A powerful energy that had been compressed was released at breakneck speed, and Mart created five linked barriers. The first barrier broke, the second barrier broke, the third barrier broke, the fourth barrier cracked and soon after broke, but the fifth barrier held despite cracking.
"Wow, this is real power," thought Mart, until he heard:
"My ungrateful disciple, is this how you repay your extraordinary teacher, by destroying his wonderful gardens?"
Mart, who believed he had great power, felt oppressed. He lowered his gaze involuntarily, but it was inevitable due to the solemn, beautiful, and powerful voice he heard, which seemed impossible to oppose. Even so, the voice did not have a single trace of hostility. Mart was about to look up, but before he could do so...

Selef woke up, feeling a cold sensation on the back of his head, but he still felt comfortable.
He opened his eyes and saw the book on demonic magic with spells designed to control a wide area or cause damage in an area.
Selef looked to one side and wrapped his arms around Isirid's waist. He buried his face in her belly and breathed deeply.
She shuddered but remained silent. He kept his face on her belly for a few seconds.
[Shaking the heart of a beautiful and pure young woman: reward]
"The more Demon God's blood I assimilate, the more I am attracted to this demon woman. I will not give her to anyone," thought Selef.
[Lust trait activated]
[Greed trait activated]
Selef moved away slightly without removing his head from Isirid's lap, and they looked deeply into each other's eyes.
"If you touch me, my grandfather will curse you, at best," Isirid said casually, but Selef noticed that she was trying to hide the fact that her breathing was slightly agitated.
Selef saw her eyes, with white sclerae, white irises with red outlines, and vertical black pupils.
"I would be lucky if I died after possessing you. But I will have to refrain, because it would be irresponsible of me to die now, since I am not alone," said Selef, sitting down next to Isirid.
[Inciting impure desires: special reward]
She turned her gaze back to her book.
Selef stood up and walked toward the entrance, looked back at Isirid, and said in a charming voice:
"See you tomorrow. I enjoy your company."
Isirid nodded, and Selef crossed the entrance that appeared in the wall.

"System, was that dream induced by the laziness trait?" asked Selef as he walked through the hallways and occasionally greeted some students who approached him.
[Correct]
"If I get the chance, I'll go check out the book 'Demonic Hearts' next year, although I'll need special permission," Selef concluded almost as soon as he saw Menna walking alongside Deniris, both dressed in maid uniforms.
Deniris walked with her rabbit ears slightly tilted.
Selef made eye contact with Menna, and he couldn't help but smile and shake his head when Menna just looked away and continued walking with Deniris.
Selef continued on his way through the hallways that led to the faculty dormitory building where his guest room was located.

"That was Merac Grensad, so that Being who appeared at the end was his master. What a reality check, but how did such powerful beings disappear without a trace?" thought Selef as he sat with his sword leaning against the bed in his room, which was currently in darkness.
"It won't be easy. It's better to prepare for the worst, so they don't catch me off guard. Since the conspirators seem determined to destabilize the country of demons. How foolish!" Selef stopped rambling, took a book and a notebook from his demonic ring, and got up to sit in a chair in front of a desk to continue perfecting his cursed arts.

One week later.
In human territory, near the border between the Venrac Empire and the Argariz Republic.
Inside a large mansion, in the main hall, a place with gray tiles and white walls adorned with paintings of various war heroes, above a high ceiling with magical lights that illuminated just enough to give the place a solemn atmosphere.
"I think we have everything ready. Why don't we attack now that they are off guard?" asked a man with black hair streaked with gray, subtle wrinkles on his face, and a robust build, named Count Morgan Whithe.
Morgan White wanted the military campaign to conquer demonic territories to begin. He didn't want to rust any longer. Besides, his family was of noble warrior lineage, descendants of one of the most famous heroes of the human empire. He had currently reached the midpoint of the sixth rank, and he believed that in the heat of battle he could find the answer to rise from the midpoint to the peak.
Duke Venzariac studied the map spread out on a large wooden table. The demonic territory and the human territory were marked and delineated in detail on the map, the work of the assassins of the White Fox Guild, who were led by the beautiful Lindzei Britchiner, a woman with a perfect body, slim and firm where it should be, and with beautiful curves of the perfect size. She wore dresses that were open at the sides, revealing her long, beautiful white legs, and low-cut, allowing a glimpse of her white breasts. Around her neck she wore a beautiful fox that rested as if it were a scarf. The fox was a high-level spirit.
Lindzei just watched the conversation with a mischievous expression from a seat, since she had already earned several million gold coins for her work in making the map. The additional commission if the military campaign was successful was something she would accept if it came, but she would not regret it if it did not, since her earnings were guaranteed.
"I'm only interested in taking a few demon women with me. They're beautiful and sell for a good price to wealthy perverts," said a rude and mocking man with a rough appearance, dark skin, short dark brown hair, and dressed in black leather clothes with some high-ranking beast bone armor.
The rude and mocking man was the mercenary Edward Liken, who was the leader of a mercenary group called "Hungry Dogs." He was a warrior at the starting point of the sixth rank, but among his peers, no one had been able to stand up to him.
"I'm worried that the information will leak. There could always be spies. I think Count Morgan is right. We must attack as soon as possible, if we are already prepared," said a man wearing a dark blue wizard's robe with silver trim, who carried a brown staff with an iridescent sphere at the top.
The man in the wizard's robe had reddish hair, gray eyes, an attractive face, and a solemn gaze. He was General Alphens Fitchner, a wizard at the peak of the sixth rank. Although he appeared to be about 30 years old, he was over 80 and had participated in several wars in the past. He was a defender of the nobility, so when he heard what had happened to the duke's daughter, he did not hesitate to support him by personally leading half of his own army.
"There will be no leaks. There is another powerful hidden organization that is responsible for monitoring the surroundings and everyone who enters or leaves the city where we are. Furthermore, they do not allow anyone to approach the demonic territory, not even to guard the border," said Duke Venzariac with a firm tone and gaze.
After listening to the duke's words, silence fell for a few seconds. No one wanted to ask anything imprudent, much less what organization it was, so the duke added:
"For now, distribute your men in the city where we are and in the two neighboring cities. Today we have decided how we will attack. We just have to wait a little while, and we will succeed in this campaign to exterminate the demons."
Everyone nodded after hearing the duke's firm words. Shortly thereafter, he left the mansion's hall accompanied by Commander Edgar.
-If it is true that the information will not be leaked, we can conquer the barony and viscountcy of the filthy demons. They will not be able to resist a sudden attack with the force gathered by the duke. Let us hope he is right, otherwise it will not be an easy campaign. The demons should not be underestimated. -said Baron Sed, who had remained silent.
Everyone nodded, because even though Baron Sed looked like a 70-year-old man, he was a formidable magic archer, who was at the peak of the sixth rank.
The Baron had agreed to participate in the campaign because the duke had offered him support for promotion to viscount and a larger territory, something Baron Sed wanted to pass on to his son.
••••
The duke headed toward the study in the mansion where they were staying, which belonged to Count Morgan.
The room was simple, unpretentious, with a few books, wooden floors, cream-colored walls, and a simple wooden ceiling with some magical lights.
"I have invested a third of my fortune in this campaign to achieve my revenge. I hope Inquisiderian hurries up and does what they have to do quickly," thought the Duke, who, after listening to the mercenary, realized that what happened to his daughter would be done to the demon women.
"It doesn't matter what they do to those demons. In the end, it was their kind that hurt my daughter. They would be better off if they were extinct," thought the Duke, who was filled with resentment, as he took one of the vials of crystalline potion from one of his storage rings and drank it shortly after, which made him feel his rank increasing.
