Renata ate up the new corpse since she wasn't able to do that with all the Zwergers watching earlier.

Her only comment after eating it was that it was crunchy before licking her lips.

I decided I wasn't going to comment on it and we just continued towards the supposed nest.

Moving down the corridor, I realised that we didn't even need a guide to tell us where the hall was because we eventually found some type of growth in the corridor looking like tree roots growing along the walls.

That is assuming the trees were like some corrupted plants from a fantasy story or something with how purple it looked and how they were even expanding and contracting like they were some kind of blood vessel.

I made a face at the sight of that, "I'm… Going to assume that this is a result of those creatures…"

Yumiko went up to one of those 'roots' and prodded it with the barrel of her rifle, "Hmm… How are they supposed to clear this out afterwards? This looks like it's really stuck to the wall."

Amber huffed, "How about I just burn it? Should I try?"

I looked down the corridor to make sure there was nothing else down that way.

Seeing that it was indeed an empty corridor with none of those egg sacs containing those Zwergers, I nodded at Amber, "Go ahead and try I guess."

She materialised a ball of flame before she threw it at the root.

The ball exploded against the root and quickly burned the entire wall like it was made of flash paper.

Very quickly, the fire spread along the entire corridor very quickly and it almost reached the end of the corridor before Amber snapped her fingers to snuff out the fire.

I looked at the parts of the wall where the roots used to occupy and aside from some singe marks on the wall, there were no other traces left on the wall.

"Ehehehe~ Seems like they're really combustible~" Amber chuckled.

It does seem like it… And the good thing is that they burn so quickly it barely damages the things they cling onto, so it should be safe to just set fire to it once we rescue the trapped Zwergers.

We continued advancing and simply followed the growth along the corridor to find our way to the hall.

Sure enough, just after a few turns later, we were at the large door that led to said hall, the 'roots' flowing out past the doors to spill out into the corridor.

Inside, there were even more of those eggs than we had seen from the camera and it looks like each one had a Zwerger inside it.

Aside from that, I didn't see any of those creatures so I wondered if the ones we saw really were mutated Zwergers or something?

I turned to my girls and placed a finger on my lips before pointing at the closest egg sac and pulling out my knife.

The girls nodded and I slowly approached it, walking through the doorway and keeping myself close to the wall.

Making a final check to make sure we were alone, I went up to the egg sac and plunged my knife into it, careful to make sure I don't thrust it too deep in case I end up cutting the Zwerger inside.

I made an incision running from the top to the bottom of the sac before I pulled it open to peer inside.

Inside it, the Zwerger's clothes seemed to be mostly intact except for his pants which looked like they had been torn open at the crotch area to expose his manhood.

And right now… There was something that was akin to a suction cup attached to his manhood… And it was making sucking noises.

As though on cue, the Zwerger let out a groan and he shook quite noticeably before spurting sounds came from his crotch, indicating he was currently in the midst of an orgasm.

That was when I realised that the Zwergers moving their heads around wasn't an action of trying to break free… But it was a reaction of them shaking from the throes of an orgasm.

The suction cup was translucent so I got to see his spunk being absorbed by the cup which then flowed into the tube that was attached to the back which then quickly sped downwards towards the base of the egg sac.

I then looked outside the sac and found the tube near the ground and my eyes followed its path until it ended up connecting to one of the 'roots', which I guess now we know are basically a larger version of those tubes.

The spunk was then absorbed by that root and judging by its direction of travel, it was moving deeper inside the nest.

Ok… So basically this nest was just harvesting the semen from the Zwergerss… Possibly so that it could be used to breed more of those creatures…

We did figure out that these are an all female species so they have to rely on males from other species in order to propagate I suppose…

I turned back to the Zwerger, "Hey… Hey? You there? You awake?"

I guess he was still completely out of it…

We could just extract him out of it right now but I don't know whether he would return to his senses if we did and I'd rather not have a burden that we would need to protect if he doesn't wake up.

I stepped away from the egg sac before I turned back to my girls, all of them looking surprisingly calm despite what we just found.

I mean… Renata was looking at the stuff with a hungry expression on her face and I knew she wanted to eat them without asking her.

"You girls seem awfully calm about this… Isn't the sight of this straight out of a horror movie?" I asked.

Amber giggled, "Ehehehe~ More like straight out of a documentary, Tera. Creatures like this are actually quite common. Did you forget that a lot of the gene mods that humanity has created all came from reverse engineering alien species?"

"I mean… Wouldn't it normally be the other way around? Like… I've seen stories where it's the aliens forcefully impregnating girls instead. I don't usually see the men being the ones that are captured and used as breeding stock…"

Mara nodded, "There are also some parasites that are predominantly male and rely on impregnating females of other species to mate. But those are actually more rare."

"Why though?"

"It has to do with evolution. A single male from another species can impregnate multiple females while a single female only has one womb. Those parasites that rely on using females from other species would be outbred by the ones that rely on males from other species. The ones that managed to thrive are the ones that can mutate their hosts somehow to make them produce offspring faster. Or… They provide benefits to their host which would make people seek them out on their own."

I blinked at her, "There's people who actively seek out these kinds of parasites?"

She gestured at the egg sac in front of us, "There's also a type of parasite that subsists on sperm and body waste and will not bear offspring unless its host wishes to. There's actually a rather large market that breeds and sells those parasites as a sort of sex toy. You can just attach it to your crotch and it will just pleasure you automatically."

I don't even know if I should be horrified or turned on by that…

I was going to ask who would even think about sticking their dick in something like that until I remembered these Zwergers literally jumped at these creatures just to have sex with them…

I sighed, "Let's just deal with these things then… I guess we should just follow the tubes to see where they lead to. On the bright side… I guess I'm the only one that's in danger here, huh?"

All of us crept along the side of the hall where the only sound that could be heard were the intermittent moans coming from Zwergers who were no doubt being milked by the egg sac they were stuck in.

The large tubes all converged at the back of the hall so the semen they were harvesting from all these Zwergers must also be flowing in there.

We reached the back where another door had been left open and I peered around the corner.

That's where I was met with a rather bizarre sight.

One of those creatures was playing inside the room but its size took up almost the entire space, making it pretty much the size of an A Class Fighter.

Its legs were spread open… And there was a single Zwerger slapping his hips against its womanhood that was big enough to swallow him whole.
