Chapter 287: Chapter Eighty-Four: Ascension and Transformation Resetting the Game II

"Right?" Sister Red Leaf was a bit surprised. "How did you know?"

"Do you know about the incident at Grey Oak Square?"

"Are you referring to Hudi stealing the Blade of Victory? I didn't expect him to be so bold. In fact, I've been looking for him these days, since we've fought side by side at Traveler's Rest."

Fang Hong nodded. "We were there at that time."

Sister Red Leaf looked at Fang Hong and the others somewhat blankly. "So, it was you who entered the Phantom Realm today?"

"Today?" Hilveld seemed particularly keen.

Sister Red Leaf glanced at the woman with an inherent skepticism. Although it wasn't their first meeting, people often held a wariness toward exceedingly competent individuals of the same gender—except for the carefree ones like Tianlan, of course.

"That's exactly what I intended to discuss with you," she answered. "You might not be aware, but there's been a problem here, we can enter this Phantom Realm, but cannot leave, we've been trapped here over half a week."

"Can enter but can't leave?" As soon as she said this, everyone except Fang Hong showed surprise, and Tianlan even exclaimed, "Ah, our ship!"

"Ship? What ship?" Sister Red Leaf looked at the young girl curiously.

Tianlan seemed to remember that this topic was supposed to be confidential and hastily said, "Secret."

Sister Red Leaf glared at her irritably. "Silly girl."

Her gaze returned to Fang Hong. "You don't seem surprised at all."

"Mr. Diket isn't surprised either," Fang Hong threw a look toward the older knight, who stood beside them with his sword, turning head only when heard his name, his expression unreadable.

Atira shook her head. "Now is not the time for jokes, Mr. Diket is a devoted Paladin. Ade, do you know anything?"

Fang Hong then nodded. "I had this suspicion before, specifically because of Hudi. You can't enter this Phantom Realm without entering a room in the inn, and Hudi clearly didn't meet this condition. Do you remember what he said when he saw us?"

"Ah, right!" Tianlan finally realized. "Why didn't I think of that? He told us to hurry and leave because he had already known about the changes here? Which means, he was actually in the Phantom Realm already at that time?"

Sister Red Leaf responded, "I'm not familiar with your situation, but Hudi entered this Phantom Realm even earlier than us."

Tianlan exaggeratedly exclaimed, "Earlier than you? How long has he been in this Phantom Realm then?"

"Have you ever considered that Hudi came here directly after leaving Traveler's Rest? If he had stayed anywhere else, he wouldn't have had the time," Fang Hong suddenly said.

"It does seem so," Sister Red Leaf looked at him with some surprise. "I didn't expect you to think this thoroughly—"

Fang Hong shook his head.

The reason he immediately thought of this was because of Nikopolas; two places so closely connected and both related to the Dark Giant Dragon, it was hard not to link them together.

He wondered, what was the reason behind Hudi abruptly leaving them and coming directly here after leaving Traveler's Rest?

He couldn't help asking, "Sister Red Leaf, do you know who your employer is?"

Sister Red Leaf looked somewhat uneasily at her companions and shook her head repeatedly. "I can't tell you that, besides, I don't know myself."

Fang Hong then realized he had been presumptuous and quickly apologized, "Oh, I didn't mean to pry."

Sister Red Leaf laughed a bit. "Don't worry, I know."

Fang Hong then asked about another matter. "By the way, how did 'Big Sister' end up here?"

"Who knows?" Mentioning this person, Sister Red Leaf had an unexpected look. "Once we get out, the Knight Order will give them what for, just a measly Dragonfire Guild."

"What happened?" Fang Hong asked curiously when he noticed her unusual attitude.

Gita then softly added from the side, "The people from the Dragonfire Guild ambushed Sister Red Leaf and the others, so everyone had no choice but to take refuge in the Phantom Realm."

Only then did Fang Hong understand, expressing surprise, "So it was you who blockaded Dolifen?"

"It was the employer's request, and we couldn't reveal our identities either," Sister Red Leaf flicked her long hair, a bit annoyed. "Who knew a Cheng Yaojin would disrupt our plans halfway."

"The Dragonfire Guild seems like just a little-known small guild, aren't they afraid of your retaliation?"

Sister Red Leaf gritted her teeth. "Heaven knows, they're not only unafraid of retaliation, but they are also pursuing us into the Phantom Realm, they're trying to completely annihilate us."

Fang Hong puzzled. "But didn't you inform the headquarters, why haven't we seen anyone come to support you?"

Sister Red Leaf rolled her eyes at him. "How could we not have informed them, if it weren't for you, Elpaxin is now on lockdown, not only us, but people from the Silver Forest Spear can't get out either."

Fang Hong realized then that it was his own blunder, breaking out into a cold sweat, and chuckled awkwardly, "Ha ha, the weather is nice today."

The knights from Tabopolis nearby didn't mind this detail, instead, chuckling softly at his nonsense.

Sister Red Leaf pointed accusingly at these people, her tone irritated. "The real culprits are right in front of you, and yet, you still find this amusing."

But the knights unabashedly objected, "Sister Red Leaf, that's not fair to say. The Dragonfire Guild people are the real culprits, we all know that. Besides, Tabopolis doesn't have the tradition of seeking scapegoats; and Mr. Ade is a famous Alchemist after all, he defeated the Ancient Tower People for everyone to see, hee hee, since you're so close with him, why don't you lure him into the Guild using your charms."
