Cultivation Simulator: Shocking the Academy

Chapter 131: Three Good Brothers

Suddenly, he tapped his toes on the ground, spun swiftly, and shot towards a big tree not far away like an arrow!

Simultaneously, his right palm, which was initially clenched like an eagle's claw, opened and closed with a clang, and a strange black-red flame instantly appeared in his palm, unexpectedly branding into the sturdy trunk of the century-old tree!

Sizzle!

A crisp sound echoed, as if the inside of the tree was originally hollowed out, and a puff of smoke leisurely floated out.

Su Chen withdrew his palm, let out a satisfied sigh, and gazed intently at the tree in front of him.

After a good half minute, the tree trunk, branded with a black hole, emitted a rapid sizzling sound. The leaves shook violently, followed by an eerie sound from the tree's core, and the entire trunk, rich with leaves, suddenly split open and toppled over!

A tree over ten meters tall was shattered with a single palm strike; if anyone else were present, they would be astounded! Especially since it was from a twelve-year-old oriental boy. But the shocking incident hadn't ended yet!

As the trunk abruptly split and fell, the hollow interior was revealed!

Looking at the pile of ashes at the tree's root, Su Chen's mouth curved slightly, revealing a peculiar smile.

The palm strike instantly shattered the robust trunk of the century-old tree, while the mutant flame inside the palm permeated the core, incinerating everything within. That is what he had whimsically devised over two days, the "Fiery Flame Heart-Burning Palm". "The effect is good, but if an opponent discovers its secrets, the success rate of the next attack will be lower..."

Su Chen muttered to himself.

His injuries were recovering at an astonishing speed, and in just a few days, he was ninety-seven percent healed. Taking advantage of the opportunity to heal, Su Chen had time to familiarize himself with the mysteries of using Profound Water and mutated flame energy. Although the time was short, it was still enough for the highly talented Beast Cultivator Su Chen to learn many things. Actual combat was important, but daily cultivation was essential too.

Reviewing the terrain on the map, he glanced at the peak of Sunshine Mountain and finally decided to go back to find those three Witch Immortals.

At this moment on the peak of Sunshine Mountain, three dwarf Witch Immortals were gathered around a stone table, noisily debating something.

"I bet that kid has already been eaten as a snack by Spirit Beasts, don't expect him to bring back Profound Water!"

The flushed Dorong shouted with a grin.

"You worthless bug, you think everyone is as useless as you, only hammering away every day and not coming up with anything interesting? That kid has the map I personally drew; even if he runs away, it should be fine?"

Andy scratched his disheveled hair as he spoke. In fact, he was even less confident, though he had intentions for Su Chen, a sacrifice midway was not the outcome he desired.

"Pah, your drawn bird map, only ghosts can understand it. That kid might have fallen into some ravine because he looked at your map."

Dorong snorted, retorting with a sarcastic tone.

Andy angrily was about to rise up, but just then, a confident voice suddenly sounded!

"Honorable seniors, thank you for waiting!"

They turned to look and saw Su Chen standing on the opposite side of the arched bridge, his expression clearly showing that he had succeeded.

"Bug, you slapped yourself quite comfortably, didn't you?"

Andy laughed heartily.

"Mind your own business, humph!"

Dorong said irritably, but his gaze stayed fixed on the approaching Su Chen.

Could this kid really have brought back Profound Water?

How is it possible, considering the dangers of Sunshine Mountain? Even Beast Masters wouldn't dare claim their safety in it. Yet this outwardly immature boy, seemingly no older than fourteen or fifteen, had returned having completed his task without a scratch?

"This kid must be lying; I don't believe he could kill the North Nether Divine Fish!"

He seemed frightened by his own thoughts and shook his head vigorously!

"What's wrong, Dorong? You seem unhappy; isn't getting Profound Water your dream?"

Andy teased.

"Cut the crap. I want to see if this kid really brought back true Profound Water."

Dorong gritted his teeth, his face gloomy.

As he spoke, Su Chen had already reached them, and Andy greeted him with a smile, "Young man, you really didn't disappoint me, well done!"

Su Chen returned the smile faintly, "Thanks to the three seniors, Su Chen has brought back Profound Water."

"Shorty, stop spouting nonsense. Take out the Profound Water and let me inspect it, or I'll definitely not let you off if you're lying!"

Dorong retorted, blowing his beard and glaring, though inside he was more nervous than anyone.

Su Chen didn't mind, "Alright, senior, please wait a moment, I'll retrieve the Profound Water right away."

With a silent chant in his mind, in the blink of an eye, the sheepskin water pouch enveloping the Profound Water appeared from the Canghen Crystal, landing steadily in his palm. Seeing the worn-out sheepskin pouch, Dorong's lips trembled slightly, and his hands, veined with green tendons, clenched tightly.

Su Chen paused for no one, and in front of the three, he tilted the pouch. Instantly, several deep blue magical water droplets rolled out from the pouch and landed in Su Chen's left hand's palm.

Dorong was momentarily stunned, and then his eyes suddenly gleamed with two brilliant star-like lights. His face flushed as he excitedly said, "It's Profound Water, this is indeed Profound Water! The taste, the color, and even the uncommon ellipsoid form are exactly the same!"
