While Shi Feiyang was deeply immersed in cultivation at the Liangyi Palace, the far-striding Tong Yuanqi arrived once more at Chenwei Village.

Tong Yuanqi was determined to kill Luo Jiu and cleanse his Sect. After being driven away last time by Xiang Jiugu and Lv Xianming, he was pondering where to find others to join him when Bearded Immortal Li Yuanhua happened to pass by, so he invited him to return to Chenwei Village together.

Upon their arrival in the village, they had just entered when they were trapped by Demon Fire, and a horde of zombies surged towards them!

The two returned to Chenwei Village enraged and in pain. In their fury to avenge themselves, they brutally transformed all the people in Chenwei Village into zombies and set up a Demon Formation outside the village to prevent detection by enemies during their spell casting so that no one would come to destroy it.
