Reborn with Infinity Skill Points, I Enslaved All Universes

Chapter425-Liberation Technique

At present, Daniel's backpack space had already reached its absolute limit. There was no way it could carry so many materials any longer.

For that reason, he decided to construct a massive warehouse within Winterhold Castle. This enormous facility served a single purpose: to store the overwhelming mountain of auxiliary materials he had accumulated.

One of Daniel's avatars now resided in this warehouse, carefully sifting through the piles, selecting those components that could be used to synthesize God Rank Skills.

After a period of meticulous sorting, his eyes suddenly lit up.

[Hammer of the Mountain God]

Effect: Strike your opponent with the unstoppable force of a thunderous blow, causing tremendous damage. Passive effect: permanently increases the user's Strength attribute.

It was an offensive skill, brimming with destructive potential. Yet to Daniel, such a technique held little appeal.

At his current stage, mere physical damage was hardly worth mentioning. The enemies he faced now either had near-total immunity to physical attacks, or their resilience was so terrifying that raw physical strikes could never bring them down.

Thus, the real value of the Hammer of the Mountain God lay not in its offensive ability, but in the permanent attribute boost it provided.

Still, Daniel chose not to consume this skill scroll.

He had bigger plans for it.

The Hammer of the Mountain God, ranked among the lower tiers of God Rank Skills, was of limited use to him in combat. But when it came to fusion and synthesis, such skills became precious ingredients to forge higher-ranked ones.

Ever since obtaining access to the warehouse of the Luck Goddess, Luke, Daniel had already fused several of these lower-ranked skills.

Among them were:

[Erasure Dagger]

[Crown of Souls]

[Beam Burst]

[Arrow of Absolute Accuracy]

Now, in just a short span of time, Daniel found himself holding not one, not two, but seven God Rank Skill scrolls in his hands!

Never before had he felt such elation.

In the past, every single God Rank Skill he managed to forge had required immense preparation, collecting rare components over painfully long stretches of time. Each success filled him with excitement, almost as if he were touching divinity itself.

But this time? He had synthesized seven in one go!

True, none of them belonged to the upper rankings. But regardless of their position on the list, a God Rank Skill was still a God Rank Skill. More importantly, these "lesser" skills served as core fusion materials for crafting stronger ones that ranked far higher.

Daniel took a deep breath, forcing his emotions to settle.

The next step had already been laid out. Drawing upon the God of Thieves' Dagger, he began executing his plan.

With a wave of his hand, the precious core materials he had painstakingly acquired were duplicated into sixty-four identical copies each.

[Origin Stone of Start] x64

[Fragment of Radiant Light] x64

The process flowed smoothly until he reached one particular item.

[Doom Wood]

The moment the God of Thieves' Dagger touched it, the replication ability failed entirely.

Daniel froze for a moment. Then, realization dawned.

After all, the description of Doom Wood stated clearly that not even gods themselves could destroy it.

If the dagger's power only extended to the level of godly force, then of course it would be ineffective against such a substance.

A faint sigh escaped Daniel's lips.

He had once entertained the idea of experimenting with Doom Wood, perhaps even forging it into a Primordial Core Weapon—a devastating armament of mass destruction. Yet that hope had now been shattered.

Still, one could not ignore its inherent value.

If something was truly indestructible, then its potential as a defensive item was undeniable.

"Even if gods cannot shatter it," Daniel mused, "I could at least fashion it into a shield, or some sort of protective artifact capable of preserving my life in dire situations."

Yet he knew it wasn't so simple.

The problem was dimensional. Gods rarely attacked in a single plane of reality. Their strikes carried destructive effects across multiple dimensions at once.

Doom Wood might remain intact under such force, but Daniel's mortal body certainly would not. He would likely be reduced to ash, leaving behind only the invulnerable relic.

"Chicken ribs…" he muttered, a wry smile tugging at his lips. "Precious, but tasteless."

Unless…

He fused it into the legendary [Ultimate Destruction Shield]—a God Rank Skill capable not only of resisting divine attacks, but even dragging the opponent into mutual annihilation.

Daniel grimaced at the thought. "Let's… not aim for self-destruction just yet."

After collecting and sorting all the materials in the warehouse, another sheet of newspaper materialized at his feet.

On it were words written in Luke's elegant hand:

"My time is limited. These are all the materials I managed to gather for you. Whether they are truly useful or not, I cannot be certain. I simply collected them by following my intuition."

Daniel smiled warmly, his heart swelling with gratitude.

"Luke… thank you."

Though the materials she had provided did not allow him to immediately synthesize the higher-ranked God Rank Skills he longed for, they were nonetheless the core essentials. With them in hand, all he needed to do was track down the auxiliary materials.

Compared to the rare and nearly unobtainable core ingredients, auxiliary components were much easier to acquire—even if they were still extremely valuable. The difficulty difference was several orders of magnitude.

That meant her help had truly saved him time beyond measure.

Moreover, thanks to her contributions, he had already managed to forge seven God Rank Skills in a single sweep. Even if they were low-ranking, such results were unthinkable without her aid.

Shaking his head lightly, Daniel forced himself to focus.

At present, there was only one priority: to synthesize a God Rank Skill ranked within the top forty.

Judging from the materials he had assembled, the closest he could manage was a legendary ability known as:

[Liberation Technique].

However, before the fusion could take place, he still needed to use several Fake God remains as currency, exchanging them for the missing materials.

After pondering for a moment, Daniel's figure flickered and reappeared at Kate's side.

His sudden arrival did not startle her in the least. She met him with a calm smile, her tone composed as she asked:

"How was it? Is the City of Luck living up to your expectations?"

Daniel chuckled softly. "To tell the truth, it's the first place where I've felt something that could be called home."

He sighed. "Backworld is… suffocating. If one stays there too long, it's impossible not to grow depressed."

Kate's eyes softened, and she nodded knowingly.

Daniel, as the newly established lord of the City of Luck, had already gained a profound understanding of the city's unique rules.

To put it simply, the governing laws of the City of Luck had diverged drastically from those of Backworld.

For human Awakeners, it was the perfect gathering point, an oasis of order amidst chaos.

But maintaining such a sanctuary was no easy matter. The costs were high, the demands relentless.

And yet, for Daniel, it was worth it.

Because within those city walls, hope still endured.
