Chapter241-Sacco's Death The Fury of the God of War

The figures of the Elemental Assassins quickly merged into the darkness.

In the overwhelming blackness, Sacco unleashed pure holy light from his body, attempting to dispel the darkness.

His Solar Saint Bloodline ignited, and countless blazing light swords spiraled around him.

Sacco understood that these must be the mysterious specters under Aurek's command!

"How dare you infiltrate the Ordon Holy Mountain? Aurek, you have a lot of nerve!"

His eyes were cold as he tried to break through the darkness, planning to leave the meditation chamber immediately.

At that moment, one of the Elemental Assassins revealed themselves in front of him, their cold blade piercing through the air!

Sacco's divine seal flew from his forehead, swiftly striking at the assassin.

Pure holy light continued to spread, pushing back the Darkness element.

The other two Elemental Assassins seized the opportunity, using the Light element to cleverly merge with Sacco's holy light, creating the illusion that the holy light itself was dispelling the darkness.

The three assassins were all near-Stellar rank 8 Elemental Assassins, and they had been lying in wait, seizing the perfect moment to strike. Against a Sacco who had lost his Divine Carapace and Solar Sword, they faced no major difficulties.

Sacco had made a critical mistake.

Perhaps it was due to his ingrained impression of the forces under Aurek, or perhaps it was the false sense of security provided by being in the Ordon Holy Mountain, but he had not taken these specters seriously.

As he constantly dispersed the darkness, he was desperate to kill the assassin who had appeared before him!

The divine seal locked onto the incoming cold light.

When the darkness in the chamber was completely cleared, the Elemental Assassin before him fully revealed their form.

With extreme intensity, the solar light gathered into countless destructive light swords, flying toward the assassin like a streak of lightning.

At that moment, the other two Elemental Assassins suddenly emerged from the holy light!

With two muffled "thuds" as blades pierced through the body,

One blade pierced through Sacco's heart.

The other pierced through his neck, the bloodied tip of the sword emerging from his throat.

Sacco's pupils contracted.

Stellar rank!

These were Stellar rank specters!

In extreme shock, the shadow of death enveloped him completely!

His body erupted with intense solar light, like a burst dam, pushing the two Elemental Assassins away.

His divine seal also trembled.

The assassin in front seized the opportunity and swiftly decapitated Sacco with a single clean stroke!

Boom!

His head slammed against the jade pillar in the meditation chamber.

Yet, pure holy light still enveloped his body.

The two Elemental Assassins, though shaken by the solar light's blast, quickly pressed forward to strike at the light.

As the holy light quickly dimmed,

Boom!

It was as if a forbidden power had been triggered.

A towering, overwhelming aura exploded, shaking the three Elemental Assassins, who spat blood as they crashed against the walls of the chamber.

"Insignificant ants, how dare you move against my pawn?!"

A pure light shadow emerged from Sacco's decapitated head, forming a white light barrier to protect the remnants of his head, its cold gaze locking onto the three Elemental Assassins.

The extreme killing intent sent shockwaves through the entire Ordon Theocracy!

Eyes across the mountain peaks suddenly opened wide!

Figures like streaks of light rushed toward the sky.

The three Elemental Assassins, feeling the immense power of the pure light shadow after being sent flying, quickly blended into their surroundings.

They attacked from the shadows, unleashing devastating strikes, but the white light barrier flickered and dimmed under their onslaught.

However, the power of the pure light shadow was immense, effortlessly detecting the hiding places of the Elemental Assassins.

Pointing a finger, one Elemental Assassin quickly attempted to escape from the chamber, intending to cover for the others.

"Under the light, where can you escape?!"

The pure light shadow seemed to be enraged. Its palm yanked fiercely toward the chamber, using forbidden power to lock onto the escaping assassin and forcefully pull them back.

The other two Elemental Assassins took the chance to move around to the rear!

Instead of attacking the pure light shadow, they focused on brutally attacking Sacco's decapitated head!

"Damn insect!"

The pure light shadow trembled violently.

It seemed to be restricted, turning into wisps of light smoke that retreated back into Sacco's head.

One Elemental Assassin seized the opportunity to strike through Sacco's skull, extracting a pure light source and a divine seal, which they then melded into the void and fled the chamber.

At almost the same time,

Terrifying figures arrived outside the chamber,

Rushing into the room.

Upon seeing Sacco, already decapitated with his skull completely pierced, the faces of everyone turned ashen. The fury within them was uncontainable.

They burst out of the chamber, their powerful mind power rapidly expanding in a carpet search.

Ordon Theocracy, Holy Peak.

Within a jade coffin, a white-haired young man slept.

Suddenly, his eyes snapped open.

A vast aura immediately spread, causing Karon, standing before him, to tremble. He asked in shock,

"My esteemed Father, what has happened?"

"…Holy Son Sacco has been killed."

A distant voice echoed.

Karon's face turned pale at the news. He immediately rushed out of the Holy Peak.

"Wake all the sealed ones!"

The distant voice sounded again, carrying an unquestionable command.

Karon took the order and swiftly departed.

God Realm.

Inside a magnificent divine hall of gold and jade,

A middle-aged man, with a face resembling Sacco's, suddenly spat a mouthful of golden divine blood.

His gaze was sharp with divine light.

"Lower realm ants!"

"How dare they destroy my plan!"

"When my true form descends, I will make you taste the punishment of the blazing sun!"

This middle-aged god was none other than the God of War, Sazin.

A part of his divine soul had been guided through the world's source laws on the Eura continent, where he created Sacco as a pawn.

Now, that pawn had been completely destroyed!

"My lord, what has happened to make you so furious?"

A divine servant nearby asked in confusion.

"My divine soul incarnation in the lower realm… was killed," Sazin said, his voice filled with killing intent.

Sazin's rise in God Mountain had been largely because he controlled crucial information about the Eura continent, guiding the forces of God Mountain's arrival.

But now, with Sacco's death, the value of his information had been greatly reduced.

This was a massive blow to his prospects!

"My lord!"

"God Mountain has already nearly confirmed the coordinates of the Eura continent. With some time, they will build a stable portal and can enter. The impact on you may not be too severe."

"Also, I heard from a High God above that the portal construction is underway. It will be completed within ten years, possibly earlier. Once finished, we can begin assembling the expeditionary forces."

Upon hearing this, Sazin asked,

"Isn't God Mountain already at war with the otherworldly demons? Can they really assemble enough troops in ten years?"

"You may not know, but the otherworldly demons have already discovered the Eura continent!"

The divine servant responded.

"More accurately, they may have known even earlier, but they didn't pay attention at the time. Now, however, they are likely already taking action in secret. That's why God Mountain is in such a hurry. They've already begun setting up contingencies on Eura."

Sazin fell silent, contemplating.

The sooner this matter was settled, the better. When God Mountain finally descended upon Eura, he would have his opportunity to prove his worth again!
