People inside the room were stunned when they saw a gorgeous woman barge in.

"Hi, gorgeous. Do you have the wrong room? Well, if you want, you can join us. We don't mind." One of the men inside the room grinned.

"Who are you? Why are you suddenly barging into our room? How rude." A woman frowned.

"Yeah. Get lost." Another woman chimed in.

"That's right." Another woman nodded.

They could not help but feel insecure when they saw this beautiful woman.

Yu Qi scanned the room and found Gu Haiyu being cornered by a woman who tried to give him a glass of wine. Yu Qi rushed over and snatched a glass from the woman.

"What are you doing?" The woman shouted.

"Miss Tang?" Gu Haiyu recognised the girl in front of her and was surprised when he saw her here.

"Mr Gu, do you know this woman?" The girl who had her drink snatched by Yu Qi asked.

"Miss, can you drink this yourself?" Yu Qi asked.

"What? Why?" The woman was startled.

"Just drink it." Yu Qi grabbed the woman's jaw and forced the woman to drink the wine in that glass.

The woman wanted to refuse but she could not escape. This woman was so strong. She ended up swallowing a lot of the wine.

"Hey! What are you doing?" Someone shouted.

The woman coughed when Yu Qi let her go.

"You crazy bitch. What are you trying to do?" The woman glared at Yu Qi.

She wanted to stand up but ended up falling on the ground. She began to breathe heavily.

"Ah... I am so hot... Mr Gu... Please help me..." The woman said.

"This... This..."

Everyone looked shocked.

"Jiang Wei... I come here when you want to hang up with me. If this is what you are going to do to me?" Gu Haiyu turned around and looked at his friend.

Jiang Wei was startled. "Haiyu... I just want to help Mengyu. She has been in love with you for a long time. I never thought that she would do something like this." Jiang Wei tried to explain.

Everyone was silent watching the matter unfold. Only Su Mengyu was restless. She kept saying that she was hot.

"Don't call me again. You are not my friend anymore." Gu Haiyu said.

He left the room. Yu Qi also followed him.

He turned to Yu Qi. "Miss Tang, thank you for helping me avoid the situation."

"I just happened to see something earlier." Yu Qi did not want to explain more.

Gu Haiyu was a little bit suspicious about how Yu Qi knew that Su Mengyu had drugged the drink. But he did not want to pry too much. Nevertheless, Yu Qi helped him avoid the awful situation. Otherwise, the news about him sleeping with a woman would be in the news the next morning. He could not afford that. It would ruin his political career.

"What is going on here?" Long Hui appeared.

He looked at Gu Haiyu and Yu Qi while raising his eyebrow.
