After speaking, Zhang Man stood up and waded back into the sea. Without giving Liu Yunxi a chance to respond, she began swimming toward the open ocean.

She glanced at the sky, then at the sea. "Damn it," she said softly, "the weather's turning!" She looked out at the dark water with a worried expression. "That idiot, Zhang Man! She wouldn't have actually kept swimming, would she?"

The sea churned with relentless waves, but there was still no sign of Zhang Man. Seeing the worry on Liu Yunxi's face, Liu Ergou understood the gravity of the situation. Their top priority now was to get everyone away from the shore and to a safe place.

As for Zhang Man… Liu Ergou sighed inwardly. Looks like this mess is going to fall on my shoulders again.

He turned to Liu Yunxi and said with a serious expression, "Yunxi, you don't need to worry about Zhang Man.

"You need to take everyone and get away from the beach right now. Retreat to a safe place!

"I'm going to find her!"
