All eight of them continued to persist, drawing out every single drop of magical power they could muster until.

It was burst open, revealing a humanoid figure within. Everyone was stunned when their gazes landed on the Dark scaled Draconian standing admisst the dissipating darkness.

It's entire body was black in colour, covered by slick metallic like black scales that gleamed in the sun, in between it's scales were pulsing glowing purple lines that seemed to shift like moving blood through capillaries. His body before his head could even be mistaken for a stunning armour fit for a dark.

His incredible figure was large, standing at about 2.5 meters, it's horns with glowing dark purple gabs were were curved backwards and behind it was a long scale cover tailed with sharp looking jolting scales on its spinal center. Then their was his head that resembled that of a dragons, though intimidating, they couldn't help but feel a noble air permeating from him the more they stared.

And last but not least, was it's eyes. It's eyes looked strange, though dark purple black in colour, there was a strange pull one felt when glancing at it, as if it would pull one into a trance if they stared for too long.

Everyone present were amazed by the figure before them, yet strangely, even after breaking through. Non of them could sense his aura. If they had closed their eye, it would feel as if there was no one standing in front of them at all, as if the figure before them was nothing but a mass of darkness.

The systems timely reminder caused Su Ping's disoriented mind to finally calm down.

' I actually leveled up in the end?' Su Ping stared at his body in shock. His new transformation was something he didn't expect.

While inside the sphere of darkness, his consciousness was asleep but at the same time not asleep, as if he could still sense everything within his surroundings.

At the time, when he suddenly felt the Dark sphere weakening when Ming Yao, Ning An and Yang Lan came close, he was nervous because the sphere of darkness tried to assimilate them into it!

He had tried to stop it, and it was only then that the sphere started supplying them with his Dark magic power instead but, at the time, he also felt that if he had decided to stop helping them break through, it would've assimilated them instead.

After helping them level up, he felt relieved but, The next moment, he grew worried after sensing that the dark sphere had weakened greatly, thinking that he wouldn't break through. He didn't expect for all of them to actually gather and help him, so that he would level up.

" Master! Congratulations on your level up!" Ming Yao and Zhen Qi coincidentally spoke up at the same time before dropping to their knees in a bow.

" Congratulations Master!" The rest said, following suit, not willing to be outdone.

Su Ping glanced over all of them, his face showing a rare trace of warmth that soon vanished without them noticing.

" You may rise." said Su Ping. Before all of them rose to their feet.

Ming Yao, Ning An and Yang Lan had looks of admiration on their face while Zhen Qi and Zhen Bi had faint hints of longing on theirs.

Yu Wang and Yi Heng had amicable smiles while the Lvl 2 demon on the other hand looked calm unlike the rest.

" You..." Su Ping said before approaching the Lvl 2 demon. The demon was alarmed, raising his guard, thinking to himself that Su Ping might be trying to find fault with him for letting others inside the barn against his wishes.

" Thank you... If not for your help, I'm not sure I would've even been able to level up." Said Su Ping as he patted the demon on the shoulder.

" Tell me, if there's anything you want, I'm willing to provide it so long as I deem it appropriate and within my ability." The others were stunned, they didn't expect the master to be this generous to offer such a reward. With how strong he was and how mysterious his abilities were, wasn't this the same as winning the lottery after one little situation.

But thinking of how he was the main reason they were even able to help the master, they felt that the offer was rational, even Zhen Qi who had longed for such an offer reluctantly suppressed her urge to speak against such a proposal.

" Thank you Master, but if it's ok with you, I'd be satisfied with just becoming one of your your direct subordinate." Said the demon.

" Huh?"

" Brother are you sure!"

" Is he really throwing away such an opportunity."

Most of them found his reply unexpected. Ming Yao herself couldn't understand why he would pick such a thing after all, from what she had learned after waking up, that demon should be one of if not the number one demon who disliked the master the most, so why would he want to become one of his most loyal helpers?

What they didn't know was that as a direct subordinate, the demon would get what he wanted, a closer spot to monitor Su Ping to see if he was really the demon he hoped him to be.

" Fine, If that's what you want. From now on your name shall be Fei Wang." Su Ping said before waving his hand and tossing him an emerald green pill.

" This!" Fei Wang was surprised, wasn't this an evolution pill? So why was he handing it to him so casually.

" Take it... I respect your wishes but simply promoting you to direct subordinate doesn't sit well with me. Now with that pill, our slate has been wiped clean." Su Ping said before returning his focus to the others.
