The Transmigrated Villain Hates the Main Character

chapter 11

Didn’t he say he didn’t remember a thing?Yet Siwoo’s movements mirrored last night’s almost exactly. A strange sense of déjà vu ran down Raon’s spine.Does he really not remember? It was uncanny—his feverish kisses, the way he shoved his tongue in with reckless intensity, the messy, hungry pace—it was all the same.“Yoon Siwoo—hey…!”Siwoo ignored him completely, pressing their mouths together again. Raon lifted a hand and smacked his broad shoulder, but it was like hitting a wall of stone.“Nh—ugh.”He struggled to keep up with the hot, insistent tongue inside his mouth, frowning as a string of saliva ran down his chin. His head was spinning. If this went on any longer, he’d lose himself. Over and over, he reminded himself why they were doing this. This is guiding. You’re doing this for guiding. You need to fix the mess you made of his body. That’s all this is.To keep his focus, Raon glanced downward. The wrist device showed live contamination readings, now tracking Siwoo in real time. Each time he felt flustered, he checked the numbers—to remember that this was his job.Tap.“...!”Siwoo’s hand suddenly caught his wrist—the one with the device. Raon’s eyes widened.“What are—”“Stop looking at that damn thing. Focus.”“Wh—ugh!”The grip tightened hard enough to crush bone. If the wrist device hadn’t been made from Gate-grade material, it might have cracked under the pressure.Do you even know how expensive that is?!Raon nearly yelped—not from pain, but from the thought of the astronomical repair cost.“Haa… hah…”Siwoo ignored his protests and kept kissing him. Energy pulsed through their joined mouths, sharp and electric enough to sting his brain. For Siwoo, receiving guiding for the first time in over a decade felt like euphoria. The dry, cracked emptiness inside his chest flooded with something warm and alive.“Ha… Raon. Han Raon…”He murmured the name against Raon’s lips. When Siwoo’s hand blocked the device, Raon squeezed his eyes shut—but that only made Siwoo want to see them. He leaned in and licked the corner of Raon’s eye, tracing the lashes with his tongue.“Hey—what the hell are you doing?!”Raon’s eyes flew open. Siwoo’s face was right there, so close their breaths tangled. He’d meant to scold him, but the words died. The intensity in Siwoo’s gaze pinned him in place. Siwoo had never looked at him like this before. His body refused to move, frozen under that unwavering stare. Nervously, Raon bit his lip.“...Did I do that too?”“Huh?”Siwoo’s eyes had dropped. He was staring at the faint red mark at the base of Raon’s neck, where the collar didn’t quite cover.Should’ve put on a bandage, Raon cursed himself silently.“Well, yeah.”“...I don’t remember that either.”“You were drugged out of your mind, remember?”A flicker of unease crawled through Raon. If Siwoo had forgotten leaving a mark like that—and had already demanded a repeat because he didn’t remember the last guiding—then what if he decided to redo this, too?No way… right? He forced a laugh, covering his neck with his hand. Even so, Siwoo’s sharp gaze followed the motion.“Siwoo, let’s stop for—”“I told you, I don’t remember.”“Hey—!”He repeated the same words as before, lowering his head again. By then, his uniform jacket and shirt collar were half undone, exposing the pale line of his throat. Raon saw the flash of white teeth and realized a second too late—“Ah—!”Crunch. The sound of teeth on flesh was loud and raw. Raon winced, pain shooting through him.Siwoo’s teeth pressed right over the old mark. By tomorrow the bite would be swollen and deep.“Stop it! That’s enough—!”Raon pushed him back, half-dizzy. It was impossible to tell anymore whether this was guiding or something else entirely.“If you keep this up, I won’t guide you again!”“...!”The words burst out of him—but they worked. Siwoo froze, the anger in his eyes flickering out. He looked almost frightened now, those dark eyes trembling as he searched Raon’s face.“Did I hurt you?”“...Just move.”“Yes.”He nodded quickly and stepped back. Thank god he’d stopped before things went too far. Raon staggered upright, breathing hard.“I’m sorry, Raon.”“Forget it.”He glared at the fidgeting Esper and rotated his sore wrist. The device still looked intact—thank heaven.“Next time, learn to control your strength, got it?”“...Yes.”Even so, Siwoo’s eyes darted toward the wrist device again, full of lingering irritation. Whatever obsession that was, Raon didn’t have the energy to unpack it. Clicking his tongue, he headed for the door.“Get some rest.”“Raon!”“What now?”He was exhausted—he just wanted to go back to his quarters and sleep. But Siwoo stepped in front of him again, hesitant but insistent.“Are you really not going to guide me anymore?”“What?”Raon nearly laughed. So the earlier threat had actually scared him. Suppressing a grin, he looked at the anxious young man.“Well, we’ll see how you behave.”“...!”“I’m going.”Seriously… adorable.Raon couldn’t help the small chuckle as he patted Siwoo’s shoulder and left the room.***Even after officially pairing with Siwoo, Raon’s daily life didn’t change much. For now—until the catastrophe a year later—things were relatively peaceful. And Raon fully intended to enjoy that brief calm.“Guide Han Raon, you have a visitor request.”“A visitor?”The words made him frown. He had no one who’d bother visiting him here. Han Raon’s personal connections were practically nonexistent, and those few who would come were people he’d rather never see.Sure enough, the staff member spoke a name that made his expression darken.“Chairman Han Myunghun.”“...Of course.”Han Myunghun—the CEO of Hanmyung Group, the most powerful conglomerate in the country.Han Raon’s father.Raon exhaled heavily. The staff member flinched at his reaction, glancing nervously.“Understood. Lead the way.”“Y-yes…”He didn’t want to meet him, but refusal wasn’t an option. With a man like that, denial could lead to worse consequences.Reluctantly, Raon followed the staff to the reception lounge. Inside, a man sat waiting—broad-shouldered, sharply featured, the same general shape as Raon but older, rougher, more commanding.“...Father.”“...”The man turned his head at the quiet address. Before Raon could even finish speaking—Smack!“...!”The blow came out of nowhere. His head snapped to the side, the sting blooming a heartbeat later. He raised a hand to his burning cheek, stunned.“Have you completely lost your mind?!”Han Myunghun’s roar filled the room. Raon forced himself to stay calm, turning back to face him.“What is this about?”“What’s it ◈ Nоvеlіgһт ◈ (Continue reading) about? You go and pair yourself with some stray Esper no one’s ever heard of, and you ask me that?!”“...”Siwoo might be an orphan, but he was still one of the country’s few S-rank Espers. Calling him a mutt off the street was insane.“Siwoo may be an orphan, but he’s an S-rank Esper—”“Silence! If you were going to pair with an Esper, it should have been Seo Dojin!”“...”Raon barely stopped his eyes from rolling. He’d heard this same speech countless times before the rewind.“My match rate with the Team Leader isn’t even forty percent.”“So what? You’re an S-rank Guide! You can compensate for that easily!”“He said he didn’t want it.”“What have you been doing all this time, huh?!”“...”There was no reasoning with him. Raon met his father’s furious glare with cold, flat eyes.No wonder the original Han Raon had turned into a villain. With a parent like this, how could he not? There’s always a reason someone becomes the villain, he thought, swallowing a weary sigh.
