That same day, Rean took the Supreme Palace’s teleport formation back to Danalil Continent, where the Great Void Shifter was located. As Rifindio had commented, there was one in the Supreme Palace, but that one had more restrictions. When asked why, Rifindio just said that one could connect to more places, even though he didn’t have the information on where those other places were.

Back in Danalil, a Camazotz Bat was already waiting for Rean at the teleport formations building. "Sir, I was instructed by the Supreme Palace to bring you into the Great Void Shifter Formation and follow your orders. Do you have anything you need?"

Rean shook his head. "No. Just bring us to the Great Void Shifter."

"Us?" The guy only saw Rean there... for a moment.

*Zush, zush, zush...*

Roan, Kentucky, and Celis appeared right after. "Yes, us."

The guy understood and took the lead. "Very well. Please follow me."

Their group flew to the formation on the eastern side border at the city. The five claw-like pillars were still dormant, not having been used for a long time. Many Divine Senses watched the twins’ group, but no one came out to stop them. They all received the same orders from the Supreme Palace.

Rean landed with the others at the center, looking around. The formation was truly gigantic, and he couldn’t make sense of quite a lot of the runes there. "So this is the formation that controls the Great Void Shifter."

’Sister Orb,’ he also connected to the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm. ’Record everything. It might come in handy later.’

The bat saw the twins’ group there, still puzzled about that order. He was told to bring them here, but for what? The formation couldn’t be activated, and it was still several hundred years away from its scheduled maintenance. "Well, if there is nothing else, I will take my leave, sirs."

Rean and the others waited an hour there, doing pretty much nothing. But then, things changed.

[I’m finished. We can open the Abyssal Path anytime you want.]

Roan shook his head. "We are still discussing how to prevent ourselves from being killed once we appear on the other side."

"Would we be killed, though?" Rean asked back. "I mean, if I were the guys on the other side, I would first try to capture us to understand how we appeared there since the formation wasn’t used."

"What do you suggest?" Celis looked at him.

"Surrender," Rean spoke straight away. "We can initially pretend that we don’t know what happened and why we appeared there."

"They will try to read our memories in that case," Kentucky added.

"Sure," Rean agreed, "but not immediately. I have an idea."

The twins’ group was left there on the formation for several hours, but they didn’t come back. When the Camazotz Bat responsible for the formation went there to check on them... "Uh? Where are they?"

Rean and the others moved at a speed that Spatial Gates couldn’t match. Even a teleportation wouldn’t be that fast since teleport formations bend space, and you had to cross some of the distance. Abyssal paths defied all that logic.

The environment around them was pure destruction. The powers of the path constantly tried to reach their group, but were barred by a special, similar kind of power coming from the Celestial Soul System. That was the system’s ability to fend off the dangers of Abyssal Paths after it acquired the Abyssal Beast’s Soul.

Rean looked at the chart Rifindio gave them and knew where that first division led. He looked at Roan, and both nodded, quickly sending their will into the control orb.

The system received the orders and took one of the paths. It was just the first division in a big entanglement of Abyssal Paths that met in the Great Void. Even more, the twins didn’t know where most of the paths in that entanglement led. There was no information in the chart.

Fortunately, they didn’t need to know where the other paths were connected to. They only had to select the right ones that would bring them to F974, Kentucky’s Parents’ Universe.

For the twins’ group, not even a minute had gone by, and they had already selected over a hundred different paths. Fortunately, that was nothing hard to read with their cultivations. Every path was selected perfect, and they made a beeline for F974.

Two and a half minutes. That was all the time it took for the twins’ group to pass through the Abyssal Paths and reach their destination.

Rean, Roan, Kentucky, and Celis appeared together on the other side. Their Divine Senses spread, and they were ready to fight anyone who decided to attack them. They had the element of surprise. Since the Great Void Shifter Formation wasn’t activated, no one would expect them to appear there. Well, they would eventually surrender anyway.

Rean’s plan was actually pretty simple. They are only Space-Time Realm experts. If they surrender, those protecting the Shifter would definitely capture them, and they would be brought away. Since the four of them are connected through the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm, they only needed one of them to find a way out. The rest could escape by using the position of the escapee. Rean intended to use the fact that they would be underestimated to look for an opening when captured. After all, the truth was that the twins’ group had a combat power equal to Divinity Realm Experts now.
