Chapter 3842: Plan In Mind
"Priority should be Starlight Energy again, right?" Celis quickly joined the conversation.
The twins and the others agreed. But then again, where exactly would they find it?
"Our best chance would definitely be the Higher Ranked Universes," Roan commented. "We know where the Great Void Shifter Formations are, but which one will connect to the right Universes? We don’t have that kind of information. The information we have is just about the same Rank Universes nearby or lower-ranked Universes in the area where we came from."
Rean understood. "Entering the Abyssal Path would pretty much send us to some random Universe if we don’t choose the right paths in the entanglement... That’s not even the main problem. The main problem would be if we come out into a highly guarded Great Void Shifter. Then it might be game over for us."
Kentucky looked at the Spaceships and the battles into the distance. "Well, didn’t Kiju mention that the Werdlem Empire sent experts to the nearby universes and that they are mostly commanding this whole ordeal? Since Werdlem Universe Experts came through the Shifters, they must have the information we need."
Roan pondered a bit, agreeing with Kentucky. "He is right. We need to go to one of these battlefields where a Werdlem Empire idiot is present, capture him, and use his ID to check the Great Void Shifter paths. Now that I think about it, this is a great opportunity."
Rean thought that too. "Indeed. These guys must have the full star chart of the Werdlem Empire and all the Shifters. We won’t need to go after Universe Owners or anyone like that anymore. But..." Rean stopped for a moment. "Whoever we find is likely a Semi-Celestial or at least a Peak Stage Divinity Realm Expert, right? We can more or less fight a Peak Divinity Realm expert, but a Semi-Celestial is out of the question. As for capturing either of the two, that is very unlikely to happen."
Zangeshu gave his opinion. "You don’t really need to capture that guy, isn’t that correct? As long as you can be close to this Werdlem Empire Expert long enough, you can copy his Werdlem Energy Signature with the Celestial Soul System. You have done it in the past, after all. Then, just use that signature to access the network and check the information you need."
Everyone looked at Zangeshu. "Well... that’s true."
But then again, how the hell would they get close to such an expert? There are bound to be very few of them in the many fleets attacking this Universe. The fleet in front of them, for example, doesn’t even have one, according to Kiju.
"We obviously can’t approach the Werdlem Empire expert as ourselves, but what about some other experts? There must be quite a few experts from the nearby universes’ fleets working with each Werdlem Empire commander." Roan knew what to do. "First, let’s find a fleet that does have a Werdlem Empire commander, then we can think of a way to capture someone close to him or her."
Thanks to Kiju’s device, it was easy to locate the main fleets all over the Universe. There were many in all four realms, with a higher focus on the Divine Realm, where they are at the moment. Of course, there was only so much information someone at Kiju’s level could access, so other than the places where the battles were ongoing, there wasn’t much data in the device he passed to the twins’ group.
[Here. There is one giant fleet fighting all over the continent of Grandety, Clojus, and Writrue. It doesn’t say who is commanding this fleet, but judging by its size and location, there is likely a Werdlem Empire expert at the helm.]
Roan was satisfied. "This is enough. Kentucky, you take over the Spatial Gates and bring us over as fast as possible."
"Okay!" Kentucky quickly exited the Dimensional Realm, following Roan’s orders. A Spatial Gate appeared, and he disappeared inside.
However, no one noticed, but something suddenly appeared right where the twins’ group had been staying a second ago, just to disappear a moment later.
---
Spatial Gate after Spatial Gate was opened as Kentucky travelled just outside the Divine Realm range. Still, to arrive at the destination, Kentucky still took almost five weeks.
"Sigh... finally... we are here," Kentucky felt a little worn out.
Rean and Roan came out, and sure enough, a gigantic fleet was just ahead. This was only a tiny bit of the entire fleet, though. There were so many Spaceships that they were waging war over three entire continents of the Divine Realm. They couldn’t possibly see that far.
They were not detected, but that didn’t matter, as Rean intended to show himself soon. "Alright, then leave this to me for now. You two go back to the Dimensional Realm."
Roan and Kentucky quickly left, leaving Rean to do as he pleased. Just like before, he continued to use his Light and Divine Sense Bending, approaching one of the various battlefields over the three continents. There were many, many more living beings here, and it was quite easy for Rean to capture one of them when the poor guy left his fighting position due to the defeat of his battalion.
The guy had the same cultivation as Rean, Middle Stage of the Space-Time Realm, which was exactly what Rean focused on finding. Inside the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm, Rean worked with Zangeshu and Tanxan, as well as the System and Sister Orb, to quickly copy the Werdlem Energy Signature.
Not long after, Rean appeared outside... No, he wasn’t Rean anymore. He was now Clive, a battalion commander responsible for the area TP1004E. Well, he was... Too bad he and his battalion suffered a defeat at the hands of the Umbras just minutes ago, and everyone was forced to scatter. That’s when Rean captured the guy.
Rean read the guy’s most recent memories only, just enough to get his name and have an idea of what kind of expert Clive was. Let’s not forget that if you are only aiming from recent memories, it isn’t too damaging to one’s soul, and Rean didn’t have anything against the guy to kill him for all his memories. Besides, Rean didn’t intend to use Clive’s identity for long.
"Alright..." Rean checked the memories. "The Spaceship he arrived with should be the Toracau Class Void Traveler, number E24J..."
Rean quickly checked the Spaceships around with his Divine Sense. This guy’s Spaceship shouldn’t be too far. "There it is!"
Before long, Rean made his way back to ’his’ Spaceship to receive ’treatment.’
