"Finally, damn it," I breathed a sigh of relief. "Found it at last," I muttered as I finally found my room in this new house of mine.
And for fucks sake, why was it so deep in the mansion?
Some might say Why couldn't I just pick whichever room I liked.
'Unfortunately, I can't since I needed to find my room where all my collections are.' My face turned serious as I thought of the final moment I saw my room filled with dreams.
"Hopefully this room has them since the door clearly says my name and not master bedroom like tens of other ones". I murmured in hope and gently pushed open the door.
As I entered the room, my eyes widened in surprise and delight as I took in the familiar sight of my belongings.
There against the far wall stood my extensive collection of gaming consoles and games, along with a series of visual novels of a very cultured Origin.
It was my treasure trove of entertainment that never failed to bring me joy.
My gaze drifted to the shelves lining the walls, filled with various 'cultural' artifacts and...other items that held sentimental value.
A smirk tugged at the corner of my lips as I recalled some of the more risqué pieces tucked away among the innocuous ones.
"It seems Claire went above and beyond in preparing this place," I mused aloud, feeling a surge of gratitude for the blue-haired maid.
I moved my legs over to the desk that was neatly organised in front of a window, and the feel of the wood felt comfortable as my fingertips traced along the surface.
Then I remembered something and decided to open the drawer to search for an important thing I had left behind a long while ago...
As I pulled open the door, I found what I needed-
My smartphone.
"There you are, buddy," I muttered, relief washing over me as I laid my eyes on the smartphone. A fond smile tugged at my lips as I remembered the decision I took at that time.

Before the Duel with Eleanor and Iris
Just as I was about to go down to see what those two would do, I suddenly had a thought.
'Wait, what if I break my phone during the fight?' It was just a thought, as at that time I had no intention of getting between two strong supernatural beings, but still, I didn't trust fate enough for everything to go smoothly,
So I opened the drawer of my Desk and stashed my phone in it to keep it safe from trouble.
"Darling! Are you coming?" I heard Eleanor's voice from downstairs and quickly decided to leave lest she start wrecking my home
......
..
"Phew...Thank my Wife's Grandpa, I did that, or else I would have lost my Steam Guard. It would have been a nightmare if I lost it," I mumbled quietly to myself, relieved that nothing bad had happened to the device.
Imagine losing your account, which had hundreds of hours of gameplay.
'Yeah, can't help but get scared since it's so hard to reset the authenticating device.' I sat on the chair and lay back, tired from all the searching, as I thought about the consequences.
"Fortunately, Claire didn't throw away my belongings thinking they were trash." I paused and thoughtfully mumbled, "Maybe she is not as bad as I initially thought".
Then I unlocked my smartphone, the screen illuminated my face as I scanned through my notifications on the lockscreen and-
"HOLY CRAP!! What the hell?" I cursed as the number of notifications baffled me. Looking around, I realised that most of them were from my college.
"Ah, let's see, Damn." A frown creased my brow as I read the messages from the place people consider the Temple of Knowledge. And Oh God is someone Angry That I had been absent For Two Months.
'Can't be surprised since I was at the top of my class,' I thought wryly, but it's all meaningless now.
"Guess I'll need to inform them that I want to drop out, "I muttered, debating whether to return their calls. Dropping out seemed like the logical choice, given my current circumstances and the pressing matters at hand.
"But what should I say, hmm, that I am married to five rich Women, so I don't need to study anymore?" I mumbled, but quickly shook that thought away as it felt like what a good-for-nothing would say.
"Hmm, but it's technically true since they kind of Are Princesses of their Races, So It makes them Rich Young ladies, right?" I thought pointlessly until my gaze drifted to another missed call, this one from an unknown number with a London area code. A coincidence? Or something more?
"From London? Did those Mages get my Number?" I speculated thoughtfully as it seemed a bit too convenient.
I hesitated for a moment, weighing the pros and cons of calling back. But Curiosity got the better of me, and I tapped on the call button and held the phone to my ear.
The number rang for what felt like an eternity before a familiar voice finally answered with a "Hello?" It was an extremely familiar male voice, "Val, is that you?" The man continued after a pause, His tone filled with hope and relief.
My eyes widened in recognition as I perfectly knew who it was, "Victor?" I answered, surprised by the unexpected realisation as I continued with my voice laced with disbelief, "Victor, is that really you?"
"Yes, it's me, Bastard!" he confirmed with a shout of anger."I can't believe you ignored my calls all this time, and where the hell were you?
Victor's sudden outburst caught me off guard as I felt his anger was palpable even through the phone. "Son of a Bitch" He continued, his voice a bit fractured. "Why did you ignore my call all this time? You don't just what in the world happened to me!"
I recoiled from the phone as I closed my ears to how loud his yapping was.
'Why the heck is this Bastard crying so loud? Did he get kidnapped or something?' I complained in my mind as he was getting a bit too dramatic.
"Victor, listen, Bro, I have been a little busy these days. I hope you understand, and I just got my phone back after losing it before." I tried to explain by adding a few lies in between the words.
My mind raced as I tried to formulate an explanation that wouldn't sound completely insane. How could I possibly tell him about vampires, demons, and my newfound supernatural abilities without sounding like a lunatic?
"I've been dealing with some personal issues and have been out of the country for a while."
Victor's annoyed remark hung in the air, his words dripping with sarcasm.
"Oh, seriously? Surely it's not as crazy as you getting engaged to a wizard's granddaughter like me, huh? " His voice was deeply tired and filled with despair as said the wizard part.
But Wizard?
And Engaged?
"Wait, what?" I blurted out, barely processing his words. "You...you got married too?"
"Eh?" He replied equally confused, "What do you mean by you two? Don't tell me..." his voice trailed off as I could practically hear some kind of gear turning in his head.
"You got married, you son of a... No, how did you actually? I thought you never paid attention to any girl other than that Bitch."
His voice was surprised and most of all disbelieving, "Don't tell me you married that Hoe?"
"Yes, I am married and no, not to her, it's someone you don't know, " I confirmed, my tone flat. "But tell me, what do you mean by wizard?".

.
There was a moment of stunned silence on the other end of the line before Victor burst out laughing hysterically, a disbelieving sound that grated on my nerves.
"Hahahahaha! I can't believe you actually got married. You who avoided relationships like the plague so much. No, it must be an arranged Marriage, hahaha. That's the only thing that could have happened, haha!"
I had had enough as I snapped, "Stop fucking laughing like a Monkey, you shithead. Explain what the Fuck you meant by Wizard?" I uttered my words with sharp and demanding answers.
Victor's laughter abruptly cut off, replaced by a nervous chuckle. "Oh, oh, I must have meant 'withered, '" he stammered quickly."There are a lot of withered trees in my in-laws' place."
I narrowed my eyes suspiciously, not entirely convinced by his sudden change in story. But before I could press further, he spoke again.
"Anyways, I need to hang up now," he said hurriedly."I have some duties to fulfill."
The line went dead before I could respond, leaving me staring at the phone in disbelief. Something wasn't adding up, and I intended to find out what Victor was really hiding.
"Don't tell me, "I muttered to myself, pacing back and forth in my room."This guy got involved in some kind of supernatural trouble...just like me."
The coincidences were piling up, both of us getting married unexpectedly, his mention of a wizard (or was it a witch?), and now his vague excuses and secrecy.
