Chapter 6303: Survivor of the Heavenly Dome Immortal Sect, Long Xiaoxiao

Days passed in a flash.

Chu Feng remained in the Totem Dragon Clan’s forbidden land all this while, but the Totem Dragon Clansmen evacuated the area to not disturb him. Thus, the only ones in the forbidden land now were Chu Feng and Long Zhuoyan.

During which, they received news from Little Fishy and the others regarding the Fortuitous Bloodline Mountain.

Many powers had gone to the Fortuitous Bloodline Mountain, both present-era cultivators and Ancient Era’s races alike. Most were foreign faces, but there were also familiar faces like the Huangfu Heavenly Caln.

Little Fishy and the others concealed their appearances and maintained a low profile, thus avoiding conflicts with others. They were sending news back, not just to report their safety, but also to inform Chu Feng that the Fortuitous Bloodline Mountain had yet to officially open, so he could rush over to meet up with them once he was done with his business.

Based on what they had observed, they were indeed fortuitous encounters in the Fortuitous Bloodline Mountain waiting to be uncovered.

Meanwhile, Chu Feng had finally removed the gu poison and stabilized the conditions of Jie Shanxian, Daoist Starseizer, and Jie Tiannian. Long Zhuoyan spent most of her time resting on her chair, either resting or cultivating.

Jie Shanxian and the others remained unconscious in the recovery formation.

Chu Feng looked at them from outside the formation, his worry not lessening in the least. Despite having extracted their gu poison, he had only managed to save their lives. It would take them a long time to recover, and it was unlikely they would ever return to their peak.

Their bloodlines had been plundered, resulting in the loss of their cultivation. This meant that they were no more than mortals now.

There was a vast difference between mortals and cultivators. For instance, Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starseizer were already advanced in age. Without their cultivation, their lifespans would be severely limited. It was hard to tell how much longer they could live.

“Big sister, is there a way to restore the two elders’ bloodlines?” Chu Feng asked Long Zhuoyan.

He was referring to Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starseizer.

Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starseizer’s bodies were completely ruined, such that Chu Feng, with his current capabilities, couldn’t find a way to heal them. Even if he found compatible bloodlines for them, there was no way to fuse them into their bodies.

They were crippled for good.

In contrast, Jie Tiannian was still young, and Jie Tianran appeared to have shown mercy to her. There was still a chance she could recover, though she would have to recultivate.

“Their bodies are so thoroughly destroyed that you can’t transplant a compatible bloodline into them. Without their cultivation, their lifespans will be limited. They are unlikely to live for long,” Long Zhuoyan opened her eyes and replied.

Her verdict was the same as Chu Feng’s, but she was far more credible given that she was a top world spiritist in the Ancient Era. Her cultivation might have regressed, but the knowledge she had remained. Her words were as good as a death sentence to Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starsezier.

Chu Feng looked at the unconscious Jie Shanxian and Daoist Starseizer with pained eyes.

He had no way of knowing for sure how the two had fallen into Jie Tianran’s hands and landed in such a tragic plight, but he had a feeling it was related to him.

“You have tried your best. That is their fate. Little brother, come with me to the Ninth Galaxy,” Long Zhuoyan said.

“Big sister, I don’t intend to go yet,” Chu Feng replied.

“You aren’t going? You already know that your mother is in the Ninth Galaxy. Are you intending to exact vengeance on their behalf?” Long Zhuoyan asked.

“The three elders landed in this plight because of me. If I don’t stop Jie Tianran, more of my acquaintances will suffer the same fate. I can’t just turn a blind eye to this,” Chu Feng replied.

“That’s fine too. You might just have a shot at obtaining God’s Era’s power,” Long Zhuoyan replied.

“Big sister, do you know something about God’s Era?” Chu Feng asked.

“That thing has been around since the Ancient Era, and it appears quite frequently. It’s just that no one has obtained its true legacy thus far. You, however, are an extraordinary one. You might just have a chance at it.” Long Zhuoyan looked at Chu Feng with a sliver of expectation.

“I’ll try my best at God’s Era. Big sister, when do you intend to set off?” Chu Feng asked.

“Soon. I’ll set off right after conditioning my body,” Long Zhuoyan replied.

Chu Feng wasn’t too disappointed by the news. It was a pity to lose Long Zhuoyan’s backing, but he had survived well without her thus far. Her appearance was a surprise, and it was only out of worry for his mother that he had Long Zhuoyan bring him to the Seven Realms Sacred Mansion.

There was nothing for him to worry about now that he knew his mother was safe and sound.

He was confident of dealing with Jie Tianran alone.

Chu Feng suddenly frowned. He reached into his Cosmos Sack and took out a glowing bead.

He had previously deciphered the True Dragon Chessboard in the Dragon Breath Spring Chamber, which prompted Long Mucheng to make a request out of him. However, he needed another person to fulfill the request.

Unfortunately, Long Mucheng was still searching for the person, and she handed him a bead and asked him to keep a lookout for the person too. According to her, the bead would glow if the person was in the vicinity.

“You’re searching for someone?” Long Zhuoyan asked. She easily saw through the bead.

“Yes.” Chu Feng nodded.

“It seems to be someone important. It’ll take them a while to recover anyway, so why don’t you handle this first?” Long Zhuoyan quickly added, “Do you need me to accompany you?”

Chu Feng was about to answer when the Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief suddenly flew over. He first greeted Long Zhuoyan with a bow, “Paying respect to Lord Ancestral Dragon.”

Long Zhuoyan replied in annoyance, “Get straight to the point. Haven’t I told you many times not to call me Lord Ancestral Dragon? Call me Lord Long instead.”

“Yes, Lord Long.”

The Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief, despite his high stature and age, remained uptight in front of Long Zhuoyan like a child standing before an adult. He dared not to even breathe loudly.

“Chu Feng, you have a friend named Long Xiaoxiao, right? You two participated in our Totem Dragon Clan’s Trial of the Strongest in the Saint Dragon Ancient Remnant,” the Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief asked.

“Yes, Xiaoxiao is my close friend. Elder, did something happen?” Chu Feng asked.

“The remnants of the Heavenly Dome Immortal Sect believe that our Totem Dragon Clan is responsible for their sect’s downfall and attacked our territory. We have captured all of them, and the disciple of one of the culprits is Long Xiaoxiao.

“I haven’t dealt with them yet because I remembered that Long Xiaoxiao is your friend. I had my men bring them here for the time being,” the Totem Dragon Clan’s Clan Chief said.

“Elder, where are they now?” Chu Feng asked.

“I’ll bring you over.”

The clan chief brought Chu Feng to where Long Xiaoxiao and the others were imprisoned. Along the way, Chu Feng noticed the bead in his hand glowing with increasing brightness.

“Could this bead be pointing to someone in Xiaoxiao’s party?” Chu Feng wondered.
