An hour had almost passed.

The Blood wolf's had returned to their village about an hour ago. Once they were back, the king of the Radiated Forest was immediately placed in a large empty stall of the stables. They had chosen this location to keep it out of sight from anyone else who hasn't left the village.

This place was located in the back of the village and was well hidden behind a long fence. After that, it wasn't that long before they had reached the target for their mission. A mission which had taken much longer than expected.

"Finally…"

It seemed like their journey was finally over.

However, that was not the case.

In front of them looming like death itself was an old abandoned factory which was currently being controlled by the Kusonoki conglomerate's hired mercs.

"What a dump…"

Saul's first impressions were spot on. It was a run down old factory. It looked like if you touched it, it would crumble away. This place was also abandon off by its creators, abandoned to rot away in peace, away from prying eyes..it was also slowly being reclaimed by nature.

The buildings that remained looked like they were slowly crumbling, the steel rods protruding from the structure.

The compound was surrounded by a fence of barbed wire, with a gate on the south east corner. However, the gate was broken down and covered in rust. The factory loomed on the north side of the compound, the place which they were tasked to infiltrate. There was also a couple of shabby buildings near the main factory and were probably the living quarters of the workers, but at the moment they were both dilapidated. while on the right side of the complex, the only new looking building was the guard house.

The entire compound appeared to be heavily fortified, and there were plenty of obstacles which could slow the advance of an enemy. The place looked like it was set up to be hard to capture. It was easy to see why it took so much time for the Kusonoki conglomerate to take it back from a gang who were previously it's "owner's."

One glanced and Saul spotted three security cams, in total, they had to be around three hundred. No chance of getting through without getting rid of them first.

"This isn't going to be easy, there are too many security cams to take out before we infiltrate the area," Luna stated bluntly as he pointed at one of the security cams with her finger, "This alone is going to be an nightmare. There's also more than one entrance, so we also have to figure out how many people are stationed in the area."

That was a pain in the ass for the mission.

Saul looked back at Luna:

"You can hack them right?"

"Well of course I can, but it will take a while and only be for a small window..it all depends on their security."

"…You mean they're all connected?"

"What else do you think? In this day and age it is cheaper and more convenient to do it that way. With a connected security system it's easier to get a birds eye view of all the cameras. If they did it for the security, they probably did the same for the building's electrical system and the other systems in the area. If I can hack one of them, i can hack all of them — Their comms, Turret's, weapons etc.

"That sounds like quite a boon for us," Lucifer interrupted, "Once you're in, can you upload a virus with a certain purpose?"

"The purpose..?"

Luna tilted his head, curious as to what Lucifer had planned.

"Destroying it all permanent. Is that possible?"

"I'll have to see..."

Since they were still atleast a kilometre away from the factory, they wouldn't be spotted.

Luna stood up:

"I'm gonna take a deep dive."

"What's a deep dive?"

Lucifer internally mused to himself

Without saying anything further, Luna walked over into a corner and began stripping.

The process of plugging into a computer and going into deep-dive required the brain to become hyper aware of the digital world while at the same time suppressing the body's reaction. The brain becomes extremely active, as if you were sprinting and running up a mountain while carrying heavy weights. As the brain became hyper aware, the body became more and more inactive and the temperature began to rise. This rise in temperature could reach as high as 40 degrees Celsius.

People used special diving suits to deal with the heat when deep-diving.

That's why it was fairly common to see a person going into a deep dive in their birthday suit.

In a normal situation, the sight of a person standing naked in front of you would be awkward and embarrassing, but since everyone was used to it, they just ignored her.

Luna put down a sheet of plastic on the ground and sat on it, grabbing her backpack as she pulled out a wire and a laptop from it, she grabbed the wire, connecting one end to the laptop and the other into the hole in the nape of her neck.

Once that was done, she pushed herself to a lying position. As she relaxed, her slim fingers pushed buttons on the laptop, causing the screen to glow.

After a few moments, her body began to relax and she looked like she was sleeping peacefully. While her body was in this state, the only part which moved were her eyelashes and the skin on her chest, which was rising and falling slowly in a smooth motion. While she was going through that, Lucifer, Oxy, Saul, Taguchi, Nomi, Hirata gathered together, discussing their plan one last time.

"remember, we go through the basement when all their tech is down, we move upward to the third floor where our target is being held and then we go through a backdoor and escape. Simple as that. "You make it sound so easy, Saul." Nomi piped up.

"I'm just saying, the plan itself is simple, it's the execution that's difficult. So, make sure your equipment is in good working order before we make our move. We won't have the time to check the gear before we've infiltrated and once we start our move, there's likely no way to fall back. So, don't worry about a plan B; the only thing which matters is that we get to the target without any one of us ending up dead, i can't lose another member."

"Don't worry Saul, we'll all be fine." Taguchi said, in a light-hearted tone, "We'll all be fine, and after this mission, we'll go to a high class restaurant and eat as much food as we want, I'm craving something spicy."

"I want some ramen."

Nomi shouted.

While they were having a calm before the storm type of banter, Lucifer and oxy were mentally talking to each other.

" 「How many men are in that factory, oxy?」"

" 「From what I have seen, there's around four hundred spread over the entire facility with over two hundred in the factory over.」"

"「I see, should we inform them?」"

The blood wolf's had an idea that there were only two hundred people in the entire compound, but in reality, it was double that.

But then if Lucifer told them anything, it would raise questions about how Lucifer had this intel while they did and what not.

Lucifer didn't want to raise any questions, but at the same time he couldn't just let the others go in blind. So, the only thing he could do was pray. They waited for roughly ten minutes. Then, the laptop that Luna was connected to made a "beeping" sound, causing Saul to turn to her.

Luna opened her eyes and sat up.

Her hands reached to the pipe connected to her nape and she took it out, a mechanical sound like something being disconnected was heard.

"It's done, I've breached their firewall, all I need to do to hack them all at once is to press a button."

She declared.

"…That was quick. I expected it to take longer."

Saul commented as he looked at Luna, who started to put on her discarded clothing again.

"It's a piece of crap. They don't even have an external firewall for their system, and they use the same password for every building and their system for their network. Even the security cameras in this area were connected to the same system, it was a pain to sort through everything but it was worth it. I can't believe Kuso hired these amateur's."

"...That's because they didn't expect anything like this to happen."

"True, but they should at least use a different password for their communication and security. I'm guessing they don't have an antivirus for their stuff either? I'll go ahead with the virus plan Sato-san asked me, just tell me when to release it."

"Not yet."

Saul said as he looked at everyone.

"Is your gear all ready?"

Everyone except for oxy replied with either a yes or a nod.

"Great, then."

Saul turned around at Hirata.

"You can stay with Luna, protect her just in case, she's tired, also while we are in the compound, you'll both go to the back area where we will make our exit from."

"Roger that."

Hirata replied with a nod.

Then, Saul looked at Taguchi.

"You, Nomi and I will stay together, Oxy and Lucifer will be together. Is that fine with you, Lucifer-san?"

Lucifer had no qualms about it.

"We will be going through the basement but there are two entrances so we will cover Entrance A and Sato-san and Oxy-san can cover Entrance B.

"It's fine by us, right oxy?"

"Mhm."

Saul then looked again at Hirata and Luna.

"Do it."

Luna nodded and pressed a button on her laptop, and as soon as she did, the entire building went silent.

"I've shut all their weapons and everything else down, there may be a few who's weapons are still working but you can take care of them."

Saul nodded and then turned around to look at the looming factory.

"Let's go!"
