The Dark Dragon Dynasty demons tried to keep them at bay, but they soon realized that the armour covering every single one of roselia's forces, had the same durability as a defensive Lvl 2 demon.

Which meant that to kill one of them, one had to possess the ability to pierce through a Lvl 2 demons defense.

" Tsk! We can't cut through them!"

" These bastards are covered all over!"

" Damnit! Their weapons are strong as well!"

The demons began voicing their frustrations. It seemed Roselia really did focus on quality over quantity. With the weakest of her forces being at the Lvl 1 Rare tier, added with this Lvl 2 demon level, defensive armour, weapons sharp enough to injure a Lvl 2 demon and their terrain advantage while riding on demonic beasts. Her forces were simply to difficult to deal with.

" Arrgh!" A demon screamed as he was slashed on the back, his spine severed as his body plummeted to the ground, dead.

" Don't be afraid! Remember what the master taught us! Aim for the gaps in their defense's." Said a Level 2 demon who dodged an enemy attack before stabbing forward, his blade penetrating the enemies neck in one swift motion.

"Damnit!" Yi Heng as well was faced with the same issue. It wasn't much, but she had been able to deal a few attacks to Roselia's body, but due to her armour, her attacks only left marks on it.

While she had tried to aim for the gaps in her armour as well, Yi Heng found it futile because Roselia seemed to predict her actions anytime she did such, easily countering her.

Moreover, Yi Heng herself was now covered in sword wounds, and her own blood. If not for her demon body being resilient, she would've started feeling dizzy by now due to the constant loss of blood.

" Are you giving up already? I must say, that's a tad bit disappointing. I expected more from you." Roselia said, her slightly excited face returning to it's listless self.

Yi Heng cursed the demoness beneath her breath. Ever since they'd been exchanging blows, Roselia had only been using her left hand all this while to parry most of her attacks.

The size difference between them was remarkable yet, this demoness made it seem non existent, as if her own smaller body was far greater than Yi Heng who resembled a female version of a muscle toned minotaur, with a fitting figure.

" Since it's come to this, I'll make sure your death is swift and painless." Roselia said before raising her sword up high as it began to glow once more.

" Your still trying to use that useless attack again?!" Yi Heng became irritated, thinking that her opponent was underestimating her far too much.

Like before, she lunged at Roselia and struck down with her axe in full force.

CLANG!

" You...?!" Yi Heng's pupils dilated when a blood red barrier emerged out of thin air to block her attack, giving Roselia enough time to power up her skill. Unlike before, the sword glow became even more brighter, it's crimson light, coating an area of 100 meters in it's chilling hue.

Roselia released her attack the next moment, a large crimson sword light struck out like lightning, instantly destroying the barrier she set up, before charging towards Yi Heng.

The attack didn't stop there, bypassing the demoness and charging farther and farther away, easily cleaving through all in it's path, leaving a bloody trail for several hundreds of steps before finally coming to a halt after awhile, as it's remaining energy was diminished.

" I told you it would be painless." Roselia said nonchalantly before sheathing her great sword. She watched as Yi Heng's figure was split in two equal parts from the middle before both sides fell apart and dropped onto the ground like butchered slabs of meat.

The devastation caused by Roselia's attack and the sight of their commander being slain, was a huge blow to the Dark Dragon Dynasty's soldiers. At the same time, they felt their synergy boost vanish in the blink of an eye, further weakening their military might.

Even though their numbers were still roughly above 3000 at the moment, with Yi Heng no longer upstructing her, The instant Roselia joined the frey, the supposedly bloody battle became a one sided massacre.

" Kill every last one of them, leave no one alive!" Roselia commanded.

" Yes chieftain!" Her soldiers all responded in unison, their collective voices was like a death sentence to the Dark Dragon Dynasty's soldiers.

With the battle becoming unfavourable, some demons even began to flee, having lost the will to fight. But those who tried were the first to be cut down. Even though a rare few managed to escape, just the sight of most of them being cut down, made the demons feel hopeless.

" Damn you all!"

" Don't think you've won! If I'm going down, I'm taking some of you with me!"

" You bastard's will pay for killing the commander!"

" Kill! Kill! I'll kill you all!"

With retreat not being an option, they all decided to at least take some of the enemy force's down with them, but due to Roselia's presence, their efforts ultimately ended up in futility.

Meanwhile, in the west. Zhen Qi and Ming Yao found themselves completely surrounded by not just the enemy force's, but even their own enemy force's.

Perched atop a rocky outcrop was a large 3 tailed fox who's very appearance seemed to draw one in with nothing but a single glance.

" Cough.. Cough..." Ming Yao spout out some blood onto the ground. Her figure was already looking haggard and on the brink of collapse. While Zhen Qi was a little better off.

Just like the southern army sent to deal with the blood horned demoness's, the both of them had severely underestimated their opponent.

The fox demon queen stared at them with a look of amusement, like one who felt entertained by mere children who dared to pick a fight with an adult.

Not only was her body unconsciously releasing a faint amount of aura, but the aura was that of a Level 3 common unit as well, just like Roselia.
