Su Ping then took the opportunity to let everyone know about the rules of his faction.

" No one is allowed to disobey a subordinate i named, that excludes Yu Wang of course. They're all my direct subordinates, the rest of you are just Cannon fodder. Anyone who dares to do so will have to answer to me, understand?"

" Yes Master!" All the demons were prostrated on the floor, their synchronized voice sounding like thunder.

" Good, if anyone feels like my direct subordinates are abusing their power, your free to come look for me to discuss the matter, so long as I'm not busy that is."

" No killing each other of course, though I'm sure a few of you must have some grudges because of this little fiasco. If anyone wants to kill they'll first have to acquire lots of contributions to the faction as well as my direct approval. I don't mind a little bloodshed so long as I approve of it." Hearing this, several demons began to shiver in fear while some were overflowing with excitement and joy.

' Great, if these idiots are constantly worried about losing their lives to one another, then non of them will have the time to think about foolish thoughts like rebellion.' A strange light gleamed in Su Ping's eyes when he saw this.

" Also, As you've seen before, I don't skimp when it comes to rewarding all those under me." Su Ping said, at the same time a Wood elemental gem, Poison Elemental Gem and an Evolution pill emerged in his hand before vanishing once more. Though making a brief appearance, the demons were all swayed by Su Pings words.

' I can't have a stable faction without rewards now can I. It should be easy to appease them all.' Su Ping said before briefly stealing a glance from Zhen Qi beside him.

" Master, is something the matter?" Zhen Qi surprisedly noticed his glance, secretly alarming the future Dark Dragon King.

" It's nothing, I just thought you looked more pleasing to the eye's up close today." Su Ping chuckled.

" M-Master.." Zhen Qi 's face turned a light shade of pink as she blushed, avoiding his gaze in a flustered manner, yet the instant her back was turned to him, a cunning smile mixed with infatuation, blossomed on her face.

' As I thought... For special cases like her I must not give in under any circumstances. If she were to surpass me in terms of power, then I would end up having to do something to suppress any attempts of rebellion she might have as well.' Su Ping sighed inwardly, wondering how long he could last against this demon who's very essence was made to seduce and squeeze men dry.

Zhen Bi, who saw their little exchange, frowned unhappily. when she saw Yu Wang flashing her a gloating look, her face soured even more. Only when she glared at him did he stop his childish antics.

Meanwhile, Su Ping continued from where he left off." You aren't allowed to cause trouble amongst yourselves, this rule is especially so for those of you planning to use a loophole to escape the no killing each other's rule. If I get a scent of trouble from anyone, that Person will have my undivided attention till the moment they give their final breath." Su Ping's cold voice caused all the demons to pale in fright. Zhen Qi who was planning to deal with Zhen Bi secretly after this, displayed an unhappy look but her expression soon returned to normal shortly after.

" And this is the final rule. This one rule is especially so for my supposed direct subordinates. I was planning on ranking you all but I've changed my mind, you all will be broken into 2 levels, the top level includes only Ming Yao, Ning An and Yang Lan..."

" Master!" Both Zhen Qi and Zhen Bi displayed stunned, unhappy expressions. They didn't need him to finish his words to know that he wanted these three alone to be his closest subordinates.

Zhen Qi had not seen the three of them, only hearing from the early demons, but from the way they spoke, she knew Su Ping held them in extremely high regard, what she couldn't believe was that he wanted to choose those 3 Lvl 1 demons weaker than her to stay above her in the hierarchy.

Zhen Bi was equally not fond of the notion as well, she didn't know who the three he'd just mentioned were but she didn't like tbe idea that her mate valued others above her.

Yu Wang on the other hand was curious, at the same time he saw an opportunity for himself. If he managed to get on those three's good sides, then wouldn't that mean that he would get closer to the Master.

" Your unhappy with my decision?" Su Ping stared at the two. He knew demons valued strength above all else but he was still human at heart, he only valued trust above all and currently, those three were the ones he trusted the most.

" Master, please reconsider." Proposed Zhen Qi.

" We would rather accept that your direct subordinates all stood on equal grounds." added Zhen Bi.

Su Ping expression turned contemplative. He felt that Zhen Qi's words at least held some reason. She has been hard at work to help him and always displayed a supportive attitude too.

" Fine then, For now, because of your effort in gathering this many demons, all direct subordinates will stand on equal grounds but, if you can't prove to me why you should remain that way, then I'll have no choice but to go with my original decision."

" Thank you Master!" Zhen Qi and Zhen Bi were both overjoyed, The lesser succubus hugged his neck while the Dark demonic wolf nuzzled against his leg.

Yu Wang on the other hand felt unhappy, if the both of them manage to get the master to turn this bill permanent, then wouldn't that mean his plan of ascending the hierarchy would end up being useless.

He couldn't accept it, no matter what, he had to help those senior sisters remain the masters most trusted subordinates.

" Oh yes, before i forget. Those who contribute greatly might gain a chance to become direct subordinates. That's if it's a great contribution and if I chose to." Su Ping expected some to be unhappy with his words but to his surprise they seemed eager after hearing his words.

If they became Direct subordinates, wouldn't they ascend the hierarchy, which demon didn't want to be higher ranked than it's counterparts.

With that settled, Su Ping headed towards the Imp construction demons with Zhen Qi, he informed her about their lack of living abodes for the demons asking her to hand pick some that would become construction workers, he told her everything she needed to know about each unique building.

Having learned about the daily limit of the Hardhat buildings, Zhen Qi promised to pick the most suitable demons to become construction demons while the rest would gather the wood needed for production and act as labourers. But first he had Zhen Qi and Zhen Bi go through the Hardhat buildings.

" Leave it to me master, I assure you that this project will be done as quickly as possible without delay." Zhen Qi said with obvious enthusiasm.

" Speed is an important factor but don't forget that the living houses need to be built properly to avoid collapse, I don't want anyone complaining about building hazards.

" Well said master, I'll be sure to keep an eye on things less something goes wrong." Interjected Zhen Bi, attracting a glare from Zhen Qi.

Zhen Qi was in charge of managing Construction while Zhen Bi was placed in charge of managing the labourers that would procure the construction materials.

Su Ping expressed his worries about having them work at night but.

" Master there's nothing to worry about, demons have no sense of day and night since we can see during either time. We just need to worry about their stamina's so there's really nothing to worry about."

" I understand where you're coming from, but do give them breaks. Even if they don't have a sense of day and night, I'd still prefer my subordinates to be happy. No one is to be overworked, understand?"

" Of course Master, we'll be sure to carry out your wishes to the letter." Said both Zhen Qi and Zhen Bi.

Having said that, Su Ping felt like there was nothing else to do, right now the only thing on his mind was finally going through his level up.

Su Ping called Yu Wang and the level 2 elite Dark demonic wolf to accompany him. They then headed into the livestock ranch, then into the large barn, where Su Ping found a nice spot to curl up.

" Master, are you sure you want the both of us to watch over you." Said Yu Wang, both he and the Lvl 2 elite Dark demonic wolf had awkward expressions, out of all the demons in the faction, why was it them that he decided to have follow him.
