The blinding light had soon faded and the one thing before me was a large yeti covered from head to toe in scars and it was drooling ferociously.

"NOW! WE HAVE A NEW CHALLENGER! ONE TRAITOROUS WENCH VERUUUUSSSSSS… YOUR FAVORITE BEAST! THE DEVOURER OF SNAKES! THE DEMON OF THE ICY PLANES! YORUUUUUUUUU THE MONSTROUS YETI!" An announcer called out the names of both of us.

Wench? Me? A wench?!

"Hey! You piece of shit! I'm not a wench!" I shouted and the entire arena went silent as everybody awkwardly looked around.

"Th-that's the part you're so mad about?" The announcer mutters into what I assumed to be his microphone, allowing it to be shot through a few stones lining the arena.

These were most likely the speakers.

Anyway, where am I? Wasn't my maid supposed to be protecting me or did she fail… I mean, she isn't as strong as me but she is still pretty strong.

I wouldn't expect her to fall from those soldiers from earlier so somebody stronger must've come to investigate myself and her.

"ANYWAYYYYYYYY! LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!" The announcer shouted and suddenly, the sword I had previously noticed falling from the ceiling of the cell was thrown right next to me.

The chains around my limbs had been removed and the large collar surrounding the yeti had been broken by a few fearful men who now dashed back into the inner parts of the arena.

ROOOOOOAAAAAAAR

The yeti charged toward me after summoning two battle axes that seemingly ripped through the surrounding gravity.

Everything felt heavier and I suddenly noticed a purple tinge surrounding my body which I assumed to be some kind of gravity magic of sorts.

I then noticed a large bracelet with a small stone connected to it was wrapped around the yetis wrist and like a vulture to a dead corpse, I locked onto it.

Gravity magic? Don't mind if I do…

I took the longsword into my hand and then rolled out of the way of the cross shape attack aimed directly at me.

I was now in between the yetis legs but before it could swing in between its legs, I coated the sword in rainbow flames that boiled the moisture in the air.

SHING

After slicing the Achilles heel of the yeti, it toppled backward but just barely managed to cling onto its balance… so I just repeated the process.

He was definitely fast and strong but the only thing saving his ass is that large gravity bracelet that I want.

My flames suddenly acted on their own as it created a fluffy coat of white flames that comforted me and slightly lifted the gravity magic being placed on me.

The flames felt as if they were dancing along my body, creating a rhythm as I continuously dodged the yetis amazingly strong attacks.

Each time they collided with the ground, a large crater and then a crack followed, completely wrecking the terrain with the arena.

"Oh my, oh my," I muttered as I noticed the yeti now had icicles floating around its head and spikes had protruded from his large axes.

ROOOOOOAAAAAAR

Roaring once again, it shook the arena, pumping all the spectators full of adrenaline and causing them to roar synchronously with the yeti.

It's already over though…

I had sliced the yetis other Achilles heel, causing him to fall onto his back and be as helpless as a flipped turtle lying on its shell.

But, it continued to flail and struggle against me with blasts of icy magic that, to be honest, was so strong that if I was hit once, I would turn into a popsicle.

As soon as I went to go for the finishing blow, the yeti flailed its left arm towards me, no ax in hand but a desperately clenched fist that begged for survival.

BAM

I placed my foot on the middle knuckle, turned my foot, dug some of my flames into its hand, and then spun, creating so much torque the yeti's arm flew off into spectators, killing some in an instant.

"Oh nice," I muttered as even more XP came flooding in but I couldn't really see the panels as I was currently spinning in the air.

Another desperately flailed arm flew towards me but instead of redirecting it, I just brought my arms in to quicken the spin and then release my sword.

FWOOSH

It flew through the air, piercing straight into the yetis massive arm, and in a beautiful set of rainbow firecrackers, it exploded into a bloody and pulpy mess.

"Tamayaaaaaaa!" I shouted as I landed on the yeti's forehead and then looked down at him with a sadistic smile.

Oh my, this side of me is coming out again… Well, don't you just love the feeling of completely overwhelming somebody when you're an underdog.

"It's just the best," I muttered as blood sprayed onto my large smile as I dug my sword into the yetis forehead, killing it instantly.

The arena had been stained with blood. The spectators had been stained with blood. And the woman up there who is staring ever so intently… had been stained by the spectacle I had put on.

"Sorry babe, but I got a girlfriend already," I said, and just as I was about to jump out of the arena, I clocked my forehead against an invisible barrier.

"Chains!" Somebody suddenly shouted in the distance and all of a sudden, metal chains wrapped around my body so tight that it felt as if I was going to pop like a balloon.

"Goddamn… Don't you know how to treat a lady better," I said to the men who came running up to me to restrain me even tighter.

Their faces were pale and full of fear as their most feared possession had just been slaughtered by a late teen.

"Oh yeah, I'm turning twenty in like two months… Isn't that amazing," I muttered with a smile and then directed that smile towards the woman staring down at me from a fancy balcony.

She clearly had her eyes on me, but it was nothing like love.

"Oh, shit," I muttered as I felt my head spin and the flames wrapping around me dissipated into the thick chains binding my entire body.

My head continued to spin and then the thin glowing pupils of the woman on the balcony were the last sight that I saw.

…

I snapped my eyes wide awake and I felt a cold liquid drizzle down the front of my tattered brown shirt.

A bowl of cold and thick stew sat right next to me and I assumed this was my meal so I decided to just try it out… and just as I had thought, it was disgusting.

"Yuck," I muttered before chucking the bowl through the cell's bars but all of a sudden, it was stopped by a metal boot.

A man with long black hair dressed in an entire suit of armor and had white scales along his face stopped the bowl and picked it up with his large gauntlets.

"As you have killed a gladiator a few ranks above you, you are given a great reward and the item they were holding," The man said and his pitch black eyes didn't even give me a glance as he tossed a bracelet into the cell and a plate of hot piping steak fell into my cell via a trap door near the roof.

"Hey, hey, hey… Don't get this good food dirty," I said as I immediately devoured the steak and then put on the bracelet.

All the while I did this, the man continued to watch me.

Just as I had thought…

I gave the man a sly smile before activating the skill on him but it was immediately dispersed without much trouble.

"If you don't want to get killed, it's best for you to stay quiet and don't cause any trouble," He said and I couldn't hide my smile as I realized where I was.

So I'm in the dungeon huh… Did it suck me in…? Well, no matter. I wanted to come here anyway.

The man walked back down the hallway, his boots clanking against the stone floor.

"I guess I'll suck as much equipment or things that I can out of this coliseum and then… that woman. She seems familiar yet I can't put my finger on who she is," I muttered.

She was the second most beautiful woman I had ever seen in my life and if you looked at us from afar, you'd instantly call us sisters.

I need more information before I can act rashly though as I only have a few pieces of intel I can use.

First of all, the knights overseeing me can't kill me but I'm sure they have a limit to how much bullshit they can put with.

Then… there is the fact that I can gain a reward by killing other gladiators.

"Interesting…" I muttered.
