At 10 a.m., the criminal investigation team's special case seminar ended.

At the meeting, Li Jian divided today's investigation tasks. Team one was responsible for investigating the two female employees from back then, team two for sorting through surveillance at Chen Minghao's drop-off location to reconstruct his final movements, and team three for investigating Chen Minghao's ex-wife to determine the identity of the deceased woman.

Just after leaving the meeting room, Chen He's phone rang.

He tucked the meeting notebook under his left armpit, freeing his right hand to take out his phone from his pocket.

Chen He glanced at the phone screen; it was an unknown number.

"Hello! Who is this?"

"Hello, Mr. Chen! This is Zhang Lu from Minghao Clothing Factory."

Upon hearing this name, Chen He suddenly remembered what he asked her for last night.

He cut straight to the point and asked, "Have you found the two employees from back then?"

"Yes! Mr. Chen! How would you like me to send it to you?"

Chen He was a bit agitated and quickly said, "I'll come and get it, where are you?"

"I'm in the office at Minghao Clothing Factory."

Thirty minutes later, Chen He and team member Li Yong drove again to the Minghao Clothing Factory.

However, what struck them as odd was the number of people in the factory's courtyard.

They were wearing uniforms, rushing back and forth.

While driving, Li Yong curiously asked, "Mr. Chen, this factory seems a bit strange!"

Chen He asked, "What's strange about it?"

"The owner has passed away; how can the factory still be operational?"

Li Yong gripped the steering wheel, unable to resist looking around.

A piercing horn sounded, and Li Yong turned his head to see a BMW 7 Series stopped in front.

Chen He, sitting in the passenger seat, also broke into a cold sweat.

Eyeballing it, there was less than 10cm separating the two vehicles from a collision.

Li Yong turned and said, "Mr. Chen, sorry, I got a bit distracted just now."

Chen He said, "Get out of the car and take a look first!"

Due to the long hours of investigation last night, Li Yong was a bit fatigued while driving.

Chen He did not blame him at all.

Just after they pushed open the car doors, the driver of the BMW hurried out.

"What's the rush?"

Li Yong took a good look and felt relieved.

Fortunately, they hadn't collided, or he would have been entirely at fault.

He quickly said, "Sorry, I got a bit distracted just now."

The middle-aged man opposite wanted to speak harshly, but the woman from the back seat of the BMW suddenly came out.

Chen He looked up and saw she was Chen Minghao's wife, Wu Juan.

Wu Juan waved her hand, "Officers, thanks for your hard work!"

As the black BMW car disappeared from sight, Li Yong muttered to himself, "Her husband's body isn't even cold, and she already has a new partner?"

After thinking it over, Chen He said, "It couldn't be that quick, right? Personally, I think that man could be a company driver."

Ten minutes later, the two took an elevator up to the 5th floor of another building.

Just stepping out of the elevator, Chen He saw Zhang Lu waiting at the office door.

"Captain Li! Here!"

She quickly approached with two documents in hand.

"These are the employment forms for the two female workers, complete with detailed family member and housing information."

Chen He nodded, glanced over, and said, "Thank you for your hard work!"

Then, he handed the files to Li Yong beside him.

"Has the factory started operations again?"

Zhang Lu nodded, "Started normal production today."

Li Yong jokingly said, "With the boss gone, there's no impact at all?"

"With the chairman gone, his wife took over the company."

"Wu Juan?"

Zhang Lu nodded, "She even held a meeting with us this morning, asking us to adjust our mindset actively, offering plans and strategies for the company's development."

As soon as those words fell, the scene from ten minutes ago vividly appeared in both their minds.

Chen He asked, "This morning, we saw a man named Ah Hua driving for Wu Juan. Do you know who he is?"

"Ah Hua used to be Mr. Chen's driver."

"Driver?"
