The Pure Yang True Fire specifically countered all yin and evil things; even a fierce ghost causing chaos in the human world would be instantly struck by Pure Yang Immortal Fire, resulting in soul scattering.

A hell couldn't be set up here, but it couldn't be too far away. Shi Feiyang intended to use this True Fire to constrain these evil demons!

He chose a place where dull energy gathered most heavily in the earth fire and earth lungs.

The Outer Heaven Divine Mountain, originating from the Heaven, was born from the fusion of Heavenly earth between, originally condensed from the Nine Heavens Pure Spirit Qi. After descending to the human world, it was invaded by the dull energy of the earth for millennia, and was no longer "purely clear" but "clear with dullness".

Shi Feiyang wanted to take the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain back to the Heaven, the best way was to completely purify the mountain, remove the yin and dullness, leaving only the yang clarity.

However, if this were done, all kinds of beings on the mountain would also need to be purified, ensuring each one was in the state of a Pure Yang Heavenly Immortal, but they came to him for protection because they couldn't become Heavenly Immortals. If they could cultivate into a Yang God themselves, they would ascend directly, why bother hugging his thigh!

Therefore, Shi Feiyang had to find a way to take the yin dull energy up to the Spiritual Space Immortal Realm, which was the most difficult task.

He did not fully rely on the best of the three plans, going to the Spiritual Space Immortal Realm wasn't crucial, but he couldn't abandon these people who relied on him, especially the ministers and citizens of the Yu Country who had regarded him as the Holy Lord Human Emperor for centuries, he absolutely couldn't abandon them.

This small world was incomplete, but Shi Feiyang, wielding the Chaos Dragon Ball, had gleaned many world-opening laws, supplementing and expanding it with numerous resources.

He first constructed a Ghost Gate in the pitch-black earth lung, setting up the Human Emperor Soul Banner in front of the gate.

On this banner, recorded are the names of all Yu Country's citizens. Once a child is born, a breath of divine thought links with it. After death, it will be drawn over, even from outside the Outer Heaven Divine Mountain, separated by hundreds of thousands of miles, it can still be attracted here. Even if body and soul are destroyed, the remaining soul will return here.

If the divine soul is intact, it can directly enter through the Ghost Gate below the banner. If it's a remnant soul, it will be taken into the banner, nurturing the soul within. Over the years, as the soul becomes whole again, it can then enter within the gate.

Inside the Ghost Gate is a dark cave, not large, not even the size of a room, like a small temple, with a simple stone offering table inside, upon which sits a lamp burning quietly, the Heavenly Secret Demon God Lamp, the flame is red, casting the entire cave in a blood-red hue.

Ghosts reaching here will fly directly into the lamp.

Shi Feiyang fused the Red Lotus World with the Heavenly Secret Demon God Lamp!

Inside the lamp was originally just a realm of consciousness, where simple souls could enter, devoid of any material substance, not even a speck of dust.

However, within there is birth, old age, sickness, death, devouring, slaughter, all sorts of joy, anger, sorrow, happiness, separation, and reunion. Comfort and pain coexist, and being inside, nearly no one can discern reality from illusion.

For those inside, it is a real world!

The Red Lotus World was a truly materialized space, Shi Feiyang expanded it to three thousand li in each direction. Entering, there's a glacier river filled with red lotuses.

At the end of this glacier river is naturally a glacier, within which lies a Cold Ice Hell.

In the Demon Cult, there has always been a tradition of setting up hells, with Iron City Mountain Demon, Stone God Palace Master, Jiu Panpo, among others, having all set up hells. Iron City Mountain Demon's hell was even modeled after the assumptions in the Buddhist Sutra of the Original Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, making Iron City Mountain the Iron Wall Mountain, surrounded by the Eight Great Hells.

Shi Feiyang's setup here wasn't as complex, with only an ice prison and a fire prison.

Those utterly wicked and unrepentant demons are locked in the Fire Prison Demon Cell, to be eternally burned by fierce fire.

Commonly offending ghosts are sent into the Ice Prison.

In the Fire Hell, there is no time; it burns unceasingly. The Ice Hell, however, does have time, with a set duration for imprisonment, after which release is granted.

One Light Master serves as the Hell Master here, alongside the Five Lascivious Venerable and the Poison Dragon Venerable, overseeing the two great hells.

Years ago, Shi Feiyang dueled with One Light Master, capturing tens of thousands of Demons. All those Demons were killed by One Light Master, some good, some evil, tortured through Soul Refinement by him using cruel methods, turning them into fierce and violent Demons. Eventually, these Demons retaliated when he was due for Heavenly Punishment, and Shi Feiyang captured them. Over time, with those captured from other places, they totaled over two hundred thousand.

In recent years, One Light Master has been following Shi Feiyang's directives, continuously redeeming these Demons here.

Shi Feiyang, mastered in supreme techniques of both Demonic Paths, specially devised a method for redeeming Demons. Using this as a core philosophy, One Light Master compiled the "Primordial Yang Heavenly Venerate's Demon Conversion Scripture."

