Chapter 352: Not Only Would He Return the Kiss, It Would Be a Deep Kiss As Well (2)

Lin Jiage was really heading to the library.
He had been working on a project recently, and he needed to acquire some research material in the library.
But before heading to the library, he had to take a detour back to his dorm to retrieve his laptop first.
Despite so, he still arrived in the library rather early, so there were many empty seats around.
Lin Jiage navigated adeptly around the library, and after gathering the books he wanted, he began searching around for a seat.
Usually, he would choose the least eye-catching corner to sit at, and it was no exception this time around either. With the books in hand, he began making his way over to the corner seat. However, while he was still on his way there, he suddenly halted his footsteps as his gaze drifted to a table located at the dead center of the library.
Back then, Qin Yiran had gathered a few thugs to stop Soft Bun at the school gates one evening, and he happened to chance upon the sight. After saving her from the quandary she was in, Soft Bun said that she wanted to head to the library to do some practice paper, so followed her over. As they arrived late, most of the seats were already taken. Left with no choice, he and Soft Bun could only take the utmost center table which was shunned by most students…
Lin Jiage stared at the table which he had once shared with Shi Yao for two seconds before instinctively making his way over and placing his laptop and books on it.
He sat in a daze for a moment, but it didn’t take him too long to snap out of it. After he started up his laptop, he plucked in his earpiece and began going through the resources he had taken out.
Meanwhile, more and more people were pouring into the library, filling the seats.
Even when Lin Jiage took the least eye-catching corner seats, he still garnered lots of attention. Now that he had chosen to take a spot where everyone’s eyes could easily reach, it caused a huge flurry. Distracted students secretly whipped out their phones and snapped photos of him.
Even so, it seemed as if Lin Jiage was oblivious to the happenings around him. He was still fully immersed in the materials before him as he jotted down the key points in them.
Time flew by swiftly while he was in his studies.
By the time he finished going through the materials he needed, hours had already passed. Letting out a deep sigh of relief, he raised his head and rubbed the soreness out of his stiff neck.
He closed his eyes for a moment to take a brief respite from his work and allow the fatigue to drain from his eyes before straightening his posture once more.
He was intending to do a final check on the key information he had gathered to ensure that he didn’t miss anything out before returning to his dormitory, but just as his eyes fell on his computer screen, his attention was captured by the two people seated right in front of him.
Judging from the intimate distance between the two of them, there was little doubt that they were a couple. From the proximity between them, it was obvious they were a couple.
What the heck was wrong with him today? Why was he able to spot couples no matter where he went?
Or could this be how it had always been, just that he had never noticed it?
As he pondered over this question, Lin Jiage raised his gaze and swept his eyes across the entire library.
Then, he realized that there were indeed quite a number of couples in the library… It turned out that there were actually quite a number of people in G University who had found their significant other?
As Lin Jiage attempted to digest this realization that had just come to him, of the couple sitting right in front of him, the boy suddenly leaned toward the girl and whispered softly in her ear.
The boy had lowered his voice so much that it was impossible to even notice his whisperings if one was not paying close attention.
“Baby, do you know what kind of a person I am?”
The girl shook her head and replied, “I don’t know.”
The boy: “I am a tacky person…”
Pft, at least this fellow has some sense of self-awareness…
With such thoughts in mind, Lin Jiage returned his eyes back to his computer screen, intending to focus his attention on going through the notes he had just made.
Meanwhile, the boy continued whispering, “… When I look at a mountain, all I see is a mountain. When I look at the sea, all I see is the sea…”
Heh… This fellow is not only tacky but humorous as well. Isn’t he stating the obvious? Is there anyone in the world who will see the sea in a mountain and a mountain in the sea?
Lin Jiage instinctively shook his head in response.
“… But when I see you, a sea of clouds start to flurry and the ocean tides start to surge…”
Hah… If this fellow were to present that line to Lin Jiayi, she would claim that only money can make her sea of clouds flurry and ocean tides surge. If it was Soft Bun, she would reply that only food will make the sea of clouds flurry and ocean tides surge.
A chuckle escaped from Lin Jiage’s lips. Following that, he carried on tapping on his keyboard and corrected two spelling errors.
