Chapter 4413: To Clear Mind

"They sent you?" I asked as I walked toward the gate. "They are hoping you wouldn’t go out of the village," replied Prime Avana guiltily.

It’s been three days since I presented the design, and I won’t receive the answers for another two weeks.

After that, it will be hard for me to get out. So, I want to use this opportunity to get out and practice the dance to reach the limit.

"Don’t worry. I won’t go far." I replied. "I am going out to clear my mind. I won’t get that chance, after we begin," I added. To that, she nodded before she sighed.

"Just be careful. We don’t want to lose the hope we got after a long time," she said.

"I will," I replied and walked toward the gate.

I have no intention of going as far as I had said; I am going to clear my mind and practice my method in peace. Once I reach the limit, I will be able to focus freely on the way to get out of here.

Soon, I reached the gate and walked through under the weighted eyes.

A moment later, I turned and resumed my journey. This time, they didn’t follow me.

Still, I remained alert, but didn’t sense anyone following me.

Over two hours passed, and I had finally stopped. Landing on the green hill, with the river flowing in front of it.

It’s a beautiful scenery, its why. I chose it.

I didn’t summon my abode. Instead, I took out the chair and sat down. A minute later, a hot tea and a few snacks appeared in front of me.

I sipped it and ate snacks while looking at the scenery in front of me, on this beautiful day.

It is very close to the village. So, there aren’t many monsters, but I could sense a few. One is only a few hundred meters away from me, but it didn’t sense me.

I didn’t disturb it either. I came here for the peace. So, the last thing. What I want to do is destroy others’ peace.

An hour passed, and the tea had been sipped, and a snack eaten till not even crumbs had remained, but I am still in my place watching the scenery.

Another hour passed, and then another, but I stayed in my spot, looking at the scenery in front of me.

I stayed there till the evening when I finally got up, but I didn’t enter the abode. No, I simply begin to walk, taking in the scenery around me.

I get out a lot, but rarely do I enjoy nature like this.

There is always something to do. I couldn’t enjoy the scenery around me wholeheartedly, like I am doing right now.

I walked aimlessly till it was eight when I finally summoned my abode and walked inside.

There, I freshened up and showered before walking into the kitchen and cooking myself a simple meal. I didn’t want to eat anything ostentatious tonight.

It still took me an hour, and I ate it alone as usual, before lying on the couch.

A moment later, I am in my core.

I didn’t come to work, so there will be no work today.

Like the forest, I begin to walk, looking at each plan and animal. Smelling them, petting them, before I stopped in front of the especially vibrant part.

The plants here are growing faster and are far healthier than other plants.

All the plants in my core grow well and are in the best state possible, but these plants are slightly better than the. These are plants that are in the domain of the man-eating plant.

On the outside, it’s only been around nine months, but here, it’s been years.

It had fully gotten used to the environment. Now, absorbing the energy of the core, including the forbidden power, and growing well, and helping the other plants grow well.

It is why I started collecting the resources I need from it.

I had already collected five drops of core liquid from it. One drop for each year, processed them.

Now, if I am severely injured or lost essence, I could use it, and it would work better than the unprocessed one I had used last time.

I stayed by it a few more minutes before stopping at the green patch and lying down.

I read a lot of books, but not the one I have in my hand. It’s been a while; I had read a book like this, and I plan to read it today.

I won’t be sleeping before finishing it. Its why I entered my core. It’s going to take more than a few hours to finish it, even with my speed.

Not that I want to read it fast.

I am going to savour it, enjoy every sentence written in it.
