It looked down and reached out a hand full of papers, Vice snatched the paper and walked back to the wall

The thrash odor filled the air 'I don't need to wait here anymore'

Vice looked at the map as he stopped and turned to the goblin 'he couldn't find the military weapons and this place doesn't have explosion scrolls'

He walked past the goblin "follow me" he kept staring at the papers 'I should go to every big store on the map'

He looked back "did you list every store in the city?" The goblin shock it head

The papers vanished and Vice turned "lead me to every big store near me using the short cuts"

It nodded and ran past him 'I've marked the escaperoutes near that building'

The honking sound got louder as they kept run, the goblin suddenly stopped at a corner that was filled with murmur and sound of engines

It peeked and turned back to Vice pointing past the pedestrians and cars at the class window

"Wait here" he walked past the goblin, his figure vanished as he passed the thrash can

He reappeared in front of a counter with potions visible through the glass and the wide eyed ogre staring at him

He smiled then its eyes change colour as balls of flames appeared behind it, he clenched his jaw 'it was getting too easy'

The flames flew at him and he vanished, reappearing behind the ogre but his dagger missed it neck as it ducked

'Fuck a combat mage' Vice jumbed back and bumped in the rack with potions on the wall, the ogre did a sweeping kick but Vice jumped into the air

Every potions and scroll vanished as it touched his back, his figure vanished in the air

Reappearing on the other side of the counter[Frost touch]

The air turned cold as the carpet froze but Vice figure as the ogre jumped over the counter, its eyes dotted between the store walls and counters

"Im lucky" the ogre smile as it stepped away from the counter "if I defend the store successful the guild might promote me and take me away from this so-called continent"

Its smile widen as it noticed the potions and scrolls vanishing off the shelves [flame bal

It jumped to a counter as Vice reappeared behind it

"Swoosh"

He cut through the air but dashed after the ogre but a wall of flames appeared around it as it reached the counter then

He heard sirens "tsk" he narrowed his eyes as he stepped back from the wallk of flames [Ice spears]

Spears of ice pierce through the flame wall flying in every direction but Vice looked outside and vanished

He dashes past the trash can concealed by the shade he snatched the goblin of the ground and it shut its eyes as it flew through the air

'Im good on potions and scroll for now but' He turned right and sirens slowly went faint 'why was that ogre in a store instead of the front line'

He ran past a cat to the street then the floating gobling reappeared in the alleyway across the street

He kept moving through the shaded, every step he took went unheard the only thing that could be seen is a floating goblin

He stopped and threw the goblin to the ground

"Thud"

"Auch"

Vice took deep breaths as his figure reappeared 'the plan was to rob every store near me but I have enough and don't know what could happen if do it again'

Hey turned to goblin scrapping it knee "find a rat or mice and bring it to me"

The goblin stood up and walked away with a limping leg, Vice looked both ways of the alleyway then

A green portal appeared and the map appeared in his hands and he looked at it 'I'm close enough to the city center'

He stood up and walked into the portal, appearing in the middle of glittering blobs the tents could no longer be seen as he looked around at the tree's

A pink goeey blob grew in size then limbs appeared extended out of the blob it figure changed into a hour glass figure, white slippery flowed down it pink jelly skin

"Are you done?" she spoke as the blobs hopped out of her way opening a path for her as she walked to Vice

"I'm near the center of the city and this is the closest I can approach the center of the city with out dying" she narrowed her eyes as he spoke

"Then why are you here?" She looked up at him

"Its time you invade the city their army is either outside the cave or at the edges of the city" Vice squatted down before she could command him to do it

"then since you failed to approach the goblin forget your freedom" she turned to the blobs and snapped her finger

The blods expended in size as Vice opened his mouth "no the contract only wrote about the city destruction"

Vice smirked as she turned to him "until the city is destroyed we still have our deal"

He turned to the elves and sighed "ok lets begin"

The dungeon crystal appeared in his hands and the elves walked to him

The elves were no longer in the dungeon and the were no jelly blob dotting the landscape, all that remained was the pink humanoid in front of him

"Ok your turn your majesty" Vice reached out his hand and the lady grabbed it and in an instant he clenched his jaw as he heard his hand sizzle through the sound of rustling leaves

'I should never touched this bitch' he smashed the dungeon temporary exit as fast a he could as they reappeared outside he pulled his hand away

Screams now filled the air as Vice drank a healing portion, the cars had stopped honking Vice turned to the smile

"Could you please turn to a dragon majesty" she raised an eyes brow at him as he spoke

"why?" Vice pointed to the ceiling dropping to one knee

"Destroy it" he smiled as she expended

He stepped back 'this is good if that S-Rank spends most of it mana trying to save the city I'll be able to sneak up on it'

The slime stopped expending and Vice smile vanished 'it usually bigger than this' he blinked frantically as he stepped back 'did something go wrong?'

The blob compressed and Vice stood their gawking at it then his eyes widen

As he looked at man with red hair in a valvet scotched suit, who was his high he turned to Vice and it's crimson red eyes seemed family

Vice spine shivered as he remembers the last person he'd seen, his hand trembled as he heard the clinking of heels on the marble floor, those red eyes of that woman staring down at him as his chest bleed out

He struggled to breath his chest tightened, his muscles froze as the sweat dripped down his forehead, he looked down on his pale hands that held a book

Vice shock his head and snapped back to reality he walked to wall taking deep breaths to come himself

The man looked up at the ceiling raising his right hand, flames gathered in his hand then the small ball of flames lunged into the air

"I advice you run" he spoke in a deep voice as he looked at Vice with cold eyes

Vice walked to the portal then

"CREAK"

"BOOOM!!"

the ceiling creaked and in an instant it exploded as the flames raged through the crumbling ceilings

Vice eyes widen as he looked up the flaming rock, crystal and dirt falling down he jumped into the portal

"Thud"

"Huff..huff" he fell on the ground looking up at the clouds 'what the fuck was that transformation'

Vice kept replying the feeling he had when looked at that man, his presence felt similar to a her

His pulse raced as remembered those eyes, Vice shock his head and sighed 'I need to stop this'

'The is no connection between the slimes and dragons' He stood up 'that just some random dragon the slimes killed'

He kept taking deep breaths and exhaling 'that was the dragon humanoid form'

His nerves calmed down as he exhaled 'I can't let that S-Rank get killed by that slime' he smirked 'that kill is mine'

'Killing an S-Rank could put me at B or A rank' He clenched his hands as he vanished
