"I can't stand it anymore. I'm going to look around. Staying here won't yield any results. If we go out and take a look, maybe we can find some useful information."
"Let's go together. I'll also try to find something, anything useful. If we can find out what the other side defines as being human, that would be helpful for us."
Huang Qi stared at the robot for a long time, searching over and over through these entries.
Each time he thought he'd found a negative effect he could exploit, it turned out the other side had already blocked it with another entry.
All the negative effects he thought he could use were sealed off, leaving him unsure how to proceed.
After thinking for a while, he decided to take a chance outside, hoping to find some useful information.
Otherwise, finding other entries that could counter these robots' entries would be beneficial.
Although he's not too sure if such entries exist outside, for now, he can only place his hope in this possibility.
Hearing this, Lin Hua quickly chimed in.
He also wanted to go out and search for intelligence and data. If they could find out what the robots' definition of humans is, it would be ideal.
Though slim, this hope is better than sitting here and waiting for demise.
Huang Qi didn't refuse Lin Hua's suggestion; going out alone would be dangerous, but having someone accompany him would be somewhat safer.
After discussion, eight people decided to go outside.
Besides these eight, the club sent someone along to ensure they don't accidentally wander into forbidden areas.
With the club's escort, they would be safer.
After deciding, these nine set off together.
Zhou Yingting initially wanted to go with them but hesitated and decided to wait for them to explore first, then make plans.
With this in mind, Zhou Yingting sat aside, continuing to study the entries in front of him.
He looked up only by evening when Lin Hua and the others returned.
Compared to when they left, Lin Hua and the others appeared ragged, seemingly having encountered some battle.
Seeing this, Zhou Yingting and the others quickly went up to greet them.
Noticing the nine had more or less carried some wounds, everyone's expressions shifted slightly.
"What happened? Did the entry robots discover you?"
Their gaze swept over the people present, quickly inquiring.
As they spoke, they instinctively looked behind them, wanting to see if any robots were following.
Fortunately, they didn't see any robots behind them when they looked.
"Don't mention it, it was incredibly bad luck. We encountered patrol robots when we went out; if we hadn't run fast, we really wouldn't have made it back. These patrol robots are quite formidable when they chase people."
Lin Hua returned and plopped down, grabbing a nearby bottle of mineral water and chugging it down.
The crowd looked at them after hearing this. When they left, their gear was fully equipped, but now their equipment was empty, bullets all used up.
Looking at this, it was clear their battle was intense.
"It's a good thing you're unharmed, or we'd be facing combat attrition again."
Witnessing this, others couldn't help but comment.
If combat attrition continued, it would become troublesome. Their numbers were already few, putting them at a disadvantage.
Losing anyone from now on would be unacceptable to them.
Now that everyone was safe, they all breathed a sigh of relief.
"Did you find any useful information during your outing?"
Seeing they were unharmed, Zhou Yingting immediately asked the question on his mind.
For now, he hadn't found anything useful regarding robots, and the only hope seemed to rest with them.
If Lin Hua and the others could gather some useful information...
Zhou Yingting's words directed everyone's gaze to Lin Hua and the others, eager to hear their findings.
Lin Hua and the others exchanged looks and, after a brief pause, spoke.
"Well, if we're talking about findings, there actually are some."
Lin Hua's words drew instant attention, eyes carrying a hint of delight.
If they truly found something, that would be excellent.
Perhaps there is hope for them to leave here.
"What did you find? Hurry and tell us."
The crowd pressed in closer, quickly asking.
Upon hearing this, Lin Hua recounted their discovery to those present.
"While we were out, we found a broken robot."
"A broken robot?"
Their response momentarily stunned everyone, and they looked at him with slight skepticism.
"What's there to see with a broken robot? Aren't there enough broken robots here already?"
