Shen Gongbao sneered and said, "Randeng Buddha, I respect you as a Primordial Great Power, an ancient Buddha from remote antiquity, which is why I speak to you courteously. That light was intangible and enigmatic, harboring a terrifying will within it—indifferent, viewing creatures as ants, sovereign, viewing Immortals and Gods as nothing.

Above Ling Mountain, many Immortals and Buddhas immediately bowed their noble heads as the Heavenly Dao Laws arrived. Though it was not the Heavenly Dao itself, it represented its identity, being the eye of the laws operating Heaven and Earth.
