Chapter 191: Black Obsidian's Order and Frontline News_2

The five newcomers ignored the terror inside the bar and the people constantly shouting and screaming. They peacefully stripped the corpse of Black Hand Pach, chatting with each other, their expressions indescribably cheerful and nonchalant.

This scene made the already terrified people inside the bar feel a chill, looking at the five individuals who weren't even considered apprentices, as if they were looking at monsters, full of fear.

This fear didn't stem from the five killing Black Hand Pach in an instant, but from their indifference.

This indifference was as if they didn't regard Pach and the others as humans, treating the killing of Black Hand Pach as merely a good deed, clearly no longer in a normal mental state for a human.

"Demons!"

Suddenly, someone in the bar uttered a word, making everyone present unable to resist the urge to leave, not wanting to stay there for another moment.

Just as a Half-Scale Race man, whose strength was close to an advanced apprentice, was settling the bill and leaving, another group of people dressed in silver-gray attire rushed in.

This group was evidently more extravagant than the previous five newcomers, not only numbering six, but each wearing A6-class armor.

"Target confirmed!"

"Go!"

The six newcomers in A6-class armor immediately acted upon seeing the Half-Scale Race man.

Unlike the previous five, these six newcomers appeared to be battle-hardened comrades, attacking simultaneously from six positions with a Thunder Light Palm each.

All six palms struck in unison, and the Half-Scale Race man, even with his strength close to an advanced apprentice, could only barely deflect two, while the remaining four palms struck him directly, taking him down.

"Target confirmed dead. Let's proceed with the next mission."

As they looked at the collapsed Half-Scale Race man, they didn't bother with his body, merely tapping on their smart watches.

This scene unfolded in the bar in an instant; people hadn't even reacted before the Half-Scale Race man died.

"Oh my god! He was Iron Tail Shut!"

"What on earth is Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall trying to do?"

"First they kill Black Hand Pach, and now they take out Iron Tail Shut. Could Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall be trying to cleanse the wanderers in their territory?"

"Cleanse the wanderers? Has Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall gone mad? That would mean opposing all the city's wanderers!"

The crowd watched as the six members of Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall quickly turned and left, stunned and unable to comprehend why Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall would act so recklessly.

They'd only just wiped out the Two-Headed Gang, the territory wasn't even warm, and now they start cleansing the wanderers—a bunch of madmen indeed.

Meanwhile, the same thing was happening not only on Nanhxing Street but also on Pleiades Street, previously occupied by the Iron Heart Gang.

A large number of Black Obsidian Martial Arts Academy Disciples in silver-gray attire were coming and going on the three blocks. Despite these disciples' lack of strong combat abilities, it was evident they were clearing the territory of wanderers.

"What's Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall thinking? Those wanderers are outlaws. Aren't they afraid of retaliation?"

"Yet, without these wanderers on the streets and Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall people patrolling, it seems like the security of the neighborhood has improved significantly."

"Small business owners running shops on Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall's turf are fortunate. Typically, large merchants often collaborate with wanderers to chase them away. Now, with Black Obsidian blocking the way, those big merchants can only compete with them fairly."

The residents on the streets watched as the disciples of Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall passed by from time to time, surprised by their actions, yet pleased that they were willing to cleanse these wanderers, clearly elevating the district's safety to another level.

The news of Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall cleansing the territory of wanderers quickly spread throughout the city's outskirts, causing a stir among many forces.

Inside a five-story large shop in the outskirts.

Mans of the White Feather Gang slowly made his way to the rooftop on the fifth floor, moving cautiously yet with such excitement and eagerness on his face that couldn't be hidden.

"Gang Leader, good news," Mans whispered to Isaac, who was cultivating, "Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall seems to have gone mad, cleansing their territory of wanderers. Now, all the city's wanderers are gathering and seem intent on retaliating against Black Obsidian."

"Wanderers? They're nothing more than sewer rats, not of much use," Isaac said dismissively, eyes closed.

"Gang Leader, while these wanderers can't form a significant force, they can still wear down Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall. After all, the wanderers are more numerous than the combined forces of the four major powers, including some martial artists. If they make sustained undercover attacks, Black Obsidian could be in real trouble, even with their eight martial artists," Mans said with a smile. "Plus, our recent collaboration with the Red Moon Commerce has brought in a new batch of supplies. Perhaps today, a few warriors will emerge from our newly trained hundreds of death warriors, allowing our White Feather Gang to officially enter the outskirts."

"Hmph, that greedy Red Moon Commerce. I gave them enough to create twenty or thirty martial artists, yet they only provided those meager resources. I'll make sure they pay for this loss in time!" Isaac huffed, expressing anger over Red Moon Commerce's greed.

"Rest assured, Gang Leader, both Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall and Red Moon Commerce will be trampled beneath our White Feather Gang one day!" Mans stated confidently. "Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall just got lucky, discovering the secret of Red Moon Mountain and thus creating a few martial artists. They have no idea that's just the tip of the iceberg, and we've long since moved the truly good stuff away."

Isaac remained noncommittal, sitting cross-legged. Red Moon Mountain had been under the White Feather Gang's secret operation for many years, and had it not been for the Cyan Sparrow Gang's spies discovering the front-facing micro energy ore vein, he would have continued operating it quietly, accumulating strength to eventually take over all of Chasing Light City.

Originally, after the battle at Red Moon Mountain, he thought that investing a small force would be enough to secure the Cyan Sparrow Gang without attracting too much attention, continuing to develop in the shadows. Unexpectedly, Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall swooped in out of nowhere, seizing Red Moon Mountain, disrupting all his plans.

Now, Black Obsidian Martial Arts Hall having so many martial artists surely meant they discovered the secret of Red Moon Mountain. Fortunately, the real benefits of Red Moon Mountain were already in his possession, and what's left was insignificant.

Isaac then opened his eyes and took out a letter from the Martial Artist Association.

"Take a look at this."

"Gang Leader, does the Martial Artist Association have a plan?"

"Not a plan from the association, but news from the front line and a mobilization order from Chasing Light City. This letter has probably been delivered to all the major forces."
