Wang Fu Ya thought Zhao Cheng could destroy Yu Qi but she never thought that he would be useless. She needed to find someone else again.

Wang Fu Ya left the house without knowing that she had been followed by some people. Those people had been hired by Shen Qingling. They reported directly to Shen Qingling about Wang Fu Ya.

Shen Qingling asked them to follow her for now. She did not want to alert her husband yet.

Zhao Cheng returned home, but none of his family was there. He stopped a servant asking about their whereabouts. The servant shook her head, telling Zhao Cheng that he did not know about that.

Zhao Cheng called his wife. No answer. He tried several times but still no answer. Then, she tried to call his son, Zhao Boqin. Zhao Boqin answered the call.

"Boqin, where is your mother?" Zhao Cheng asked once his son answered the call.

"I don’t know." Zhao Boqin answered calmly.

"How can you not know about your mother’s whereabouts? You are her son." Zhao Cheng said.

"Well, you are her husband. You also don’t know your wife’s whereabouts." Zhao Boqin replied.

Zhao Cheng was stunned for a moment. Then, he recovered. "Your mother called a shareholder meeting tomorrow. Do you know anything about that?" Zhao Cheng tried to get some information from his son.

"I don’t know. In fact, I am also trying to call her, wanting to ask about that meeting." Zhao Boqin stated.

"You also don’t know about that?" Zhao Cheng asked.

"Yes." Zhao Boqin answered calmly.

Zhao Cheng thought that Zhao Boqin genuinely did not know about the shareholder meeting.

"Tsk, what is your mother thinking?" Zhao Cheng complained to Zhao Boqin.

"I don’t know either." Zhao Boqin said.

The next morning, Zhao Cheng went to the company. He walked to his wife’s office first. He thought he could see his wife before the meeting. But no one was there. He frowned.

He went to his office and sat there waiting for the time of the meeting. The meeting started at 10 a.m. Zhao Cheng went to the meeting room around 9:45 a.m. Other shareholders arrived one by one.

Zhao Cheng greeted one of them.

"Mr Jin, how are you?" Zhao Cheng smiled, extended his hand to shake hands with the person.

"I am fine." Mr Jin nodded and shook hands with Zhao Cheng.

"Well, do you know what this meeting is about?" Zhao Cheng asked.

"I don’t know about that." Mr Jin shook his head.

"I also have no idea why my wife suddenly called you guys for a meeting." Zhao Cheng sighed.

"It is probably something important that needs to be addressed urgently." Mr Jin said.

Other shareholders nodded, acknowledging each other. They took their seat in the room. Zhao Boqin was also there. At last, Zhao Cheng saw his wife, Shen Qingling who was wearing a suit, walking into the meeting room with a man.

Zhao Cheng frowned as he saw the man. He had never seen this man before. He wondered what their relationship was.

Shen Qingling saw her husband sitting on the chair that should have belonged to her.

"Mr Zhao Cheng, I believe I should be sitting in that seat." Shen Qingling stated.

Zhao Cheng frowned again as he heard Shen Qingling call out his name for the seat.

Everyone felt awkward. But it was the truth. The seat belonged to Shen Qingling as the chairwoman of the company.

"CEO Zhao, you can sit here." Someone offered the seat to Zhao Cheng.

Zhao Cheng looked at Shen Qingling, waiting for her to stop, but she did nothing. Shen Qingling looked at him, waiting for him to stand up and sit in another seat.

Zhao Cheng stood and sat on the chair that someone had offered before. Shen Qingling ignored Zhao Cheng and sat down.

"Well, let’s start our meeting today." Shen Qingling said.

"The reason why I hold the meeting this time is to vote on Mr Zhao Cheng’s dismissal." Shen Qingling stated.

"Shen Qingling, what do you mean?" Zhao Cheng stood up hurriedly while pointing his finger at Shen Qingling.

"Mr Zhao, please sit down." Shen Qingling looked at Zhao Cheng.

"Then, tell me why I am being fired." Zhao Cheng refused to sit down.

"I am going to explain them. Hope you don’t interrupt my explanation.

Shen Qingling signaled the man who followed her to do his work. The man inserted the USB to the laptop which connected the projector. He opened the file. The file was clear for everyone to watch.

"This is the amount that Mr Zhao had embezzled from our company." Shen Qingling said.

She did not cover things anymore. She went straightforward.

"That’s possible." Zhao Cheng objected.

"Mr Zhao, we have evidence to back up the claim." Shen Qingling smiled.

The man clicked something else.

"Look at these. These invoices had been issued to our company. When we investigated the companies, all of them were shell companies. Guess who owns these companies? Well, some people that worked with Mr Zhao. They profited from those work too." Shen Qingling explained.
