The cave filled up with dust as Vice punched the dirt "FUUUUCK!!"

Gordon pulled Scarlet outside and waited for the dust to clear out and for the sounds to stop as the wind whistled down the slope

"Huff..huff..huff" Vice leaned against the walls grasping for air, his knuckles were red 'I fucking hate this class'

He looked to the exit, Gordon and Scarlet peeked at him

"HUFF"

He took a deep breath and sat down "come in" his voice was deep

He looked at them with stern face "Gordon your going to stay here for a while.." Gordon eyes widen "for training after your done, you'll pick some rats to train"

He looked at Scarlet 'if turn her to celestial ratman at her level, it will make others less motivated to train' he narrowed his eyes 'since Gordon is now the strongest their old social structure should be falling'

"Scarlet, where are the others?" Scarlet looked down

"They are helping the mouse and rats pick up mana cores" she spoke

Vice looked to Gordon "then why is it only the two of you here?"

"We had an argument.." Scarlets eyes widen as she listened to Gordon "..to keep the peace, me and Scarlet dicided take care of you while the others deal with the cores"

'He didn't mention what they were fighting about' Vice smirked 'since Valeria is no longer the strongest she doesn't have total control any more'

"Gordon do you want to become stronger" Gordon stared at Vice

'Now I'll strengthen Gordons position' a smiled formed but he quickly removed it

"Yes" Gordon clenched his fists "but what do you want in return?"

"The same thing as you" he looked Gordon with a smirk "I want safety for everyone, the goblins or the humans could attack any time"

He stood up "and when they do, we need to be strong to defend ourselves" they smiled "we will make the them fear us" he crouched down and grabbed Gordons shoulder "when they fear us, they will never think about attacking us"

Scarlet nodded with a smile while Gordon smile melted

"Are we going to attack them first?" he spoke

"Yes" Vice looked firmly in Gordon's eyes as he smiled "thats the only way they'll fear us" he leaned closer to his face "Gordon, are you hesitating to kill the scums that kill our kind with no remorse"

Gordon looked down "No, I'll do it"

Vice patted him on the shoulder "thats good, your doing this for our future"

He looked at the status and pressed on Gordons name to evolve him, Gordon eyes widen

"Take all the time you need to think?" Vice stood up and looked at Gordon with a grin 'I won't force him to do anything, I failed the last I did that with Valeria'

He took out the dungeon core "lets go meet the others"

Scarlet and Gordon touched the core and vanished

Vice sighed 'I have to teach Gordon how to read for him to understand these books'

He reappeared in front of a green portal, the air was filled with dust

'How many cores do they have?' Vice walked out of the cave and climbed down the slope to the rivine

He walked next to the rivine behind Scarlet and Gordon, the moon shined bright as the stars glimmered

He reappead on the other side of the rivine 'its going to take a while for them to find every mana core'

"bring me the mana cores" he looked at Gordon then to the buried town

The place has turned into a slope with multiple holes and he looked to the hole that glowed green

'That must be where the goblin dungeon is' Vice sat on the dirt 'I should captured some goblins, they would have be useful for Gordon training'

Gordon put the core in front of him with a few silhouettes behind him

"Hi, how are you doing?" Valeria smiled with arm behind her back

'This cores should have multiple affinities' he picked up one core and held it tight  [Affinity provider]

'Thats a good affinity to have in the desert' Vice pressed no 'but I don't have a skill book with water skills'

He stood up "where's the hyena?" He looked at Valeria

"Now you know how to talk to me" she crossed her arm and pouted her lip

"We tied it to a rock" Jones stepped in front of Valeria "I'll lead you to it"

The water splashed as it hit the rock in the rivine, Vice stood up and turned to Gordon "We will begin your training in a few days" Gordon nodded

"Take me to the hyena" Jones walked up the unstable slope while Vice looked at the top then vanished

He waited for Jones to reach the top 'I'll go to the goblin city closest to me'

"Huff..huff." Jones reached the top and walked west

The sky dimly shined as the stars Vanish and the sun peeked in the north

"He-hehehe-hehe"

Vice heard the familiar sound of the hyena, its reins where under a boulder next to bones at the legde

"Good boy" Vice patted the hyena on the head

"Hehe-hehehe-he"

"Can I join Gordon for training?" Jones spoke

Vice removed the boulder and climbed the hyena

The hyena ran west next to the canyon

'The dungeons are both empty' Vice smiled as he looked at the maps
