Everyone Is A Lord: My Talent Is A Little Too Strong

Chapter 1283: The Lord's Deployment and Departure (Part 2)

Not only that, all human fortresses facing the Outer Region have discreetly entered a state of high alert, redeploying all air defense mages to the fortresses and major cities on the side of the Outer Region.

Especially the Coldflame Kings and the national level warriors, who serve as the main defense forces, have all been mobilized to command the various fortresses to make the necessary preparations.

Once everything was in place, Leo Ray notified commanders Roger Smith and Warren Dexter about stationing 2000 Tier 3 Mages in the territory, then led the main force subordinates and Grey Elder, Yonir, and other top-level human clan warriors toward Ice Stone City.

According to yesterday's report from Elder Bing, Ice Stone City would be able to move away from the edge of the Human World into deeper parts of the Outer Region by this morning.

By that time, it would naturally be the moment to depart for the current dwelling place of the Dwarf Elves.

Upon arriving at the Command Hall of Ice Stone City, and learning that Elder Bing and others were still repairing the Energy Convergence Array, Leo Ray didn't remain idle but started to make deployments again.

Since neighboring Half-Orcs and other arch-enemies of the Human Clan had not been completely eliminated, Crystal Blue City, carrying a grand army of a million and fifteen newly assembled air defense legions, continued to operate in the peripheral areas of the Human World.

This not only allows the scheduled training exercises to be completed but also manages to attract the attention of the Dragon Clan to some extent.

As for this Ice Stone City, according to Leo Ray's instructions, it is guarded by fifteen air defense legions, mainly from the Lancaster Clan, and another fifteen half-elf legions from the Moon Chaser Clan, who were already stationed here.

After all, as a Land of Divine Favor, even without soldier power supply, Ice Stone City's Absolute Defense Barrier is extremely sturdy; unless the city's energy is depleted, there's almost no risk of it being breached.

Moreover, the purpose of this expedition to the Outer Region is not for battle, so there's no need to leave many soldiers to defend this Land of Divine Favor.

Just as Leo Ray finished all the deployments, Elder Bing and others responsible for repairing the Energy Convergence Array rushed in from outside.

"Your Majesty, everything has been fully repaired!"

Seeing Elder Bing bow with a hand on his chest, speaking with a face full of excitement to Leo Ray: "I haven't felt Ice Stone City so full of energy for a long time!"

After Leo Ray defeated the Malevolent Deity's Chosen Son, Elder Bing completely submitted to Leo Ray, and unconsciously began addressing him as monarch and minister.

"Thank you to the old sir and everyone."

Leo Ray slightly nodded to Elder Bing and others like Frost, speaking with a hint of excitement as well: "So, we can head deeper into the Outer Region?"

"Yes, Your Majesty, we definitely can."

With a nod of enthusiasm, Elder Bing then helplessly smiled and said: "But although the Light Attribute 'Wooden Board' is compatible with this Land of Divine Favor, it's not of the Ice Attribute, so the magic power output of the Energy Convergence Array has greatly increased, but still hasn't reached its full potential."

"Please take a look, Your Majesty."

Elder Bing went to the magic sandbox, murmuring a few incantations. The magic sandbox that previously covered the Human World and border regions began to expand, soon covering places like Mist Dream Valley, the Vast Tree Ocean, and Peak Forest Mystery, continuing to extend quite a bit further outward.

The terrain, sometimes a series of mountains, sometimes intersecting rivers, deserts, oases, or combinations of both, left Leo Ray dazzled.

However, even though the sandbox expanded several times, it ultimately did not reach the central area of the Outer Region.

"My apologies, Your Majesty, this is the maximum range Ice Stone City can currently move unless we find another suitable Ice Attribute 'Wooden Board'."

Elder Bing's voice carried a hint of embarrassment as he explained to Leo Ray.

"It's fine, for us now, being able to incorporate or ally with all these areas will elevate the strength of the Human Clan to a whole new level."