He has diligently applied this method over the years to transform these more than two hundred thousand Demons, identifying and solving problems as they arose. If unsolvable, he would consult Shi Feiyang. Eventually, all practically tested methods were incorporated into the scripture. To date, this scripture comprises eighteen volumes, exceeding ten million words.

Every ten years, One Light Master holds a lecture, beginning each with praises of the greatness and compassion of Master Yuan Yang: "In this world, scriptures for rescuing people and ghosts are numerous, found in both Buddhism and Daoism, with more than one version. However, for demons, there is only this one scripture. What an immense heart Master Yuan Yang has, willing to pull individuals like me, and you, out of the most terrifying and filthy Demon Domain! Such supreme wisdom is required! It's our auspicious destiny to encounter Master Yuan Yang and this unique scripture across multiple lifetimes, or even several decades of lifetimes! This scripture is exceptionally precious, and we must cherish it..."

His lectures are mesmerizing, leaving many Demons deeply moved, even to tears.

Shi Feiyang appointed him as Hell Master, with the Five Lascivious Venerable rewarding the good, and the Poison Dragon Venerable punishing the wicked.

When souls enter, One Light Master judges them, rewarding the good and punishing the evil accordingly.

On a hillside, the Five Lascivious Venerable constructed the Five Lust Palace, featuring the Five Immoral Color World, which can manifest various scenarios. Many sinful Demons, seeking to reduce their sins, come here to serve their term.

For good people arriving, Demons transform into handsome men and beautiful women to serve them. The better the person, the more attendants they receive, up to one hundred and eight, and the longer they can enjoy services here. Inside, if they desire an imperial palace, one appears; if they wish for gourmet food, it is provided. Scenarios can change at will, and the attending Demons can engage in role-play.

For example, if someone wishes to be an emperor, this place can indeed transform into an imperial city, where the attending Demons can act as ministers, generals, eunuchs, concubines, the top courtesan of the Capital... fulfilling any desire, including the desire to kill, truly allowing one to act as they wish.

Evil people are sent to the Poison Dragon Venerable to be punished.

Of course, the majority aren't purely good or entirely evil; they have done both good and bad deeds.

Good and evil do not counterbalance. One Light Master calculates the accumulated merits for a stay with the Five Lascivious Venerable and tallies the sins for punishment under the Poison Dragon Venerable.

Back then, Shi Feiyang refined many Demons, some included within the Twelve Flower Evil God Gang, such as Varnagyin II, Khayin Shabu, Zhong Liang, Zhong Gan, and others. They accomplished many things for Shi Feiyang and have due merits. Now, they too are gathered here, awaiting the settlement of their rewards and retributions before reincarnation.

Souls can choose, carrying unfinished merits into reincarnation, deciding what species to be reborn as or into which family. Alternatively, they can choose not to reincarnate, finding a place in the Red Lotus World to reside or cultivate, but without a physical body, taking several hundred years to achieve becoming an Earth Immortal, if they succeed at all.

Sins must be atoned for completely before reincarnation is allowed.

Shi Feiyang defined ten grave sins, which, when committed, cannot be pardoned. Together with irredeemably evil Demons, they are sentenced to life in the Fire Prison, burning for eternity with no chance of release.

After arranging Hell, he reached an agreement with the Nine Child Mother Sky Demon: "You may reside in the Red Lotus Hell and consume Demons sentenced to life in the Fire Prison, but you are limited to one per year. Additionally, a requirement is set: after each consumption, you must transcribe the 'Primordial Yang Heavenly Venerate's Demon Conversion Scripture' once in your blood."

The little ones rejoiced at these terms, their smiles almost splitting to the back of their heads!

Since birth, they had never really eaten well... Shi Feiyang certainly wouldn't allow it, and their mother watched over them even more strictly.

In their eyes, their mother had been thoroughly intimidated by Shi Feiyang, not daring to oppose any of his words. Likewise, they dared not defy him, as playful disobedience would earn the punishment of the Nine Heavens Yuan Yang Ruler!

Finally able to eat the Demons! The nine little ones danced for joy, some bowing repeatedly to Shi Feiyang, thanking the master tirelessly.

In truth, Shi Feiyang had another purpose in doing this.

The core ideas of the 'Primordial Yang Heavenly Venerate's Demon Conversion Scripture' are his, but the specific cultivation methods, spells, etc., were supplemented by One Light Master.

How formidable One Light Master is; he was a longstanding Demon once due for Heavenly Punishment, second only to the Chiti Elder Buddha of the Western Demon Cult!

His compiled Daoist Scripture indeed possesses an incredible Mana, especially the latter sections detailing three hundred and sixty virtues achieved through the transcription of the scripture, each of which will manifest.

After consuming a Demon, the nine of them transcribe the scripture in their blood. During the process, the content of the scripture integrates into their heart and blood, while the residual spirits of the Demons adhere to the words.

In the future, when they achieve enlightenment, the consumed Demons will resurrect, following them toward righteousness and returning to the correct path!
