Chapter 58: Morgana Loves Smashing Heads (Literally).

She panted, her nails digging into his back. Sid sucked harder on her nipple, his finger pumping furiously into her as he felt her walls begin to flutter around him. With a final cry, Morgana came undone beneath him, her body convulsing with the force of her orgasm.

Sid gentled his movements, slowly bringing Morgana down from her high. He kissed her softly, savoring the taste of their combined pleasure on her lips.

"That was... impressive."

Morgana smiled weakly, still trembling in the aftermath of her intense climax.

"Too impressive for your first time."

"Well… thanks for, you know, taking my virginity. I didn't realize you had it in you."

Sid admitted, his voice still husky from their activities. Morgana chuckled, standing up and beginning to button her uniform back up.

"There's a lot you don't know about me, Sid. But I think we're just getting started."

She leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to Sid's lips before pulling back with a wink.

"Get some rest. You'll need your strength for later."

With that, she walked toward the bathroom, leaving Sid alone with his thoughts and the lingering scent of their passion… still processing everything that had just happened. His chest heaved slightly as he leaned back against the couch, staring at the ceiling.

He felt a strange mix of exhaustion and exhilaration, his mind still caught between disbelief and wonder. Moments had passed, Morgana, now in fresh clothes, came back to the living room with a towel in hand, tossing it toward him.

"Here! You need to clean up. You're sitting in the middle of the floor like some exhausted cat."

Sid caught the towel and gave a small, tired smile.

"Thanks… I guess I didn't realize how sex can be this drained."

Morgana perched on the edge of the sofa, her expression gentle but teasing.

"Drained… but heavenly."

Sid gave a tired nod and wiped his face with the towel she'd tossed him, still catching his breath. He sat upright, looking around the small living room as Morgana perched on the sofa, smoothing down her fresh clothes. After a moment, he tilted his head at her.

"You live here alone?"

Morgana glanced at him, her expression flickering between surprise and something heavier.

"Yeah. Just me."

She drew in a slow breath before adding,

"A few months ago, I finally sent my father to rehab. He… he needed it. For years, I didn't have the courage to stand up to him. But I guess I just snapped one day and did it."

Sid blinked, leaning back a little as he watched her speak. A faint smile touched his lips.

"That took guts, Morgana. I know how much you care about him, even after everything. The truth is, we don't get to choose our parents we're born into it, and we just… accept them, no matter how much it hurts. But they had a choice. They chose to bring us into this world, and sometimes they failed us. What you did… sending him there… that's not weakness. That's strength. I'm proud of you."

Morgana's eyes softened, her hand pausing mid motion as she looked at him. For a moment, she seemed at a loss for words. Then she exhaled quietly, almost a whisper.

"T-Thank you, Sid. That means more than I can explain. Sometimes I wonder if I did the right thing, if maybe I should've kept trying to fix him myself. But hearing you say that… it makes me feel lighter."

"You don't need to carry all of it alone. We've both lost enough already."

A silence settled, but this time it wasn't awkward. It was understanding. They both knew the truth… that neither of them had parents to go home to anymore. That they were living their lives alone, surviving in a world that had taken too much already.

Morgana gave a faint, bittersweet smile.

"Guess that makes us the same… just two strays trying to figure it out."

"Yeah. Two strays. But at least we're not completely alone anymore."

"Glad to have you again. This time, I promise I won't let you get away."

"Same, Morgana. After knowing what you can do, I mean… who would ever let you go?"

Sid quipped, his dirty smirk breaking through. She laughed, and he joined her, their laughter echoing in the small room almost childlike. For a moment, the weight of the past was gone.

Then Morgana stood, brushing her palms against her skirt as she glanced around at the disarray. A sigh slipped out.

"Speaking of tired… look at this place. Between patching you up and, well, everything else we just did, my living room looks like a crime scene."

Sid glanced at the shelves of medical texts and labeled jars.

"Honestly? This place already had that 'forensics lab' vibe before we touched it. You've got jars and notes everywhere feels like stepping into some detective's office. Kinda gives me chills… but in a cool way."

"Gives you chills but in a cool way, huh? Trying not to sound offensive?"

Morgana smirked.

"Kidding. I'll take it as a compliment. Do you know how hard it is to build that collection?"

"Fair enough. I'm not knocking it, just saying it's impressive. Most people collect stamps or coins, but you? You've got a whole museum of mystery going on here. Honestly, it suits you."

"At least I don't collect videos of dumb ways to die…"

"Hey!"

Morgana laughed, a silly little laugh, then began tidying up— gathering towels, medical kits, and wiping down the table.

"Before you collapse because you look like you're about to, you should rest. Seriously. You're no good to me half-dead."

"Yeah, you're right. This day's been draining… but kind of heavenly too."

Sid teased, copying her earlier words. She rolled her eyes lightly, stacking the last of her notebooks. But when she turned back, he was already out, slumped against the couch, the towel still dangling loosely from his hand.

Morgana sighed softly, then moved about the room with quiet efficiency, making sure nothing hinted at the chaos of the night.

The table was neat, the floor clear, and even the small traces of Sid's cum were covered with a fresh blanket. She looked over at him sleeping on the couch. Her eyes softened as she checked the bandage over his wound, making sure it was still properly dressed and clean.

"You really don't know how stubborn you are…"

She murmured quietly, brushing a strand of hair from his forehead.

"You're going to push yourself too far if you keep ignoring your own pain. One day, you're going to make me lose my mind."

She smiled faintly at the thought and tucked the blanket snugly around him. She pressed a light kiss to his forehead. Then she stood, moving quietly to her computer in the corner. The glow of the monitor lit her face as she sat down.

"Alright."

She murmured to herself, fingers brushing the mouse.

"Time to relax and smash some heads…"

She clicked a familiar icon, and a sound rang out… the same alert tone Sid seems to recognize. He twitched slightly in his sleep at the sound.

Then a voice spoke, that familiar tone:

"Welcome to the Dead World Online."
