Chapter 293: Little Lin Found…
This…
Little Brother only had mild gastroenteritis. Could his condition worsen after he ate his brother’s food?
Little Lin believed that his worry was extremely reasonable, especially when he saw his brother put the rice into the pot. He seemed to cook it for a while, yet he soon pressed the stop button.
Then, he lifted his eyes and looked in his direction.
Little Lin blinked as Feng Nai brought the pot to the sink. His brow lifted for a while before he emptied the water in it and turned on the tap.
Little Lin nestled against his long legs and asked, “Brother, can you do it or not?”
Feng Nai mumbled casually.
Little Lin asked again, “Then why didn’t you continue to cook?”
Feng Nai did not speak. He could not tell his brother that he’d forgotten to wash the rice.
Fortunately, Little Brother was equally ignorant when it came to cooking. His small eyes watched seriously from the side as he said, “You bought eggs, didn’t you? Are you going to make stir-fried eggs for Little Brother?”
...“The eggs will be added into the porridge,” Feng Nai said absentmindedly.
Little Lin continued staring with his big eyes. “Are you going to add them now?”
How would he know when to add the eggs? Feng Nai had only eaten porridge with ham and eggs before, but it had looked pretty simple.
“Brother?” Little Lin didn’t know why his brother had stopped talking.
Meanwhile, Feng Nai took his phone out and started searching for the right way to cook egg and ham porridge.
Little Lin’s mouth dropped open. “You actually didn’t know how to do it earlier?”
“I can just search online for these things.” Feng Nai casually shot a glance at his brother.
Little Lin sighed and suggested, “Brother, why don’t we order delivery?”
“Your Little Brother has gastroenteritis. Porridge from outside might not be clean.” Feng Nai’s voice was quiet, as he’d already started cooking by following the steps.
Little Lin watched his brother crack the eggs, helplessness written all over his face. After cracking an egg, he had to scoop out two pieces of egg shells. His brother’s skills were evident based on that alone.
Fortunately, smart people picked things up very quickly. Young Master Feng did nothing as dramatic as blowing up the kitchen.
Since he didn’t know how to use an open fire to cook porridge, he’d just use a smart electric cooker.
While he was cutting the greens, Young Master Feng only kept the middle parts. Everything else essentially went into the trash bin.
Making a mess was a given, but the wastage wasn’t small either.
Little Brother couldn’t watch. It was pleasing to the eye when his Little Brother cooked, but his brother seemed to be destroying the kitchen when he was doing the same.
He’d go pee and then continue to take care of Little Brother.
Patter, patter.
Little Lin probably needed to pee a little urgently, so he ran too fast.
His short legs accidentally kicked over the trash bin in the bathroom.
The things that fell out made Little Lin pause in his tracks. He didn’t even undo his pants. He just turned around and ran back to the kitchen.
Why had there been so much blood on that paper?
Was something wrong with Little Brother?
No matter how clever a child he was, he wasn’t even five years old, so he wouldn’t know what a period was.
Little Lin ran straight into his brother’s long legs. After holding his head for a while, he immediately wanted to lead Feng Nai to the bathroom.
Feng Nai was still chopping vegetables with his inept cutting skills. His handsome face was slightly turned, and his eyes were focused on his hands. He did not shift his gaze. His voice was still nonchalant and rightfully sarcastic as he said, “Trouble Lin, you need someone to go to the bathroom with you nowadays?”
“No.” Little Lin’s face puffed up and his eyes seemed to be full of worry. “Little Brother’s condition seems to be more serious than we thought.”
