Chapter 6655: Connection with the Copper Mirror

This power could save not just Jie Tiannian but possibly Jie Baobao as well. If the two of them were here, Chu Feng would have immediately used the power to heal them.

“Chu Feng, hurry up and use the power on your bloodline!” Eggy urged.

While Chu Feng was thinking about how the power could be used for those around him, Eggy thought about how Chu Feng could benefit from the power.

“Let me try sensing it,” Chu Feng said.

He drew a wisp of power from the humongous lake of energy that had manifested after refining God’s Era’s powers. The energy didn’t appear to have any negative side effects, but Chu Feng remained vigilant out of habit.

No one complained about Chu Feng getting first access to the power. In their view, it was only normal that he had the first claim to it.

Chu Feng was the leader of the Chu Clan Alliance, after all.

The wisp of power seeped into Chu Feng’s palm and flowed into his soul. His fatigue swiftly dissipated, and he felt energized.

However, his heart clenched up.

Half of the energy collected was focused on recovery, whereas the other half was focused on enhancing one’s bloodline. He was counting on the latter half to raise his cultivation and fighting prowess.

But his Heavenly Lightning Bloodline and Ruler’s Bloodline rejected the energy, not allowing a single drop of it in. Chu Feng felt regretful, but he wasn’t surprised by the outcome.

There were two ways to enhance one’s bloodline power.

One was gathering resources to enhance one’s bloodline. The other was to alter the very nature of one’s bloodline to strengthen it.

God’s Era’s power was likely in the latter category, or else it wouldn’t have been rejected by his two bloodlines. His bloodlines wouldn’t accept being altered to a weaker state of themselves.

Chu Feng told Eggy about it.

“That’s a good thing. It means that your bloodline is indeed the best!” Eggy consoled Chu Feng. Despite her hearty appearance, she was rather sensitive to Chu Feng’s feelings.

“Milady Queen is right,” Chu Feng replied with a grin.

While it was regrettable that this energy was useless to him, he didn’t plan to let this matter affect his mood. Besides, the three powers released from God’s Era thus far were only the appetizers. The main dish was still lying in the three gates inside the humongous silhouette.

No one knew what the final power was, but Chu Feng’s gut feeling told him that it would be extremely useful to him.

“Yu’er, can you use it?”

Chu Feng grabbed a sliver of the power and passed it to Little Fishy. Her bloodline was only second to his among those present. If she could benefit from the power, the others should be able to do so as well.

Little Fishy grabbed the power and absorbed it. Soon, her face lit up.

“It works, big brother! This energy stabilizes my bloodline and enhances my fighting prowess,” Little Fishy said excitedly.

That was good news.

Little Fishy’s talent was already top-notch. The fact that she could benefit from the power showed just how formidable God’s Era was.

Long Chengyu and the other juniors trembled in excitement.

Seeing that, Chu Feng told them to give it a try as well.

Indeed, the energy worked on all of them, though it was particularly potent for the Totem Dragon Clansmen. This sparked a thought in Chu Feng.

Maybe it’s not a coincidence that these two powers landed in the Totem Galaxy and the Immortal Sea Galaxy. The Totem Dragon Clan and the Immortal Sea Clan might be the greatest beneficiaries of this power... though I can’t confirm it since the rest of the Immortal Sea Clan is still in hibernation, and Little Fishy is an exceptional case.

Upon confirming that there was nothing wrong with the energy, Chu Feng first extracted a portion of it and stowed it away before using the remaining energy to construct a massive cultivation ground.

Next, he invited all members of the Chu Clan Alliance to train in the cultivation ground, regardless of their identities, backgrounds, or cultivation levels. They were free to take however much they were capable of taking.

His decision surprised the crowd. Most powers observed a hierarchy when it came to the allocation of resources. How could a normal cultivator enjoy the same cultivation resources as the Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief?

It was an unconventional approach, but most people welcomed it.

As a result, almost every member of the Chu Clan Alliance stepped into the cultivation ground and began cultivating. Some made huge progress in their cultivation due to the enhancements to their bloodlines.

The weaker the cultivator, the more they benefited from God’s Era’s powers. It greatly boosted their talent.

This thrilled the crowd, particularly the weaker members. They were so overjoyed that the smiles didn’t disappear from their faces even as they cultivated. This was far more valuable than any cultivation resources they had previously used.

How often could one find a treasure that raised the upper ceiling of one’s cultivation?

The amount of energy one could absorb was limited based on how potent one’s bloodline was. Those with weaker talent might have undergone the greatest growth, but they were also the first ones to reach their limits and had to stop cultivating.

They only spent a while in the cultivation ground before they had to leave. In moments, the crowded cultivation ground became empty once more.

The only ones who remained were the Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief, Long Mucheng, the Totem Nine Daoists, and the older experts, as well as prodigious juniors like Little Fishy, Long Chengyu, Long Muxi, and Bai Yunqing.

Meanwhile, Chu Feng used his observation means to examine God’s Era.

Even when he was still channeling the formation to refine God’s Era’s power fragments, he could already sense a connection being established with God’s Era. However, the connection was faint, so he chose to ignore it for now.

The connection got stronger as time passed, which made him realize that there might be a change in God’s Era soon.

However, he didn’t notice any changes in God’s Era. Rather, it was his connection with the copper mirror that continued to deepen.
