“Yes.”

Luo Nanshan was finally able to completely relax, and his expression eased noticeably. He took a step back and bowed low. “Please tell us what price my Luo family must pay for you to release my son. If he has offended you in any way, please tell us plainly. My Luo family will take full responsibility for whatever he has done.”

The old man was truly scared. If he had not witnessed the battle at Ridgeplain, he would have never considered acting so humbly before Lu Yin.

It was impossible for the Morrow Behemoth to have thrown him there, unless he had severely underestimated the creature’s strength.

Luo Nanshan scolded his son again. “Insolent child! Apologize right now!”

Luo Ning hurriedly bowed to Lu Yin. “Please forgive me, sir. In my ignorance, I have offended you in the past. I await your punishment.”

Lu Yin smirked as he looked at Luo Ning. He had indeed noticed the cold glint that had appeared in Luo Ning’s eyes, but he had also found it understandable.