Leo Ray smiled and waved his hand, then said seriously: "Besides, the area we currently need to focus on is just this one closest to the Human World."

Having said that, Leo Ray picked up the command stick and drew a horizontal line on the magic sandbox.

The line started from the northernmost point of the Pals Empire, continuing to the other side of the plains, encompassing areas like Mist Dream Valley, the Vast Tree Ocean, and Peak Forest Mystery.

Even though the Human World is located at the southernmost end of the entire plain, the naturally perilous Hundred Sections mountain range doesn't form a straight line but resembles a shape akin to "\___", causing the northwestern part of the Human World to project a notable section toward the Pals Empire.

Thus, the position where Leo Ray drew the horizontal line naturally parallels the Pals Empire; this area also falls under the responsibility of the Manager's Shadow Market.

Upon hearing Leo Ray's explanation, the assembled nodded knowingly.

It was evident from the sandbox that in comparison to the densely populated, city-laden Human World, this extensive yet sparsely populated area corresponded to over half of the Human World's size, spanning from Mist Dream Peak and Mist Dream Valley, to the Vast Tree Ocean and the mountainous terrain of Peak Forest Mystery, from left to right.

Beneath it lay the expansive Wind Sigh Hillock area where another encounter with the Shadow Market awaited, surrounded by the Wild Lands, home to Half-Orcs and other arch-enemies of the Human Clan.

Thus, incorporating this entire area would solidify the Human Clan's presence at this southernmost stretch of the landmass.

While everyone was pondering, Leo Ray's gaze fixated on the soon-to-be targeted Mist Dream Valley area, which stood noticeably higher than the Vast Tree Ocean on the right-hand side.

Centered around Mist Dream Peak, numerous dwarf elf towns were scattered, almost all backing onto the peak itself; some even carved out parts of the mountain, showcasing an architectural style similar to the Unfallen Fortress.

Between Mist Dream Peak and Mist Dream Valley lay a gigantic city, no less grand than the scale of the Land of Divine Favor, prominently visible. This giant city also nestled against a mountain, with its other side extending toward the lower valley, dividing Mist Dream Valley into upper and lower sections, appearing notably unique.

"According to the intelligence provided by the Manager and Vid, this is the capital of the dwarf elves, Mist Dream City. Judging from its scale, it is far more magnificent than Vid described; it's no wonder since it developed over two thousand years after Vid's disappearance."

Leo Ray scrutinized the grand city on the sandbox, gently rubbing his chin.

Presently, Mist Dream Peak is entirely under the control of Red Dragons, with varying numbers of Dragon Nests established upon it.

Although Mist Dream City is situated at the mountain's base, it has long been completely vacated by Red Dragons, leaving it an abandoned and long-deserted empty city.

"According to the Manager's intelligence, the defeated dwarf elves retreated into tunnels near Mist Dream City, with the entrance likely located at the southwestern edge of the city's lower section."

Leo Ray's gaze shifted quickly to the corresponding area where a vast expanse of open land appeared, perfect for Ice Stone City to settle.

"Everyone, since everything is ready, let's commence the operation."

Leo Ray pointed the command stick to that piece of open land on the Mist Dream Valley side, nodding to Elder Bing: "Old sir, that's our destination."

"Understood, Your Majesty, please wait a moment."

With a hand on his chest, Elder Bing promptly commanded the surrounding Half-Elf operators to begin their actions.

Before long, as the blue light flashed across the surrounding magic screens, a foggy and indistinct area came into view once everything cleared again.

"Mist Dream Valley is shrouded in fog year-round and is said to frequently experience Mirage, leading many strong individuals to lose themselves there, while travelers or adventurers of lesser capability steer clear, inspiring the name 'Mist Dream'."

"The construction of a city by the dwarf elves in such a harsh environment proves their remarkable strength, and naturally, the Dragon Clan that drove them away is even more formidable."

Leo Ray drew back his gaze, nodding to his subordinates: "Alright, it's time for us to depart."
