Peerless Immortal Emperor in City

Chapter 114: Who Sent You!?

"Hong Tianshu is nothing but an ant. If he dares to come, I'll kill him with a single slap."

Qin Heng sneered coldly. He flicked his finger, and with a WHOOSH, the Internal Force from his fingertip pierced through the air, transforming into an invisible blade that struck Yun Feng's leg.

"AH!" Yun Feng screamed, thudding to his knees. He cried out in pain but still shouted, "Kid, you have no idea how terrifying a peak Grandmaster is! You're as good as dead!"

"Noisy!" Qin Heng snorted.

With a wave of his hand, he stirred up a fierce gale that sent the surrounding people tumbling. The terrifying power then crushed Yun Feng, knocking him unconscious on the spot.

Dominant!

Utterly dominant!

He didn't even give others a chance to speak!

Witnessing this, the onlookers involuntarily shrank back, not daring to utter a sound for fear of offending Qin Heng.

Too horrifying!

After a long moment, Wang Quan hesitated briefly before saying respectfully, "Mr. Qin, I will take Wang Heyang away and deal with him quickly. I will report the outcome to you."

"Good." Qin Heng nodded slightly, his eyelids lowered. Without even glancing at Wang Quan, he said indifferently, "I'll await your news."

"Cousin! Cousin! Wang Quan! You can't do this! You can't!" Wang Heyang immediately grew agitated, clutching Wang Quan's legs and wailing, "I was wrong! I was too arrogant, I had eyes but failed to recognize true greatness! Please, spare me! Spare me!"

"Let's go!" Wang Quan, deaf to Wang Heyang's pleas, knocked him unconscious with a swift hand-chop and carried him out of the hotel.

Simultaneously, security guards followed, escorting Yun Feng, Zhai Shuangshuang, and the others out.

No one present dared to offend Qin Heng now.

Although his true identity remained unclear, the deference shown to him by Wang Quan, the future Family Head of the Wangs, made it evident that his status was anything but negligible!

Furthermore, for the Nanyang Divine Dragon to declare his intent to personally kill him suggested Qin Heng was also a powerful Martial Artist. Judging by his earlier display, he had to be at least a Half-step Grandmaster! Moreover, to reach the level of Half-step Grandmaster at such a young age implied he likely had a Grandmaster-level expert backing him!

No one speculated that Qin Heng himself was a Martial Arts Grandmaster.

After all, reaching the Transcendence Realm in the Martial Dao was incredibly rare. Anyone with knowledge of the Martial Dao understood that across all of China, Grandmasters of Transcendence were as rare as phoenix feathers and unicorn horns! A teenager of seventeen or eighteen couldn't possibly be a Martial Arts Grandmaster. It was far more likely that his backer or mentor was one.

Of course, some wealthy young masters, unfamiliar with the Martial Dao, were whispering amongst themselves.

"Are Martial Artists truly that formidable? Even a Grandmaster of Transcendence couldn't withstand firearms, could they? If it came down to it, sniper rifles, rocket launchers... surely a Grandmaster couldn't endure that?"

Then someone replied, "Rocket launchers might not necessarily kill a Martial Arts Grandmaster. They are incredibly fast, rumored to cover hundreds of meters in a second. You wouldn't even have time to aim before they could kill you a hundred times over. Besides, a Martial Arts Grandmaster's greatest strength isn't direct confrontation, but assassination from the shadows. If a Grandmaster of Transcendence wishes to hide, not even infrared thermal sensors can detect them. They can kill whomever they please!"

"That powerful? How terrifying..." The wealthy young master who had asked earlier shivered inwardly. Glancing at Qin Heng with eyes full of fear, he quickly moved far away.

Soon, Qin Heng found himself alone, as everyone else kept their distance.

Only Ai Shan Shan hadn't moved. She remained by Qin Heng's side, looking at him with curiosity. "You really know martial arts? Like those Eighteen Subduing Dragon Palms, or Nine Yin White Bone Claws? Was that the Flicking Finger Technique you just used?"

Her eyes sparkled, almost like little stars, filled with admiration as she gazed at Qin Heng. She resembled a little girl who had just discovered a fairy-tale world.

"What nonsense..." Qin Heng shook his head. "Those are just some simple self-defense techniques, nothing special."

He wasn't lying; it was the honest truth. For a Cultivator, the true methods of combat involved Daoist techniques and Divine Skills! Mere punching and kicking were hardly worth mentioning.

"What other self-defense techniques do you know? Can you teach me?" Ai Shan Shan asked eagerly, clutching Qin Heng's arm, almost pressing her entire body against him.

She was wearing an evening gown, and from Qin Heng's perspective, his gaze could easily fall upon the soft, prominent curves beneath the fabric, the deep cleavage incredibly enticing. He could also feel the soft pressure on his arm.

However, judging by Ai Shan Shan's demeanor, she seemed oblivious to her state of undress and the fact that Qin Heng was inadvertently taking advantage of the situation, even if this advantage was one she had offered herself.

Qin Heng held no ill will towards Ai Shan Shan, but that was the extent of it. Ultimately, to him, she was merely a stranger he might forget in time.

Thus, he responded to Ai Shan Shan with an indifferent casualness, making it clear to any discerning observer that he wished to limit their interaction.

This scene made the men watching from a distance burn with envy, jealousy, and resentment.

This was Ai Shan Shan! The young lady who had recently returned to her wealthy family after being lost! Whoever won her heart would gain access to a fortune worth tens of billions! Plus, she was an absolute stunner, with a figure to die for! And this guy was treating her with such indifference! It was infuriating!

However, no one dared to voice their opinions. After all, the awe from Qin Heng's recent display of power was still fresh in their minds, and no one wished to offend him.

Ai Shan Shan, however, seemed completely oblivious to Qin Heng's coldness and continued her questioning with undiminished enthusiasm.

"Shan Shan, what are you doing here?"

Suddenly, a deep male voice interjected. A middle-aged man walked over from the hotel entrance, evidently having just arrived. He approached Ai Shan Shan, and upon noticing Qin Heng beside her, his eyebrows furrowed involuntarily.

"Who is he? And where is Young Master Wang Heyang?" the middle-aged man asked bluntly. His tone was cold, and his eyes, as he looked at Qin Heng, held a hint of disdain, though it was well-concealed and difficult to perceive.

"Dad, this is Qin Heng, my... my friend," Ai Shan Shan stammered, her voice soft and timid, clearly somewhat afraid of her father.

"A friend?" The middle-aged man's eyes narrowed. He swiftly pulled Ai Shan Shan behind him, then gave Qin Heng a critical once-over and sneered, "Who sent you to get close to Shan Shan? The Hongtu Consortium? Fangxing Real Estate? Or those people from the Bais? Kid, I've seen plenty of your type—good-looking, using your charms to seduce women for wealth and status. Disgraceful! Get out of here immediately! And tell whoever sent you to get you some decent clothes next time! Your current attire is an embarrassment to even look at! Scram!"
