She had overheard Ethan discussing this with Magnus earlier and had kept it in mind.

She smiled at Ethan teasingly before turning and leaving.

"Even Sister Rain is captivated by you," Zeon teased, chuckling.

"If you married Sister Rain, you'd be happy ever after."

"Brother Zeon's joking! Sister Rain and I just met. It's not like that," Ethan laughed.

"Only ghosts believe that! I see Sister Rain's eyes soften whenever she looks at you," Zeon clicked his tongue.

By then, Ethan was curious.

"I don't know much about you, Brother Zeon. When did you join the Blood Tavern? This is my first time meeting you."

"I've been with the Blood Tavern for a while but not from Skyreach Territory. I hail from the Verdant Lantern Empire in the east, traveling and gaining knowledge. That's why you haven't seen me," Zeon answered.

"The Verdant Lantern Empire!" Ethan was impressed.

He knew it was the largest and strongest empire on Oceanreach Continent.

The headquarters of Myriad Treasure Pavilion and Pavilion of Heavenly Secrets were located within the Verdant Lantern Empire.

Decades ago, it nearly unified the continent.
