In School Infirmary.
Sagara sat on a chair, while Lavendina bent down and examined Sagara's leg.
"Why is your calf so swollen? It doesn't look like it was a fall from the stairs or a cramp, does it?" Lavendina asked, holding leg and examining Sagara's injury.
"Yeah, Lady Anindya kicked me" Sagara replied.
Lavendina began to open the ointment and apply it to the injured area.
"You're also at fault—shooting Julian without using rubber bullets!" Lavendina said with a tone angrily as she applied the ointment.
Sagara turned his head to the right.
"Y-yeah, I forgot to bring rubber bullets..." Sagara replied quietly.
"SNAP!" Lavendina's voice slapping Sagara's injury.
"OUCH!!" Sagara cried out in pain.
"W-what are you doing?!" Sagara asked, his expression strained and his voice filled with annoyance.
"This is your own fault! How could you shoot a civilian—especially since he's the boss's daughter's boyfriend?" Lavendina replied with an irritated expression.
"What else could I do? It was his own wrong" Sagara said, his expression and tone still irritated.
"Wrong? What did Julian do wrong?" Lavendina asked, adjusting the bandage on Sagara's leg to prevent it from becoming too tight.
Sagara's expression changed to an awkward one.
"S-secret" Sagara replied quietly.
Lavendina stopped and didn't answer immediately—she stared at him for a few seconds—then closed her eyes and returned to focusing on treating Sagara's calf.
"Remember, Sagara, the Boss has freed us since we were little, so we are not to harm or disturb anyone related to Lady Anindya. Our duty is only to guard and protect" Lavendina said as she bandaged Sagara's calf.
Sagara remained silent—his expression regretful. After finishing, Lavendina stood up and sat back down in her chair.
"Okay, let me guess, you lost to Julian, right?" Lavendina asked, staring at Sagara.
"Ye-yeah..." Sagara replied.
"Ahh, I knew it..." Lavendina said, holding her forehead with her right hand.
Holding her forehead, Lavendina glanced at Sagara.
"Did you bet on that fight?" Lavendina asked.
Sagara nodded with a regretful expression. Lavendina began to cross her arms.
"So what was the bet?" Lavendina asked.
"Secret..." Sagara replied.
"So you really lost, huh?" Lavendina asked resignedly.
Sagara remained silent, looking away with a regretful expression. Lavendina looked at Sagara.
"Well, let this be a lesson to you—never disturb anyone who is related to Lady Anindya" Lavendina said.
"O-okay..." Sagara replied quietly.
"You have a mission today, right?" Lavendina asked.
Sagara nodded his head.
"What time?" Lavendina asked.
"16:30" Sagara replied.
"Then wait a moment, I'll make some medicine to help your injury heal" Lavendina said.
Sagara nodded, and Lavendina began making the medicine. Sagara walked over to the small sofa provided in the school infirmary and relaxed for a moment.
"Is Tia's modified sniper rifle finished?" Lavendina asked as she prepared the medicine.
Sagara lifted his head and looked up at the school infirmary ceiling.
"Not yet. She said the materials are still in transit" Sagara replied
"I see. If the weapon is ready, maybe you can rankup" Lavendina said.
Sagara lowered his head and looked at Lavendina.
"Maybe, but I'm still not very good at close-range attacks" Sagara said, his voice lacking in confidence.
"Then you need to practice a lot—because if you encounter an enemy who knows your location—you could lose" Lavendina said, still preparing the medicine.
"You're right, maybe my training isn't enough" Sagara said.
After finishing the medicine, Lavendina walked over to Sagara and handed him a bottle of medicine and a jar of ointment.
"Here's the medicine. Take one spoonful twice a day, leaving a 5-hour gap between doses" Lavendina said to Sagara.
"And for the ointment, use it only when it hurts" Lavendina continued.
Sagara accepted both. He examined each medicine one by one.
"Why is the ointment jar and bottle so small?" Sagara asked.
"Yes, because your injury isn't serious, and the bottle only contains vitamins—to strengthen your immune system and help you recover quickly" Lavendina replied.
Sagara stood up and said.
"Ah, I see. Okay, thank you, Lavendina" Sagara said with a casual expression.
"You're welcome. You can return to class now" Lavendina said with a sweet smile.
"Okay" Sagara said.
Sagara began to leave the infirmary. Lavendina waved at him. After that, Lavendina said
"Haa, he really keeps his promises when he loses, huh?" Lavendina muttered with a smile and looked toward the infirmary door.
Back to Anindya's side.
The lesson was in progress—Aisyah was writing everything she was explaining on the blackboard. Meanwhile, Anindya was resting her palms on her chin—her fingers touching her cheeks.
"Hmm... What should I cook for Julian?..." Anindya thought to herself as she looked at the teacher who was explaining Physics.
Aisyah finished writing and looked for the students she would assign to work on the board assignment. Seeing Anindya in a daze, she called out to her.
"Anindya~" Aisyah called softly and smiled at Anindya.
But Anindya didn't answer—she was still daydreaming.
"...Wagyu Soto? Meatballs? Goat Satay? Wagyu Rendang?..."
"Thud!"
Desy, sitting to Anindya's right, gently poked Anindya's arm with her pen—using the blunt end. Anindya felt annoyed because Desy was poking her.
"What's wrong with you, Desy?!" Anindya asked, annoyed.
Desy pointed her pen forward. An annoyed Anindya looked forward—she found Aisyah holding a book and a marker and smiling gently at her. Not only that, but her classmates were also staring at her.
"Anindya, I've been calling for you, you know~" Aisyah said softly.
Anindya was immediately froze.
"Y-yes, Ms, what do you need?" Anindya asked, smiling awkwardly at Aisyah.
"Before that, I wanted to ask, why have you been smiling to yourself?" Aisyah asked with a smile.
Anindya immediately felt awkward.
"N-nothing" Anindya replied.
"Then, solve this problem, okay~" Aisyah said with a smile and pointed to the whiteboard with the marker she was holding.
"Alright, Ms. Aisyah" Anindya replied with an awkward smile.
Anindya stood up and walked to the blackboard. As she passed Wulan and Delima, she became the subject of gossip from the two, who were sitting next to each other.
"He must be thinking about Julian, hihihi" Wulan whispered mischievously.
Delima simply smiled in response to Wulan's joke. Anindya, who was already at the front of the class, began working on the teacher's assignment.
"Should I just buy some fast food? Like Chicken Noodles? or Seblak? Or Meatballs? Or delicious Padang Rice?," Anindya thought to herself happily.
"Ah! But those are all my favorite foods, right? Hahahaha" Anindya continued, smiling.
The entire class was watching Anindya. Instead of answering the question, she was filling in a list of foods she was thinking about.
"Geezz, Anindya... what are you thinking about?" Desy asked herself, staring at the whiteboard with an awkward expression.
Delima and Wulan didn't know what to say—they just stared with awkward expressions. Meanwhile, Anindya continued writing on the board with her eyes closed.
"Hehe, I can't wait~" Anindya said to herself with a happy expression.
Oh, by the way, this is what Anindya wrote on the board.
– Spicy Chicken Noodles Level 3
– Chicken Feet or Seafood Seblak
– Padang Rice with Rendang
– Meatballs with Meat or Egg
