Aegis is my very first book, ever. It's the first story I published on Royal Road and the first story I actually took the time to sit down and fully write. I didn't know a thing about writing beforehand. I got B's in my english class and becoming a writer was something I never really thought about professionally doing. It was only when I began writing Aegis that my dreams began to change. I fell in love with writing and it became something I inevitably went back to after I finished work. It's because of this community and many great people and fellow authors that I grew my skills to what is today, and now? I've finally achieved my dream. I am, for all intents and purposes, a fully published author. It's thanks to you all that I could gain the motivation to make this dream a reality. Thank you, I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

Now, this series (The Distinguished Mr. Rose) will also be releasing it's book 1 at the end of October. The official date if everything goes as planned is October 31st. Book 2 of Aegis should hopefully come out sometime around the end of December: who knows, I might make it a Christmas release. After that will likely be book 2 for The Distinguished Mr. Rose sometime around February/March.

Not many people have read Aegis compared to The Distinguished Mr. Rose, but if you'd like to support me, consider picking it up if you can! It's a more classic take on high fantasy with my own little twists, and it also includes a very familiar character that you might just recognize. I would greatly appreciate it if you checked out the story for yourself. It's also on Kindle Unlimited so you should be able to pick it up for free if you're already part of the program.

I also am hoping to get paperback and hardcover books for both Aegis and The Distinguished Mr. Rose out as well. They won't be as fancy as those produced by traditional publishers since I'm just one person, but if you'd like to have a physical copy, then it should be out at least a month following the ebook's launch.
