After the mini cycle of reincarnation encompassing a Great Universe was established, in conjunction with the Merit and Karma System, the Nine Netherworld Underworld is operating at full capacity.

Although the Ming River is somewhat unlucky to varying degrees, it has truly exerted great effort into the Karma System, directly writing the Karma Law into the world's operational rules, without any incidents occurring throughout the process.
