Chapter 442: Lush Forest

Xuan Xue and the others took a deep breath when Lin Feng and Bai Qingya disappeared.

"I-I am going to cultivate..." Mu Yao said and immediately ran away.

Mo Yan wanted to go towards her to comfort her when Xuan Xue gestured for her not to do so.

"Let’s leave her alone for some time..."

Mo Yan nodded in understanding and went to cultivate herself.

One by one everyone left with Xuan Xue standing in her original location.

Lin Feng looked around and found the world which was nearest to them. He was certain that this was the node world which Gou Tiancheng had mentioned and the place where most of those who had left their previous worlds might be staying.

The reason he was certain was because it was the largest world in the vicinity and the spirit qi density around it was proof that it was a node world.

As for the two worlds which Gou Tiancheng had mentioned, he could see them too. He could also see a very small world far away in the direction they had came from, that must be their previous world.

Bai Qingya also saw the biggest world," It matches the description of what I had heard..."

"Then let’s go..." Lin Feng said and they began traveling towards it.

It looked very close to them but as they began traveling towards it, it was obvious that it wasn’t.

"How big is it to look that prominent even from this far away..." Bai Qingya was amazed and was very curious to explore it.

Lin Feng wasn’t much surprised by the distance and the size of the node world as he had seen many of them in his past, in fact this was among the medium sized node worlds.

Nevertheless, compared to his previous world, it was hundreds of thousands of times bigger or maybe even millions of times bigger, he just couldn’t compare the size of a world with just his vision.

It took them a few hours to reach the vicinity of the world and feel the impact of its pull on their bodies.

"Th-This is enormous..." Bai Qingya was shocked inwardly. At this distance all her vision was occupied by the vast world in front of her.

"Senior, it is time..." Lin Feng could feel the pull getting stronger and they were about to enter the passageway which would lead them to the surface of this world.

The heavens of any world didn’t allow the direct entry of outsiders, they instead gave them a passage which took them to a random place according to their realm.

So once they entered inside this passage, they would be separated.

Bai Qingya nodded," Alright, I will wait for your message..."

Xuan Xue had already created some Initiation Realm communication talismans under the guidance of Lin Feng and both of them had plenty of them.

"Ok..."

Lin Feng gave a slight nod and few breaths later he finally felt that he could no longer control his movement now, they were finally inside the passageway.

He wasn’t worried for the safety of Bai Qingya as she would definitely arrive at a place where she could easily protect herself given her cultivation realm. The heavens were fair in their judgment in this regard.

The real danger was the Eternal Void itself but since they came so close to the vicinity of the world, they were in the safest zone of it.

Lin Feng looked towards Bai Qingya and sure enough she was getting further and further away and soon everything blurred. After travelling for few breaths, Lin Feng felt the faint layer of cold wind hitting his skin before it gradually thickened, making him understand that he was finally in the sky of this new world.

A few breaths later the passage disappeared and Lin Feng finally saw the earth beneath him.

A lush forest filled with immense trees having red leaves, with a few mountains and lakes scattered between them, appeared in his vision as far as he could see even when he was so high in the sky.

There was no sign of any human settlements nearby and the most intriguing thing was that this forest was totally devoid of any life other than the trees which were as tall as small mountains.

Lin Feng frowned slightly and came down close enough to see through the dense foliage of the trees. What he saw were scattered bones in a few places.

Suddenly he came to a realization and observed the trees more thoroughly. As he had expected, they were filled with hidden vitality.

This wasn’t just a forest, it was a blood draining forest.

Those who wandered inside wouldn’t take long before losing their blood qi. He himself was feeling that his blood qi was quite restless even when he was flying high enough to avoid the trees.

If by any chance he had landed on the ground then he had a feeling that escaping wouldn’t be as simple as flying away again... these trees definitely wouldn’t have let him go easily.

The most intriguing thing was that he couldn’t see through their grade even using his Chaotic Eyes, they looked harmless if not for the blood vitality he sensed.

He decided to leave this area and to find the right path out of this almost endless forest, he observed the height of the trees. If they decreased as he moved then he was definitely on the right track.
