight.

DENG DENG DENG

Even Lin Mu’s magma fists, bolstered by body cultivation, shook under the force.

Yet he did not yield. His strikes met every slash, earth-heavy fists punching through sword-light, magma claws clashing against divine steel.
